Abstract

Technical Field
The invention relates to an eccentric positioning device, which relates to the field of oil layer casing drilling, and after drilling, a hose enters an oil layer through a drilled casing hole by means of hydraulic action, so that an oil flow channel is established. Background

A diverter commonly used in casing radial drilling applications requires that the drill bit centralizer be held against the casing wall during radial drilling so that the casing can be drilled. However, when radial drilling is performed in a large-size casing, the drill bit centralizing sleeve cannot be close to the casing due to the increase of the inner diameter of the casing, and the original radial drilling tool cannot be suitable for the construction in the large-size casing.
The usual solution is to replace the large-size radial drill diverter, but this approach does not make efficient use of the existing small-size diverter, resulting in waste.

Aiming at the problems existing in the prior art, the invention provides an eccentric positioning device suitable for radial drilling, which is suitable for drilling construction of casing inner diameters of different sizes. By using the eccentric positioning device, the radial drilling construction of the casings with different sizes is completed without changing the steering gear, and a simple and effective device is provided for the radial drilling construction in the casings with large sizes.

The structure of the anti-rotation gasket 4 comprises an upper surface, a lower surface and clamp teeth which are mutually meshed on the two surfaces.

The device mainly comprises a drilling steering gear, a drill bit centralizing sleeve, a movable joint, a rotation stopping gasket, a set screw, an eccentric joint and the like. The invention has the advantages that: the drill bit is righted and sleeved in the large-size sleeve to be close to the sleeve wall under the condition that the steering gear is not required to be replaced, so that radial drilling construction of the sleeves with different sizes is completed, the construction cost is reduced, and the application range of the steering gear is improved.

The eccentric positioning device of the embodiment can effectively utilize the existing radial drilling steering gear under the condition that the large-size radial drilling steering gear does not need to be replaced, so that the eccentric positioning device is suitable for radial drilling construction of casings of different sizes.

An eccentric positioning device suitable for radial drilling comprises a drilling steering gear (1) and an eccentric joint (6), wherein the drilling steering gear (1) is matched with a drill bit centralizing sleeve (2), and an upper joint and a lower joint of the eccentric joint (6) are not positioned on an axis and are of an eccentric structure; the method is characterized in that: a movable joint (3) is connected between the drilling steering gear (1) and the eccentric joint (6); the movable joint (3) comprises an upper joint connected with the drilling steering gear (1) and a lower joint connected with the eccentric joint (6), and a rotation positioning lock is formed between the upper joint and the lower joint through a rotation stopping gasket (4) and a set screw (5).
