digestive enzymes were purchased from nanning pombo bioengineering, ltd;
lactobacillus was purchased from shanghai Shenxia biochemistry ltd.
Example 1: referring to fig. 1, a nutritional composition for reducing pet excrement odor is shown in table 1, and is prepared by the following steps:
s1, putting corn flour, chicken powder, fish meal, gluten powder, calcium hydrogen phosphate, salt, tea polyphenol and the sweet osmanthus plant extract into a high-speed mixer, and stirring and mixing at 800rpm for 15min to obtain a mixture;

Comparative example 4: a common commercial dog food was used as comparative example 4.
Performance testing
150 medium dogs (7-12kg) were selected and divided equally into 15 groups of 10 dogs each. The 15 groups of medium dogs were fed the nutritional compositions or dog food of examples 1-11 and comparative examples 1-4, respectively. After feeding for 30 days, the amount of change of ammonia and hydrogen sulfide in feces of medium dogs and the content of each fungus were measured, and the results are shown in Table 2.
As can be seen from the test data in Table 2, the ammonia gas content in the dog feces is reduced by more than 65% and the hydrogen sulfide content is reduced by more than 58% when the nutritional compositions of examples 1-11 are fed, and the peculiar smell is obviously reduced and improved. And the reduction of the ammonia and hydrogen sulfide contents of the embodiment 10 and the embodiment 11 is particularly obvious, and is the best embodiment. The decrease in ammonia and hydrogen sulfide content in dog feces was less pronounced in comparative examples 1-4, with comparative example 4 being the worst comparative example. Compared with the comparative example, the canine feces in the example have relatively low content of escherichia coli and salmonella, and the content of lactic acid bacteria is relatively obviously higher, which shows that the canine intestinal environment has obvious improvement after being fed with the nutritional composition for reducing the pet excrement peculiar smell for 30 days. In conclusion, the nutritional composition prepared by the invention can improve the gastrointestinal tract function of pets, obviously improve the odor of excrement and eliminate the peculiar smell of excrement of pets from the source.
