In the invention, the heating and melting temperature is 1050-1100 ℃, and is preferably 1080 ℃.
In the invention, the thickness of the gold foil rolled by the hammer is 0.1 mm-0.5 mm, and preferably 0.3 mm.
After the gold foil is obtained, the obtained gold foil is divided into seven pieces with the length multiplied by the width of (8 cm-12 cm) × (4 cm-6 cm), then seven ceramic colored drawing pigments are respectively filled into the seven pieces of gold foil according to different colors and are wrapped, and metal wires with seven colors are obtained through repeated kneading and hammer milling; finally twisting the seven colors of metal wires into a spiral strip shape, and hammering to obtain the neon gold foil patch. In the invention, the length multiplied by the width of each piece of gold foil is (8 cm-12 cm) × (4 cm-6 cm), preferably 10cm multiplied by 5 cm; the loading amount of the color pigment in each piece of gold foil is preferably 1.5g to 2.5g, and more preferably 2 g.
In the invention, the preferable process of respectively filling the seven-color ceramic colored drawing pigment into seven gold foils according to different colors is as follows:
2g of red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple ceramic color drawing pigments are respectively scooped into the gold foil by using a small spoon, then the gold foil filled with the pigments is respectively rolled into a cylinder shape, and two ends of the cylinder are rolled to obtain seven gold foil pigment bars.
In the invention, the diameter of the metal wire is preferably 0.8 mm-1.2 mm, and more preferably 1 mm.

then, pasting the neon color patch on the surface of the composition; dipping a medium fusing agent by a brush pen and coating the medium fusing agent on the surface of the composition paster to obtain a vessel made of the paster; the neon color patch is the neon color gold foil patch in the technical scheme or the neon color gold foil patch prepared by the preparation method in the technical scheme;
finally, drawing and imaging by using ceramic colored drawing pigment, and baking to obtain a finished product of coloring and painting on the neon glaze;
or after the ceramic colored drawing pigment is used for drawing and imaging, a layer of low-temperature transparent glaze is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic colored drawing pigment, and the ceramic colored drawing pigment is dried and baked to obtain a finished product of the neon under-glaze colored drawing.

The sources of the cooked egg yolk, the plant starch, the white sugar, the lactic acid, the refined beef tallow and the rapeseed are not particularly limited, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art can be used.
In the invention, the dosage of the dipping and coating medium fusing agent is preferably in a negative correlation with the subsequent baking temperature; the baking temperature of the on-glaze neon gold color baking is low, the amount of the solvent coated by dipping is large, and the solvent is preferably coated for three times and dried each time; the under-glaze neon color baked color has a high baking temperature, and the amount of the solvent coated by dipping is small, so that the solvent is preferably coated once and dried.
The neon medium flux with the functions of color development and combustion-supporting melting is smeared on the surface of the picture composition patch formed by pasting the neon color gold foil patch, so that the temperature of the neon color patch is easy to control during color baking, and acid substances such as glutamic acid, amino acid, fatty acid and the like contained in a cooked yolk leaven can make a neon color finished product baked with the neon color patch noble and bright in image and have a unique visual effect.
After the utensil made of the paster is obtained, the utensil made of the paster is preferably put into a kiln for baking and coloring, and a finished product of the neon color painting is directly obtained.

