Abstract
本发明公开了HZB抑盐脱硫剂,涉及脱硫剂技术领域,包括主原料单吗啉基二甘醇和双吗啉基二甘醇的混合物或单吗啉基二甘醇或双吗啉基二甘醇或吗啉的高沸物;所述主原料与PK值在2.5以上的相关有机酸,以及相适宜的参与物充分混合反应而生成催化抑盐脱硫剂;本发明的HZB抑盐脱硫剂能够完全避免硫代及硫酸盐和硫氰盐的生成的同时还能有效脱除硫化物,应用广泛、成本低、化学性能稳定,对碳钢设备还有防腐蚀功能。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及脱硫剂技术领域,具体为HZB抑盐脱硫剂。
背景技术
在广泛化工原料气、工业排放气、燃气中均需对其中硫化物进行高效脱除,在脱硫过程中,硫代盐、硫酸盐、硫氰盐等复盐的生成,对其过程的环境、效率成本均造成极大影响。
常见成熟的脱硫技术很多,譬如在碳酸钠水溶液或氨水溶液中加入各自的催化脱硫剂,如ADA、PDS等,但它们均无抑制复盐生成能力,近年开发的络合铁法,和以水溶性铁盐、锰盐、锌盐、镍盐以及有机络合剂组成的DSH的催化脱硫剂,据称在脱硫过程中,均有抑盐效果,但均因种种原因难以推广。
在所知的方法中,有的对现有技术的应用,需对其工艺设备进行较大改动,甚至对碳钢材质腐蚀,有的应用成本高,化学稳定性差,有些脱硫过程中,仅对硫代根转化为硫酸根有作用,因而难以被用户广泛采用。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明提供了HZB抑盐脱硫剂,解决了背景技术中提到的问题。
为实现以上目的,本发明通过以下技术方案予以实现:HZB抑盐脱硫剂,包括主原料单吗啉基二甘醇和双吗啉基二甘醇的混合物或单吗啉基二甘醇或双吗啉基二甘醇或吗啉的高沸物;
主原料与PK值在2.5以上的相关有机酸,以及相适宜的参与物充分混合反应而生成催化抑盐脱硫剂,且K是离介常数,PK是K的负对数。
如上述的HZB抑盐脱硫剂,其中,优选的是,所述有机酸为诸如甲酸、柠檬酸、丙酸和苯甲酸等相关酸的其中一种。
如上述的HZB抑盐脱硫剂,其中,优选的是,所述相适宜的参与物诸如酞箐钴、对苯二酚、蒽醌二磺酸二钠盐等等。
本发明与现有技术相比具备以下有益效果:本发明的HZB抑盐脱硫剂能够完全避免硫代及硫酸盐和硫氰盐的生成的同时还能有效脱除硫化物,应用广泛、成本低、化学性能稳定,对碳钢设备还有防腐蚀功能。

下面将结合本发明实施例,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明提供一种技术方案:HZB抑盐脱硫剂,包括主原料,单吗啉基二甘醇和双吗啉基二甘醇的混合物或单吗啉基二甘醇和双吗啉基二甘醇的其中之一或吗啉的高沸物;
主原料与PK值在2.5以上的相关有机酸(有机酸为甲酸、柠檬酸、丙酸和苯甲酸等相关酸的其中一种)、以及相适宜的参与物(参与物诸如酞箐钴、对苯二酚、蒽醌二磺酸二钠盐等等)充分混合反应而生成催化抑盐脱硫剂,使用时,只需将催化抑盐脱硫物加入现有相关脱硫液中即可。
实施例:20%-90%的主原料、10%-40%的有机酸、0.1%-20%的参与物,在40-160摄氏度下化合反应,生成催化抑盐脱硫剂。

Claims (3)
1.HZB抑盐脱硫剂,其特征在于:包括主原料单吗啉基二甘醇和双吗啉基二甘醇的混合物或单吗啉基二甘醇或双吗啉基二甘醇或吗啉的高沸物;
所述主原料与PK值在2.5以上的相关有机酸,以及相适宜的参与物充分混合反应而生成催化抑盐脱硫剂,且K是离介常数,PK是K的负对数。
2.根据权利要求1所述的HZB抑盐脱硫剂,其特征在于:所述有机酸为诸如甲酸、柠檬酸、丙酸和苯甲酸等相关酸的其中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的HZB抑盐脱硫剂,其特征在于:所述相适宜的参与物诸如酞箐钴、对苯二酚、蒽醌二磺酸二钠盐等等。
