Abstract

技术领域
本发明涉及在超市等场所应用的冷冻箱和冷却柜使用的可卷拢的盖,当不展示货物时,此盖覆盖着这样的箱/柜,它还允许进行货物的放入和取走。
背景技术
当展示冷却货物,特别在展示冷冻产品时,热能向四周的传递将引起能量的损失。此外,货物在开口、外露的冷冻箱中的温度要高于在封闭的冷冻箱中的温度。这对货物的贮存寿命不利。此外,开口的冷却箱中的冷凝增加,因而要求更频繁的除冰。
已知用泡沫塑料及类似的热绝缘层材料制成的覆盖层,它们铺盖在箱和柜状冷却舱的开口之上。但这些已知的盖较重且贵。有时,四周空气中的冷凝水沉积在上表面,降低了热绝缘能力。
发明内容
本发明的主要目的是提出一种超市冷却舱应用的盖,它比现有的盖又轻又便宜。更受推荐的是,它易于铺开和卷走。
其目的还在于提出一种盖,它能排出冷凝水,从而降低了除冰频率。

具体实施方式
热盖12的细节示于图2和3中,其基础材料13为包围空气泡的塑料层。此材料由以下部分构成,即覆盖层13A(在图3中最清楚),它是聚酯层的层压制品,并具有外金属覆盖层;内塑料层,即“气泡层”13B,它焊接至所述第一层上以便将空穴或空气“气泡”14包围在内;以及第二覆盖层13C。在此实例中,覆盖层13A、气泡层13B和第二覆盖层13C中的塑料部分都由聚乙烯制成。
可以开发具有相应结构及相应重量、成本和热性能的其它基础材料。
为加强热盖12,设置了加强条16A-D(图1),它横越热盖的纵向轴线而伸展,且每条略短于冷冻箱11的内部宽度。已发现,最好如图2和3所示地将加强条16A-D装配至基础材料13的第二覆盖层13C上,而不是在生产期间将它们包含在基础材料13之中。
图2和3表示加强条16A-D的装配,它们是用在加强条两侧上的胶带17将其连接在基础材料13上。胶带17可以是已知的带织物基底及粘结层类型的,用于耐久地连接至所述第二覆盖层13C上。加强条16A-D略短于热盖12的宽度,从而使加强条的端部得以被胶带的端部完全覆盖,胶带连接至加强条端部的附近。
此外,热盖的侧边和端边缘被一种相似于胶带17的边缘带18所覆盖。边缘带18具有两重目的。首先,其目的是防止热盖12的边缘在卷拢和铺开期间被撕裂。其次,它有利于热盖卷的直立贮存,而不会被损坯。直立贮存的目的将在下文说明。边缘带18还能防止层压的基础材料遭受污染。带17和18也可用能焊接至基础材料13的材料加以替代。
此实例中的加强条16A-D是塑料管,如结构与电装置中管相似的管。这种管具有低重量、高弹性及必要的强度。此外,这种管还易于安装。
如在实例中的相应热盖也可用于冷却柜。这时,最好在冷却柜顶部连接一种商标为“Velcro”的带,并在热盖上设置相应的带。热盖在顶部连接,并沿着柜开口的前方滚下。
当使用时,即应用热盖的商店关门时,铺开盖以覆盖冷冻箱和冷却柜的开口。当应用热盖时,舱内的冷却或冷冻温度可保持得较好,从而降低了功率消耗。有时,在应用热盖期间,功率消耗的降低可达25%至35%。认为这些优越的性能是基于发明提出的,所用的材料与反射表面的结合以及应用了加强条。这种盖的重量轻,且材料价格低廉。
商店开门时,热盖从冷冻箱上取走,冷凝水将主要沉积在上表面上。由于封闭但有一定结构的表面,此水将保持在表面上,特别在水平冷冻箱上。白天时,卷拢的热盖直立地存放。从而水将排走,热盖12将变干燥以便下一次应用。
Claims (5)

基础材料(13)是一种包围着空气气泡(14)的塑料层的层压件,并具有外露的反光表面;
