Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of essence, and particularly relates to repair essence containing a plant stem cell extract and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The repair essence is a high-concentration and high-functionality maintenance product, generally contains more active ingredients, has small molecules and strong permeability, and can be used for deeply repairing different skin tissue problems; the core component is an active matter which has an effect on skin, and the active matter added in the product generally has the cosmetic water content of more than 10 percent, namely the active matter is called essence.
The metabolic state of the keratinocytes on the surface layer of the skin is related to the direct visual effect of the skin, and in the process that the epidermal cells are finally transformed into cutin and are removed, the absorption effect of the cells on external active matters is gradually reduced, so that the effective active matters in the repair essence can only enter the basal layer cells in the epidermis to play the corresponding repair effect on the skin.

In one embodiment of the present invention, the oscillation frequency in the essence blending process is 0.3 to 0.5Hz, and the oscillation direction is opposite to the stirring direction; the added plant gum is suspended and distributed in the essence with the viscosity formed by the biological carbohydrate gum, so that the even distribution effect of the plant gum in the essence can be interfered by the overlarge centrifugal acting force and the reciprocating tangential force in the mixing process, and the balanced distribution state of the plant gum in the essence is met by adopting low-frequency directional oscillation, so that the application effect of the preparation method of the repair essence containing the plant stem cell extract is improved.
When in use, functional components in the skin are required to enter basal layer cells through gaps of the skin epidermis so as to achieve the effect of repairing the functions of the skin cells, so that the basal layer cells are gradually converted into cells with a spinous layer, a granular layer and a cuticle layer in the skin metabolism, and then are finally converted into cutin to be removed in the skin metabolism period; the 4D hyaluronic acid, lecithin and the hydrolyzed algae extract are arranged to supplement water needed by keratinocytes in the skin, barrier function between a granular layer and cells with acanthosis is achieved, smoothness of cell gaps is recovered, the glycerol and the biological carbohydrate gum adjust viscosity performance of the essence, the essence is matched with a biological carbohydrate gum wrapping layer on the outer layer of the vegetable gum, and the suspension distribution state of the vegetable gum is maintained, wherein weak alkalinity of triethanolamine is used for reducing damage of the acidic essence to the skin; the actinidine extracted from the kiwi fruit pulp has high extraction conversion rate, the apple polyphenol has high content in immature peel, most bacteria in the kiwi fruit pulp are eliminated through a high-temperature hot water disinfection process, meanwhile, the destruction to polyphenol substances is avoided, and by utilizing the strong antioxidation effect of the apple polyphenol, free radicals in skin cells can be captured only at a low concentration, so that the damage to epidermal cells is reduced; the oil is controlled at a lower temperature before being added, so that the oil can be quickly dissipated through a heating process after being added into a higher-temperature aqueous solution, the adding condition of the vegetable gum can be met, and the time consumption of the blending of the essence is reduced; the low-frequency directional oscillation is adopted to meet the balanced distribution state of the vegetable gum in the essence.
In order to verify the practical use effect of the repair essence containing the plant stem cell extract according to the present invention, the following experiment was performed.
Starting a new product activity in a certain beauty parlor, providing the repair essence liquid for the women who care skin for trial, randomly selecting 30 women who use the brand A facial skin repair essence liquid, dividing the women into three groups by 10 people, respectively using the repair essence liquid, continuing to use the brand A repair essence liquid and replacing the repair essence liquid with the brand B repair essence liquid, and recording the facial skin conditions of five days after using the repair essence liquid in the period from seventies and ten days to eighty days;
experimental group 1: the repair essence of the invention is used
Experimental group 2: continuously using first brand repair essence
Experimental group 3: replacing and using brand B repairing essence
The results recorded by the experimental groups show that the facial skin condition can be improved by using the repair essence, the brand A repair essence and the brand B repair essence in the market, the repair essence in the invention has a better repair speed, and the repair essence has a better and obvious improvement effect on the facial skin after being used for one month.
The foregoing illustrates and describes the principles, general features, and advantages of the present invention.
