Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of shampoo products, and particularly relates to a plant anti-dandruff composition, a silicone oil-free shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
With the continuous improvement of living standard of people, shampoo products enter the lives of people for decades, shampoo is gradually changed into functional products with certain efficacy from the initial basic cleaning products, the basic cleaning effect on hair cannot meet the ever-changing requirements of people, people are concerned about whether the functionality is comprehensive after 90 and 00 days, and the basic efficacy of the shampoo products is the dandruff removal just like the basic efficacy of the current skin care products is moisture preservation.
Dandruff is a phenomenon of massive desquamation caused by excessive proliferation of scalp keratinocytes, and the mechanism of dandruff production is generally considered to be related to the proliferation of malassezia, which is lipophilic and exists in sebaceous gland parts with excess triacylglycerols and free fatty acids; lipase produced by malassezia hydrolyzes triglyceride and saturated fatty acid to generate free unsaturated fatty acid, and the free unsaturated fatty acid stimulates scalp to produce dandruff. Dandruff easily causes erythema and pruritus on the scalp and also causes much trouble to patients. Foreign information has shown that nearly 50% of the population will suffer from dandruff for at least some time of life.
Since the introduction of foreign washing and care brands such as Baojie, Panting, and Haifenese into China for thirty-four years, the most commonly used anti-dandruff agents for hair washing products are salicylic acid, Zinc Pyrithione (also known as Zinc Pyrithione, Pyrithione Zinc, abbreviated as ZPT), Piroctone olamine (Pirocone olamine, tradename Octopirox, abbreviated as OCT), Climbazole (Climabazole, tradename Ganbaone, abbreviated as CLM), and the like. The amounts of the above-mentioned ingredients are strictly regulated in the technical standards for cosmetic safety (2015 edition). Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT), although this ingredient can inhibit the growth of gram-positive, negative bacteria and mould, have stronger killing power to fungi and bacteria, can kill the fungus producing dandruff well, achieve the effects of dandruff removal and itching relief, but the deficiency is that the shampoo prepared by using Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) for a long time can produce drug resistance, the effects of dandruff removal and itching relief are gradually reduced, after using for 5-10 years, antibody is produced, the continuous use can produce serious side effect, scalp itch can not be controlled any more, and scalp itch and dandruff increase occur more seriously, until ZPT is invalid. In addition, Zinc Pyrithione (ZPT) is highly irritating to the skin and damages the skin. Moreover, long-term use of the product can cause drug resistance of pathogenic bacteria, product failure and even more serious skin problems. The anti-dandruff product mainly acts in two ways, namely oil control and reduction of excessive secretion of grease. Secondly, sterilization.
Thus, to meet the needs of the market's mainstream consumer groups such as after 90, after 00, etc., it is desirable that the efficacious actives be of non-chemical origin, preferably natural plant ingredients. Secondly, in order to meet the trend of environmental protection, low carbon, green and nature, and thirdly, in order to change the problems of drug resistance and irritation of the chemical anti-dandruff agent to human bodies caused by long-term use, a new anti-dandruff shampoo product is urgently needed to be developed.

Efficacy testing
The silicone oil-free shampoos prepared in examples 1-3 above and the shampoos prepared in comparative examples 1 and 2 were subjected to efficacy tests, respectively, including a combing function test and a product anti-dandruff effect test.
(I) carding function test
The effects of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2 on the total dry combing and wet combing of hair strands before and after use were tested by a hair tester MTT178, respectively. 3 hair bundles are tested in each shampoo, each hair bundle is tested for 5 times in a dry comb and a wet comb, the average value of combing work is taken, the change percentage of the combing work before and after use is calculated and compared, and the conditioning effect of the shampoo is judged. The test results are shown in table 1 below.
TABLE 1 combing function test results of shampoos of examples 1-3 and comparative examples 1-2
As can be seen from the test results in table 1, the combing rates of the wet hair in examples 1 to 3 are all greater than the combing rate of the dry hair, which indicates that the combing work of the dry hair is less than that of the wet hair, and the hair quality after the dry hair is smoother, so that the conditioning effect of the shampoo without silicone oil is excellent, and the change rate of example 2 is the largest in the three groups of examples, and the hair drying performance is the most excellent, which belongs to the best combination. The change rate of the combing of the wet hair of the shampoo in the comparative example 1 and the shampoo in the comparative example 2 are both larger than that of the combing of the dry hair, the work of the combing of the dry hair is larger than that of the combing of the wet hair, the hair quality is frizzy after the dry hair, and the conditioning effect is poor.
(II) test of anti-dandruff effect of product
50 testers with scalp itch and serious scurf are selected according to a voluntary principle to evaluate the scurf-removing and itching-relieving effects of the silicone-oil-free shampoo, each evaluator uses the products of comparative examples 1-2 and the products of examples 1-3 respectively, after 1 month of use, the evaluation criteria of table 2 are used for scoring, the results of each group are averaged, and the experimental results are shown in table 3.
TABLE 2 evaluation criteria for anti-dandruff effect
Evaluation criteria | Score of |
