Background
Coiled tubing is a welded steel tube, which is usually produced by high frequency welding. Thus, there is an internal burr in the coiled tubing that is less than 2.3mm in height. Because the coiled tubing is as long as several kilometers, the coiled tubing is difficult to take out. The inner burr is not cleaned in the normal delivery state.
The inner burrs are difficult to remove, under the condition of meeting the requirement, the inner burrs can be removed in a mechanical processing mode, but the coiled tubing is difficult to take out a joint of the coiled tubing, so that the reliability of removing the inner burrs on the inner wall of the pipe end of the coiled tubing, which is about 100mm, is poor, the work is limited by field operation and field conditions, tools such as a manual electrified grinding head and a file are mainly adopted on the field at present to remove, the pipe diameter and the roundness of the coiled tubing in the pipe end are difficult to guarantee, and the labor intensity of workers is high.
At present, the automatic pipe fitting reaming device provided by patent CN201320824044.7 is only for one size or two sizes of coiled tubing, and cannot complete serialized adjustable reaming and cannot realize coiled tubing reaming; the center of the oil pipe and the center of the reaming equipment cannot be ensured to be on the same straight line, and the center alignment of the pipe and the reamer cannot be simply and quickly realized; the device is necessary to be provided with a motor and a bracket, which causes unnecessary physical labor, has low accuracy and is not suitable for reaming the inner diameter of the continuous pipe.
Therefore, the deburring equipment which is high in working efficiency and simple to operate is urgently needed for removing the burrs in the coiled tubing.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a reaming device for a pipe end of a continuous oil pipe, which solves the problem of uneven wall thickness caused by removing internal burrs in other deburring modes, solves the problem of long purchase period of a drilling crew and saves the reaming cost and the labor cost.
The implementation method of the invention comprises the following steps:
a reaming device suitable for the pipe end of a coiled tubing comprises an electric wrench (1), an adjustable reamer (2), a reamer positioning sleeve (3), a clamping seat (4), a locking nut (5), a clamping slide block (6) and a sliding sleeve (7); the left end of the adjustable reamer (2) is connected with the electric wrench (1); the left part of the adjustable reamer (2) is connected with the left end of the reamer positioning sleeve (3) through threads; the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve (3) is connected with the left end of the clamping seat (4) through threads; a locking nut (5) is arranged outside the right part of the clamping seat (4); a plurality of clamping seat square holes (41) are formed in the right part of the clamping seat (4), and clamping sliding blocks (6) corresponding to the clamping seat square holes (41) are arranged in the clamping seat square holes (41); the sliding sleeve (7) is arranged on the outer side of the right part of the clamping seat (4).
Furthermore, a knife handle (21) is arranged at the left end of the adjustable reamer (2), and threads are arranged on the right side of the knife handle (21).
Furthermore, threads are arranged at the left end of the clamping seat (4), a first limiting boss (42) is arranged on the right side of the threads, and a second limiting boss (43) is arranged on the right side of the first limiting boss (42); the second limit boss (43) is higher than the first limit boss (42); the cross section of the second limiting boss (43) is circular, and the number of the square holes (41) of the clamping seat is determined according to actual requirements.
Further, the section of the inner wall of the locking nut (5) is circular; the diameter of the inner wall of the locking nut (5) is larger than that of the second limiting boss (43); the left end of the locking nut (5) is provided with a locking nut end face (51); the inner wall of the end face (51) of the locking nut is smaller than the diameter of the second limiting boss (43); the end surface (51) of the locking nut is positioned on the left surface of the second limiting boss (43); and the inner wall of the locking nut (5) is provided with threads.
Furthermore, the upper surface of the clamping slide block (6) is an inclined plane, and the inclined plane is in a downhill trend from left to right; a clamping slide block limiting lug (61) is arranged at the upper part of the left end of the clamping slide block (6); the lower part of the clamping slide block (6) is provided with a through hole (62); the top view of the clamping slide block (6) is in a square dumbbell shape; the cross section of the lower end surface of the clamping slide block (6) is 1650。
Furthermore, the outer wall of the left end of the sliding sleeve (7) is provided with threads corresponding to the threads on the inner wall of the locking nut (5); the inner wall of the left end of the sliding sleeve (7) is provided with a sliding sleeve inclined groove (71) corresponding to the clamping slide block (6), and the inclined surface of the sliding sleeve inclined groove (71) is in contact with the inclined surface of the clamping slide block (6); the diameter of the inner wall of the sliding sleeve (7) is gradually reduced from left to right.
Further, when the clamping device is installed, the clamping slide block (6) is placed in the square hole (41) of the clamping seat; then the sliding sleeve (7) is sleeved at the right part of the clamping seat (4), the inclined surface of the clamping slide block (6) is contacted with the inclined surface of the inclined groove (71) of the sliding sleeve, and the clamping block limiting lug (61) at the upper part of the left end of the clamping slide block (6) prevents the clamping slide block from falling down from the square hole (41) of the clamping seat; inserting the left end of the clamping seat (4) from the right end of the locking nut (5), clamping the second limiting boss (43) on the right side of the end face (51) of the locking nut at the moment, and contacting the locking nut (5) with the sliding sleeve (7) through threads; the adjustable reamer (2) enters from the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve (3), the tool shank (21) penetrates through the reamer positioning sleeve (3), and the left part of the adjustable reamer (2) is in threaded connection with the left end of the reamer positioning sleeve (3); the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve (3) is fixed with the left end of the clamping seat (4) through threads; the adjustable reamer (2) is arranged on an electric wrench through a tool holder (21).
