Abstract
The invention discloses a natural plant extract freckle-removing essence and a preparation method thereof, wherein the freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 8-12 parts of towel gourd extract, 2-4 parts of aloe extract, 1-3 parts of rose essential oil, 3-6 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.5-1 part of orange flower essential oil, 2-3 parts of tocopherol acetate, 1.5-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.5-1 part of co-emulsifier, 5-10 parts of humectant, 1-2 parts of thickener, 0.1-0.2 part of preservative and 40-60 parts of deionized water. According to the invention, the essence is prepared by adding the natural plants of kiwi fruit extract, towel gourd extract, aloe extract, rose essential oil, lemon essential oil and orange flower essential oil, and by utilizing the characteristics of good permeability and easy absorption of the plant essential oil, the percutaneous permeation absorption of the components of the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract and the aloe extract can be promoted, the whitening nutritional factors quickly reach the deep layer of cells, the activity of melanogenesis enzymes is inhibited, the whitening and anti-wrinkle effects of skin are greatly improved, the preparation method is simple, and the industrial production is easy to realize.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a freckle-removing essence, in particular to a natural plant-extracted freckle-removing essence and a preparation method thereof, and belongs to the technical field of cosmetics.
Background
When ultraviolet rays irradiate the skin, the pigment blast cells located in the basal layer of the epidermis secrete a melanine pigment which activates tyrosinase activity to cause tyrosinase to react with tyrosine in the blood to produce melanin. The melanin can effectively absorb ultraviolet rays and protect human bodies from being damaged by the ultraviolet rays. However, if melanin is not metabolized and excreted from the body through the human body, it remains in the epidermis to form pigmented spots (including freckles, sunburn, dark spots, etc.), which greatly affects the beauty of the face.
With the development of society and the improvement of living standard, cosmetics have become an indispensable part of people's life. More and more cosmetics are added with components with the effects of whitening, sun screening, freckle removing, aging resisting and the like so as to meet the demands of markets and consumers. At present, the sources of the functional components are mainly divided into chemical types and plant types, wherein the natural plant types have the characteristics of naturalness, mildness, no toxic or side effect and the like, are well favored by consumers and have wide market prospects.
The research on the use of compounds extracted from natural plants for whitening and removing freckles has become a hot spot in the research of cosmetics. However, most products are improved to natural extracted components in terms of components, but the whitening and freckle removing effects are not obvious, so that a safe and effective whitening and freckle removing skin care product is needed, and the skin care problem faced by most women at present can be solved.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide the natural plant extract freckle-removing essence which is safe, non-irritant and good in whitening and freckle-removing effects.
The invention also aims to provide a preparation method of the natural plant essence for removing freckles, which can be used for industrial production.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows: a natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 8-12 parts of towel gourd extract, 2-4 parts of aloe extract, 1-3 parts of rose essential oil, 3-6 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.5-1 part of orange flower essential oil, 2-3 parts of tocopherol acetate, 1.5-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.5-1 part of co-emulsifier, 5-10 parts of humectant, 1-2 parts of thickener, 0.1-0.2 part of preservative and 40-60 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 10 parts of towel gourd extract, 3 parts of aloe extract, 2 parts of rose essential oil, 5 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.8 part of neroli essential oil, 2.5 parts of tocopherol acetate, 2 parts of emulsifier, 0.8 part of co-emulsifier, 8 parts of humectant, 1.5 parts of thickener, 0.15 part of preservative and 50 parts of deionized water.
Preferably, the emulsifier is one or more of glycerol monostearate, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether-40, span 80 and cetearyl glucoside.
Preferably, the co-emulsifier is any one of ethanol, 1, 3-butanediol or propylene glycol.
Preferably, the humectant is one or more of hydrolyzed collagen, glycerol, trehalose, betaine and sodium hyaluronate.
Preferably, the thickening agent is one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose and acrylate copolymer.
Preferably, the preservative is one or more of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol and propylparaben.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the natural plant extract freckle-removing essence, which comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing humectant, thickener, antiseptic, fructus Actinidiae chinensis extract, fructus Luffae extract, Aloe extract, tocopheryl acetate and deionized water, stirring and heating to 70-80 deg.C, and stirring for 5-15min to obtain water phase;
(2) mixing rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, orange flower essential oil, emulsifier, co-emulsifier and preservative, and stirring uniformly to obtain an oil phase;
(3) slowly adding the water phase into the oil phase stirred at a high speed of 12000r/min at 8000-.
