Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of traditional Chinese medicines and daily chemical products, in particular to a traditional Chinese medicine gargle with heat clearing and bacteriostasis functions and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The old bedridden patients have the digestive function and the swallowing function declined due to the old, weak and long-term bedridden patients and the degeneration of the functional activities of viscera. The lack of nutrition and the decline of the immunity of the organism are often caused by the reduction of food intake; or food intake choking or aspiration caused by swallowing dysfunction repeatedly causes lung infection, and the oral intake can not be performed. Therefore, nasal feeding was selected for all the final cases. The nasal feeding brings oral hygiene problems, on one hand, because of lack of chewing movement of food, the self-cleaning capability of oral machinery is reduced; on the other hand, when the food is not taken through the oral cavity, saliva secretion in the oral cavity cannot be stimulated, and the saliva secretion is reduced, so that the mucous membrane of the oral cavity is dried. The oral lip and oral secretion are firmly attached and remain in the oral cavity to become a good culture medium for bacteria, and the bacteria are decomposed and propagated in a large quantity to easily cause halitosis. And the bedridden nasal feeding patients are often in a mouth-opening breathing state, so that the pulmonary infection caused by xerostomia, ulceration, bad breath, tongue fur dirt, red and swollen gum, mucosal ulcer, mycotic infection and oral bacteria aspiration is aggravated.
At present, 0.9 percent of normal saline is generally used for oral care in clinic, and only the function of cleaning the oral cavity is achieved. But has no effect on removing bad breath, preventing infection, and clearing heat and removing toxicity in the oral cavity. At present, the common mouthwash in the market mainly focuses on cleaning, sterilization and the like, and has little attention on the efficacy of oral care, maintenance and the like.
However, the traditional Chinese medicine mouth wash has the problems of various raw materials, difficult raw material acquisition, high raw material cost, complex preparation process of the extract, unsatisfactory antibacterial effect and the like, and is not easy to apply to industrial production. Therefore, the problem to be solved at present is to develop a traditional Chinese medicine gargle with heat clearing and bacteriostasis functions.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the problems, the invention aims to provide a traditional Chinese medicine gargle with heat clearing and bacteriostasis functions and a preparation method thereof. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle provided by the invention is used for oral care, and has the function of strengthening oral care to a certain extent for nasal feeding patients lying in bed for the elderly. The traditional Chinese medicine has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, promoting the production of body fluid and moistening dryness, so that the risk of side effects of nasal feeding is reduced to the maximum extent. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle has good heat-clearing and bacteriostatic effects, low production cost, safety and no side effects, and the preparation method is suitable for industrial production and is convenient for development and application.
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention adopts the following technical solutions.
A traditional Chinese medicine gargle with heat clearing and bacteriostasis functions is composed of the following raw materials in parts by weight: 5 parts of honeysuckle, 10 parts of chrysanthemum, 15 parts of mint, 10 parts of eupatorium and 10 parts of liquorice.
The preparation method of the traditional Chinese medicine gargle with heat-clearing and bacteriostatic effects specifically comprises the following steps: weighing honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, mint, eupatorium and liquorice according to the proportion of the formula, uniformly mixing, adding water which is 7 times of the mass of the raw materials, decocting for one time for 20 minutes, filtering, concentrating, subpackaging, capping, and sterilizing at 115 ℃ for 30 minutes. Sealing and packaging, and storing in refrigerator at 4 deg.C for 7 days.
The pharmacological action and the efficacy of each component of the traditional Chinese medicine gargle with the functions of clearing heat and inhibiting bacteria are as follows.
Honeysuckle flower: in Shen nong Ben Cao Jing, it is recorded that: honeysuckle flower, flos Lonicerae, with cold nature and sweet taste, has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic material, cooling blood and removing blood stasis. It is mainly used for treating wind-heat common cold, early pestilence, red swelling and pain of pyocutaneous disease and furunculosis, etc. And honeysuckle enters lung, heart and stomach meridians. Can eliminate heat accumulation in lung, heart and stomach channels, and has heat clearing, detoxicating, antiinflammatory and antibacterial effects. Modern pharmacological research that honeysuckle is a broad-spectrum antibacterial drug contains chlorogenic acid which is one of effective components for resisting bacteria and viruses. Therefore, the honeysuckle has stronger bacteriostatic action on staphylococcus aureus, escherichia coli and herpes virus. Plays an important role in the Chinese medicinal gargle for clearing flowers.
Chrysanthemum: cold in nature, bitter and pungent in flavor. It enters lung and liver meridians. Has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials, dispelling pathogenic wind, suppressing hyperactive liver, and improving eyesight. It is often used for wind-heat type common cold, liver yang hyperactivity, conjunctival congestion, swelling and pain, sore, carbuncle, pyogenic infections, and tracheitis. The chrysanthemum is often used as an additive of food and a tea substitute for drinking, has the effects of clearing heat and removing toxicity, is a traditional Chinese medicine for clearing heat and removing toxicity, has fresh and proper mouthfeel, and is not a mor as gargle chrysanthemum. Is easy to be accepted by patients. Modern pharmacological research shows that chrysanthemum has the effects of resisting bacteria, resisting inflammation and the like. The volatile oil in the chrysanthemum has certain inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus, staphylococcus albus, pseudomonas aeruginosa, various fungi and the like, and the inhibition effect on staphylococcus aureus is particularly obvious.