Further, the use method of the reaming device suitable for the pipe end of the coiled tubing comprises the following steps:
(1) inserting the coiled tubing from the right end of the clamping seat (4) and placing the coiled tubing in the middle of a plurality of clamping sliding blocks (6);
(2) pushing the coiled tubing leftwards to enable the mouth of the coiled tubing to be in contact with the right end of the adjustable reamer (2);
(3) putting the right end of the adjustable reamer (2) into the mouth of the coiled tubing;
(4) screwing the locking nut (5) to drive the sliding sleeve to move leftwards, so that the clamping slide block (6) moves towards the central line of the clamping seat (4) to gradually clamp the coiled tubing;
(5) a fixed reamer locating sleeve (3);
(6) starting the electric wrench (1) to enable the adjustable reamer (2) to rotate relative to the reamer positioning sleeve (3);
(7) under the action of the screw thread at the joint of the adjustable reamer (2) and the reamer positioning sleeve (3), the adjustable reamer (2) moves rightwards to ream the coiled tubing.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
(1) the center of the continuous oil pipe and the center of the reamer are positioned on the same straight line, so that the uniformity of the wall thickness in the reaming process is ensured.
(2) The device has small volume, is suitable for moving along with a drilling team, and can realize reaming of the inner hole when the continuous pipe is bound.
(3) The inner wall of the continuous oil pipe is ensured to be uniform and smooth, and the continuous oil pipe is not easy to tear due to uneven wall thickness in the process of connecting with other connecting tools after reaming by the reamer.
(4) The reaming of coiled tubing with different sizes can be realized.
(5) The labor cost is saved, and the precision and the uniformity of reaming are improved.

The present invention will be described in detail with reference to specific embodiments.
Example 1
A reaming device suitable for the pipe end of a coiled tubing is shown in figures 1 to 8 and comprises an electric wrench, an adjustable reamer, a reamer positioning sleeve, a clamping seat, a locking nut, a clamping slide block and a sliding sleeve; the left end of the adjustable reamer is connected with an electric wrench; the left part of the adjustable reamer is connected with the left end of the reamer positioning sleeve through threads; the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve is connected with the left end of the clamping seat through threads; a locking nut is arranged outside the right part of the clamping seat; the right part of the clamping seat is provided with three clamping seat square holes, and a clamping sliding block corresponding to the clamping seat square holes is arranged in each clamping seat square hole; the sliding sleeve is sleeved on the outer side of the right part of the clamping seat.
And a knife handle is arranged at the left end of the adjustable reamer, and threads are arranged on the right surface of the knife handle.
Further, threads are arranged at the left end of the clamping seat, a first limiting boss is arranged on the right side of the threads, and a second limiting boss is arranged on the right side of the first limiting boss; the second limiting boss is higher than the first limiting boss; the section of the second limiting boss is circular.
The section of the inner wall of the locking nut is circular; the diameter of the inner wall of the locking nut is larger than that of the second limiting boss; the left end of the locking nut is provided with a locking nut end face; the diameter of the inner wall of the end face of the locking nut is smaller than that of the second limiting boss; the end face of the locking nut is positioned on the left side of the second limiting boss; and the inner wall of the locking nut is provided with threads.

Further, the outer wall of the left end of the sliding sleeve is provided with threads corresponding to the threads of the inner wall of the locking nut; the inner wall of the left end of the sliding sleeve is provided with an inclined sliding sleeve groove corresponding to the clamping slide block, the inclined sliding sleeve groove is in inclined contact with the inclined clamping slide block, and the diameter of the inner wall of the sliding sleeve is gradually reduced from left to right.
Example 2
The embodiment provides an installation method of a reaming device suitable for a coiled tubing pipe end, which comprises the following steps:
placing the clamping slide block in the square hole of the clamping seat; then the sliding sleeve is sleeved at the right part of the clamping seat, the inclined surface of the clamping slide block is contacted with the inclined surface of the inclined groove of the sliding sleeve at the moment, and the clamping block at the upper part of the left end of the clamping slide block limits the lug to prevent the clamping slide block from falling from the square hole of the clamping seat; inserting the left end of the clamping seat from the right end of the locking nut, clamping the second limiting boss at the end face of the locking nut, and enabling the locking nut to be in threaded contact with the sliding sleeve; the adjustable reamer enters from the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve, the tool holder penetrates through the reamer positioning sleeve, and the left part of the adjustable reamer is in threaded connection with the left end of the reamer positioning sleeve; fixing the right end of the reamer positioning sleeve and the left end of the clamping seat through threads; the adjustable reamer is arranged on the electric wrench through the tool holder.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a using method of a reaming device suitable for a coiled tubing pipe end, which comprises the following steps:
(1) inserting the coiled tubing from the right end of the clamping seat and placing the coiled tubing between the three clamping sliding blocks;
(2) pushing the coiled tubing leftwards to enable the mouth of the coiled tubing to be in contact with the right end of the adjustable reamer (2);
(3) putting the right end of the adjustable reamer into the orifice of the coiled tubing;
(4) screwing the locking nut to drive the sliding sleeve to move leftwards, so that the clamping slide block moves towards the central line of the clamping seat to gradually clamp the continuous oil pipe;
(5) fixing a reamer positioning sleeve;
(6) starting the electric wrench to enable the adjustable reamer to rotate relative to the reamer positioning sleeve;
(7) under the action of the threads at the joint of the adjustable reamer and the reamer positioning sleeve, the adjustable reamer moves rightwards to ream the continuous oil pipe.