The kiwi fruit extract is prepared by extracting and refining a natural plant kiwi fruit, contains various vitamins, mineral elements and amino acids required by a human body, has good moisturizing effect, and also contains actinidine, proteolytic enzyme, tannin pectin and other substances, wherein the actinidine contains a pyridine-like ring structure, has strong reducibility, can remove oxidation free radicals, color spots and the like, and can brighten the skin color.
The towel gourd extract is extracted and refined from natural plant towel gourd, contains B vitamins for slowing down skin aging, vitamin C for whitening skin and other components, contains a large amount of natural moisturizing factors, and non-sticky moisturizing components can effectively relax tight and dry skin to keep the facial skin moist and elastic, and the skin color is beautiful, ruddy, clean and white; the skin care product can also promote metabolism, soften old waste cutin, remove deep dirt, inhibit the generation of melanocyte, effectively improve rough and wrinkled skin, restore the skin to be tender and smooth, and make the skin become soft, smooth and glossy.
The aloe extract is extracted and refined from natural plant aloe, contains aloin and aloesin, has the effects of beautifying the skin in many aspects, has certain effects in the aspects of moisture retention, inflammation diminishing, bacteriostasis, itching relieving, allergy resisting, skin softening, acne preventing, sweat inhibiting, odor preventing and the like, has strong absorption effect on ultraviolet rays, and prevents skin burn. Aloe contains various components for eliminating superoxide free radical, such as superoxide dismutase and catalase, and has effects of caring skin, improving elasticity, preventing corrosion, and delaying aging.
The lemon essential oil is extracted from lemon peel by a cold pressing method, is rich in vitamin C, and is particularly beneficial to whitening, astringing, balancing oil secretion, treating oily skin symptoms such as acne and the like.
The rose essential oil in the invention is essential oil extracted from fresh rose flowers. Can regulate female endocrine, nourish uterus, relieve dysmenorrhea, improve hyposexuality and climacteric discomfort, nourish the interior and exterior, lighten speckle, promote melanin decomposition, improve skin dryness, and recover skin elasticity.
The neroli essential oil is extracted from white petal of bitter orange, and has nerve calming effect. The whitening cream is rich in various whitening active ingredients, can lead out melanin formed in skin layer by layer under the mediation of aromatic factors, and is discharged along with the metabolism of aged cutin, thereby achieving the purposes of whitening and spot fading.
The tocopherol acetate, namely vitamin E, is a micronutrient, has strong reducibility, and has excellent effects of resisting oxidation, tightening and smoothing skin and improving skin elasticity.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
1. the essence is prepared by adding natural plants, namely the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract, the aloe extract, the rose essential oil, the lemon essential oil and the orange flower essential oil, wherein the plant extract has the effects of whitening, moisturizing, resisting wrinkles and resisting oxidation, is dissolved in a water phase, and is uniformly emulsified at a high speed to prepare the essence of the water-in-oil type microemulsion, and by utilizing the characteristics of good permeability and easy absorption of the plant essential oil, the percutaneous permeation absorption of the components of the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract and the aloe extract can be promoted, whitening nutritional factors can quickly reach the deep layer of cells, damaged cells can be repaired, lipids can be supplemented, the activity of melanogenesis enzymes can be inhibited, and the whitening and wrinkle-resisting effects of skin can;

Example 1
A natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 10 parts of towel gourd extract, 3 parts of aloe extract, 2 parts of rose essential oil, 5 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.8 part of orange flower essential oil, 2.5 parts of tocopherol acetate, 802 parts of span, 0.8 part of propylene glycol, 1 part of hydrolyzed collagen, 4 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of trehalose, 1 part of betaine, 1.5 parts of carbomer, 0.15 part of propylparaben and 50 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the natural plant essence for removing the freckles comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing hydrolyzed collagen, glycerol, trehalose, betaine, carbomer, fructus Actinidiae chinensis extract, fructus Luffae extract, Aloe extract, tocopheryl acetate and deionized water, stirring and heating to 75 deg.C, and stirring for 10min to obtain water phase;
(2) mixing rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, neroli essential oil, span 80, propylene glycol and propyl hydroxybenzoate, and stirring to obtain an oil phase;
(3) slowly adding water phase into 10000r/min high-speed stirred oil phase, and emulsifying to form microemulsion to obtain natural plant extract essence for removing speckle.
