Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of building coatings, and relates to a sand-in-water multicolor coating and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Nowadays, with the continuous improvement of the living standard of substances, people can not meet the original single-color paint any more, and compared with the real stone paint and texture paint, the colorful paint is favored by more and more users due to the advantages of high simulation degree, light weight, high construction speed, low manufacturing cost and the like. In the aspect of raw material sources of colors, the raw materials of various colors of the sand-in-water coating can be realized by industrial production, and the color of the real stone paint completely depends on the color of natural colored sand, but at present, along with the fact that the natural colored sand resources are less and less, the raw material sources of the colors are uncontrollably increased, and the popularization and development of the real stone paint are greatly influenced. In addition, the traditional multicolor paint has a plane effect, does not have the texture of real stone paint, and in order to enable the multicolor paint to have the texture effect, the current common method is to use the real stone paint as a modeling layer and then spray the multicolor paint, so that one procedure is increased, and the material cost is increased. Therefore, the sand-in-water multicolor paint is produced as a new generation product, is simpler and more convenient than the traditional real stone paint in construction, has the simulation degree of the multicolor paint and the texture effect of the real stone paint through one-time spraying, and effectively saves the construction and material cost.
However, the development of sand-in-water multicolor paint technology has also encountered troublesome technical problems, such as poor stability due to the presence of sand with a high density in the dispersed phase of the sand-in-water multicolor paint; the particle size of the sand is larger, so that the flexible continuous film formed by the gelation of the protective adhesive on the surface of the color point has defects, the color point is easy to be broken, color paste in the color point is separated out, serious bleeding is caused to influence the hue, the color points in the finished product are easy to sink, the color points are adhered together and are difficult to be dispersed again, and the phenomenon that construction cannot be carried out occurs; this also adversely affects the water-white resistance of the sand-in-water multicolor paint due to the addition of sand. The sand-in-water multicolor paint has the defects, so that the use of the sand-in-water multicolor paint in the building outer wall is restricted.