Mint: cool in nature and pungent in flavor, entering lung and liver meridians. Has effects of dispelling pathogenic wind and heat, refreshing mind, relieving sore throat, and promoting eruption. It is often used for treating wind-heat common cold, sore throat, aphtha, toothache, etc. It is often combined with jin Yin Hua to treat exogenous febrile disease. Has the effects of clearing away heat and toxic materials. The gargle is used for traditional Chinese medicine gargle, has the property of fragrance and acrid powder, has the feeling of instant cooling and dispersion, and has the effect of clearing dead corners of oral cavity. Modern pharmacological studies show that the mint decoction has the effects of resisting viruses and pathogens, can inhibit herpes simplex virus infection, and has stronger antibacterial effects on staphylococcus aureus, pseudomonas aeruginosa and the like. There are data research reports: the mint is used as the main ingredient of the toothpaste, has the antibacterial effect, and has the effects of relieving toothache, nourishing gum and removing tartar.
Herba Eupatorii: is a traditional Chinese medicine of Compositae, has mild nature and pungent taste, and enters stomach, spleen and lung meridians. Has the effects of clearing away summer-heat, eliminating dampness and regulating the middle warmer. The eupatorium has fragrant smell, and can obviously improve symptoms of dry mouth and halitosis caused by damp-heat in spleen channels by matching with liquorice. The herba Eupatorii decoction can inhibit various bacteria and viruses, and the volatile oil of herba Eupatorii has expectorant effect.
Licorice root: in Chinese herbs, they have many actions. It is neutral in nature and sweet in taste. It enters spleen, stomach and lung meridians. The Chinese medicinal composition has the main effects of tonifying qi, benefiting spleen, clearing away heat and toxic materials, treating stranguria, promoting urination and harmonizing the medicaments. The licorice root has the inhibiting effect on staphylococcus aureus, hemolytic streptococcus, escherichia coli and the like. The traditional Chinese medicine gargle adopts liquorice, one of the liquorice is mainly taken to contain glycyrrhizin, the light and sweet taste covers the bitter taste of other medicines in oral care, the mouth feel is good, and the fragrant and sweet aftertaste is remained; and the second one, it has the functions of clearing away heat and toxic material, resisting infection and resisting ulcer.
Although the traditional Chinese medicine has no name of oral fungal infection, the understanding of fungal infection is already known. For example, oral candida infection and fungal enteritis in western medicine are respectively called as 'thrush' and 'diarrhea' in traditional Chinese medicine, and the oral cavity is the orifice of clearing yang and is fond of clearing, and the oral cavity can be kept clean only if the qi activity is protected to rise and fall, and the clear yang rises and the turbid yin falls. Dampness is a yin pathogen and has the function of stopping the ascending and descending of qi, while the spleen governs transportation and transformation, distributes essence and micro, the stomach governs reception and rotten food, and dampness blocks middle energizer to cause the disorder of ascending and descending of qi; the fire is added to the oral cavity to serve as yang pathogen, which causes inflammation, easily damages the orifices on the surface of the human body, and the oral cavity is located above, so that the inflammatory fire can gather in the oral cavity to form the disease. However, the disease is mostly characterized by deficiency of vital qi, which is mainly manifested by deficiency of both qi and yin. First, from the meridian point of view, the oral cavity belongs to the spleen meridian of foot taiyin, enters the abdomen and belongs to the spleen, collaterals and stomach, and is finally connected with the tongue root and scattered under the tongue. If spleen qi is deficient and placed in water and the distribution is not uniform, obstruction of middle energizer will cause water-dampness to accumulate in the mouth. The lung governs qi and governs respiration, mainly dispersing, purifying and descending, which is the upper source of water, and lung yin deficiency can cause the dispersing, purifying and descending functions of the lung to be declined, and water metabolism to be obstructed. Therefore, the pathogenesis of oral fungal infection is deficiency of vital qi and excess of pathogenic factors, and the syndrome type is deficiency of qi and yin and retention of damp-heat. The medicine has the functions of invigorating vital energy, nourishing yin, clearing away heat and wetness, killing bacteria and detoxicating.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects.
At present, the common mouthwash in the market mainly focuses on cleaning, sterilization and the like, and has little attention on the efficacy of oral care, maintenance and the like. According to the traditional Chinese medicine gargle provided by the invention, 5 traditional Chinese medicinal materials of honeysuckle, chrysanthemum, mint, eupatorium and liquorice are combined to realize synergistic interaction, so that the gargle has the health-care effects of clearing heat and toxic materials, resisting bacteria and diminishing inflammation, can effectively inhibit bacterial breeding and eliminate peculiar smell, has natural fragrance to refresh breath, can prevent diseases, reduce dental plaque and has remarkable effects of preventing and treating oral inflammation.