Example 2
A natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 8 parts of towel gourd extract, 2 parts of aloe extract, 1 part of rose essential oil, 3 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.5 part of neroli essential oil, 2 parts of tocopherol acetate, 0.5 part of hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether-401.5 part of 1, 3-butanediol, 2 parts of glycerol, 0.5 part of betaine, 2.5 parts of sodium hyaluronate, 1 part of xanthan gum, 0.06 part of methylparaben, 0.04 part of propylhydroxybenzoate and 40 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the natural plant essence for removing the freckles comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, betaine, sodium hyaluronate, xanthan gum, fructus Actinidiae chinensis extract, fructus Luffae extract, Aloe extract, tocopheryl acetate and deionized water, stirring and heating to 80 deg.C, and stirring for 5min to obtain water phase;
(2) mixing rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, orange flower essential oil, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether-40, 1, 3-butanediol, methyl hydroxybenzoate and propyl hydroxybenzoate, and stirring to obtain oil phase;
(3) slowly adding water phase into oil phase stirred at a high speed of 8000r/min, and emulsifying to form microemulsion to obtain natural plant essence for removing speckle.
Example 3
A natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 10 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 12 parts of towel gourd extract, 4 parts of aloe extract, 3 parts of rose essential oil, 6 parts of lemon essential oil, 1 part of neroli essential oil, 3 parts of tocopheryl acetate, 3 parts of glycerol monostearate, 1 part of ethanol, 4 parts of glycerol, 2 parts of trehalose, 4 parts of betaine, 2 parts of hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, 0.1 part of methylparaben, 0.1 part of phenoxyethanol and 60 parts of deionized water.
The preparation method of the natural plant essence for removing the freckles comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing glycerol, trehalose, betaine, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, fructus Actinidiae chinensis extract, fructus Luffae extract, Aloe extract, tocopheryl acetate and deionized water, stirring and heating to 70 deg.C, and stirring for 15min to obtain water phase;
(2) mixing rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, orange flower essential oil, span 80, propylene glycol, methylparaben and phenoxyethanol, and stirring uniformly to obtain an oil phase;
(3) slowly adding water phase into 10000r/min high-speed stirred oil phase, and emulsifying to form microemulsion to obtain natural plant extract essence for removing speckle.
Comparative example 1
This comparative example is the same as example 1, except that no kiwifruit extract was added.
Comparative example 2
This comparative example is the same as example 1, except that the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract, and the aloe extract were not added.
Comparative example 3
This comparative example is the same as example 1 except that no rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, or orange flower essential oil was added.
The product performance evaluation test of the invention is as follows:
firstly, spot removing efficacy verification:
60 subjects with obvious color spots on the faces are selected, and the subjects have no other skin diseases, no visceral diseases, no cosmetic allergy history and are female in health. The product is uniformly applied to the face of a subject, the subject uses the product for 1 time in the morning and evening every day, the face of the subject is washed by warm water before the product is used, other whitening cosmetics are not used in the test period, the product is continuously used for 30 days, and before the product is used, the product is compared, evaluated and observed once after the product is used. Before evaluation, the test subject is required to clean the face and then take a rest in a constant temperature and humidity room for 30min, the indoor light conditions are kept consistent, and the same part is selected as a test target position for evaluation.
Description of freckle-removing effect:
it is obvious that: the color spots on the face become light obviously, and the skin is whitened and brightened obviously.
Moderate improvement: pale color spots and yellow skin
Slight improvement: slight lightening of facial color spots

As can be seen from table 1, in 60 cases, the essence with the plant extracts and/or plant essential oils added can improve the freckle removal, the total effective rate is 100%, but 50% of the product in comparative example 1, 40% of the moderate improvement, 40% of the product in comparative example 2, 40% of the moderate improvement, 30% of the product in comparative example 3, 50% of the moderate improvement, 80% of the product in examples 1-3 and 13.3% of the moderate improvement are obvious; the plant extract and the plant essential oil are compounded to have a synergistic freckle removing effect, and the addition of the kiwi fruit extract can enable the freckle removing effect to be optimal.
None of the subjects showed adverse reactions.
Second, the whitening and spot-lightening effects of example 1 were evaluated
In the experiment, the polypeptide whitening and freckle removing essence provided in example 1 is selected for experiment.
50 healthy women aged 30-55 years were selected and divided into a blank group, a control group (comparative examples 1-3) and an experimental group (example 1), each of which was 10 persons. The cheek color and skin color were measured and the test product was dispensed. The test subjects were used continuously, and the control group and the experimental group were used 1 time each day in the morning and evening, and each time, the test subjects were applied after cleansing. Other whitening cosmetics were discontinued during the experiment. Blank group, without any whitening cosmetic. After the continuous use of 7d, 14d, 21d and 28d, each efficacy index is measured. Meanwhile, the volunteers are asked to feel and whether or not there is an allergy phenomenon after using the test sample, and the comparison before and after the volunteers use the test sample is recorded. Meanwhile, MeXAMETER MXI8 skin pigment instrument was used to measure skin melanin content, and the measurement was performed 3 times continuously, and the average value was obtained. And the data processing adopts sigmastat statistical software to carry out pairing t test, and has significance when P is less than 0.05.
The change of the melanin content of the skin of the tested part before and after the test is as follows: 50 subjects in the experiment have good tolerance to the sample and no adverse reaction. As shown in Table 2, the melanin contents of the experimental groups at 7d, 14d, 21d and 28d after the application of the samples were all reduced compared with those before the application (P < 0.05).

As can be seen from table 2, the control group 1 did not contain kiwi fruit extract, and the whitening effect was slightly poor; the whitening effect is reduced by adding the plant essential oil into the control group 2 and adding the plant extract into the control group 3. The comparison shows that the control group 2 added with the plant essential oil has better whitening effect than the control group 3 added with the plant extract, and the control group 1 without the kiwi fruit extract has slightly poorer whitening effect; the experimental group added with the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract, the aloe extract, the rose essential oil, the lemon essential oil and the orange flower essential oil has the best whitening effect, so that the plant extract and the plant essential oil are compounded to have the synergistic whitening effect, and the kiwi fruit extract is added to enable the whitening effect to reach the best.

As can be seen from table 3, the essence solutions added with the plant extracts and/or the plant essential oils all have whitening and spot-lightening effects, and comparison shows that the control group 2 added with the plant essential oils has a better whitening effect than the control group 3 added with the plant extracts, and the control group 1 without the kiwi fruit extract has a slightly poorer whitening effect; the experimental group added with the kiwi fruit extract, the towel gourd extract, the aloe extract, the rose essential oil, the lemon essential oil and the orange flower essential oil has the best whitening effect, so that the plant extract and the plant essential oil are compounded to have the synergistic whitening effect, and the kiwi fruit extract is added to enable the whitening effect to reach the best.
In conclusion, the freckle-removing essence disclosed by the invention has a remarkable whitening effect, namely, has double effects of brightening the skin and lightening the freckles.

Claims (8)
1. A natural plant extract essence for removing freckles is characterized in that: the composition is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 5-10 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 8-12 parts of towel gourd extract, 2-4 parts of aloe extract, 1-3 parts of rose essential oil, 3-6 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.5-1 part of orange flower essential oil, 2-3 parts of tocopherol acetate, 1.5-3 parts of emulsifier, 0.5-1 part of co-emulsifier, 5-10 parts of humectant, 1-2 parts of thickener, 0.1-0.2 part of preservative and 40-60 parts of deionized water.

The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the natural plant extract freckle-removing essence is prepared from the following components in parts by weight: 8 parts of kiwi fruit extract, 10 parts of towel gourd extract, 3 parts of aloe extract, 2 parts of rose essential oil, 5 parts of lemon essential oil, 0.8 part of neroli essential oil, 2.5 parts of tocopherol acetate, 2 parts of emulsifier, 0.8 part of co-emulsifier, 8 parts of humectant, 1.5 parts of thickener, 0.15 part of preservative and 50 parts of deionized water.
3. The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the emulsifier is one or more of glyceryl monostearate, hydrogenated castor oil polyoxyethylene ether-40, span 80 and cetearyl glucoside.
4. The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the auxiliary emulsifier is any one of ethanol, 1, 3-butanediol or propylene glycol.
5. The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the humectant is one or more of hydrolyzed collagen, glycerol, trehalose, betaine and sodium hyaluronate.
6. The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the thickening agent is one or more of carbomer, xanthan gum, hydroxyethyl cellulose and acrylate copolymer.
7. The essence of claim 1, wherein the essence comprises: the preservative is one or more of methyl hydroxybenzoate, propyl hydroxybenzoate, phenoxyethanol and propylparaben.
8. A method for preparing the natural plant extract essence for removing freckles according to claim 1, which is characterized in that: the method comprises the following steps:
(1) mixing humectant, thickener, antiseptic, fructus Actinidiae chinensis extract, fructus Luffae extract, Aloe extract, tocopheryl acetate and deionized water, stirring and heating to 70-80 deg.C, and stirring for 5-15min to obtain water phase;
(2) mixing rose essential oil, lemon essential oil, orange flower essential oil, emulsifier, co-emulsifier and preservative, and stirring uniformly to obtain an oil phase;
(3) slowly adding the water phase into the oil phase stirred at a high speed of 12000r/min at 8000-.