or after the ceramic colored drawing pigment is used for drawing and imaging, a layer of low-temperature transparent glaze is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic colored drawing pigment, and the ceramic colored drawing pigment is dried and baked to obtain a finished product of the neon under-glaze colored drawing.
The invention has no special limit to the variety and source of the ceramic colored drawing pigment, and can select different kinds of commercial ceramic colored drawing pigments according to the requirements of different neon colored drawings and neon set colored drawing finished products.
In the invention, the preferred baking modes comprise an overglaze neon coloring and an underglaze neon coloring, different temperatures are required to be set according to different pigment attributes for baking, and the baking temperature and time are in an inverse correlation with the ambient temperature. In the invention, the temperature of the over-glaze neon gold color baking is preferably 680-720 ℃, and more preferably 700 ℃; the time for the neon coloring on the glaze is preferably 5-6 h; the temperature of the under-glaze neon gold color baking is preferably 820-860 ℃, and more preferably 840 ℃; the time for baking the under-glaze neon gold color is preferably 7-8 h.
The method for drawing the neon colors and the neon color set can draw and express more colorful creative themes on the vessel to be drawn and the plates made of corresponding materials; the drawn product has bright and delicate color and presents the golden visual effect of golden texture of a seven-color neon halo mask.
The invention provides a neon color gold foil patch and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the neon color gold foil patch is formed by hammer-grinding a gold foil and seven-color ceramic colored drawing pigment; the gold foil comprises the following components in percentage by mass (8.3-7.3): (1.7-2.7) gold and brass; the colors of the seven-color ceramic colored drawing pigment are red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple respectively. Compared with the prior art, the neon color gold foil patch is suitable for neon color painting and neon color set color painting, the finished product has bright and attractive appearance and bright and fine color, and a hidden seven-color neon halo is displayed on the inner layer of the gold texture; the product has bright color picture, stable and saturated color, rich and gorgeous color and clear picture layer, and has unique neon gold visual effect, greatly raised artistic appreciation and commercial value of ceramic utensil.

The solvent used in the following examples of the invention is a neon medium solvent, and a cooked yolk leavening agent and an emulsified oil preparation are used according to the mass ratio of 37: 63, wherein the yolk leaven is prepared by uniformly mixing and stirring 70wt% of cooked yolk, 21wt% of plant starch, 6wt% of white sugar and 3wt% of lactic acid, and then putting the mixture into a sealed container for fermentation for 72 hours, and the emulsified oil preparation is prepared by mixing and heating 10wt% of refined beef tallow and 90wt% of yellow rapeseed.
Examples
(1) Grinding gold with the purity of 99.99% into gold foil by a hammer, grinding the gold foil into copper foil by a hammer, respectively cutting the gold foil and the copper foil into fragments according to the mass ratio of 8.3: 1.7, placing the mixture into a crucible, heating the mixture to 1080 ℃ for melting to obtain a melt, taking the melt out after cooling, and hammering the melt into seven gold foils with the thickness of 0.3mm and the length and the width of 10cm multiplied by 5 cm.
(2) Scooping 2g of red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple seven-color ceramic color painting pigments into the gold foil by using a small spoon respectively, rolling the gold foil filled with the pigments into a cylindrical shape respectively, and rolling two ends of the gold foil to obtain seven gold foil pigment bars; then, repeatedly kneading and hammering by using a gold foil hammering tool to manufacture metal wires with the diameters of 1 mm; finally twisting the seven-color metal wires into a spiral strip shape, and then hammering the strip into a neon gold color gold foil patch with the thickness of 0.05 mm.
Application examples
The method comprises the following steps of forming a 'sending love Wuchu' drawing decorated by three-dimensional concave-convex neon gold on a Ru porcelain blank body:
firstly, wiping a ceramic vessel clean, airing, and drawing a pattern on the surface of the vessel by using a prepared pearl material; filling glass white water material in the line drawing pattern to ensure that the glass white water material is full and does not overflow outside the line; then the pattern is put into a kiln to be baked at 720 ℃, and the pattern surface is polished and molded after the pattern is cooled.
Then, the neon color gold foil patch provided by the embodiment of the invention is pasted on the surface of the composition; dipping the medium flux with a brush pen and coating the medium flux on the surface of the pattern composition paster (coating the medium flux for three times and drying the medium flux every time) to obtain the ceramic vessel prepared by the paster.
And finally, according to the creative composition design, drawing and imaging by using ceramic colored drawing pigment, and baking at different temperatures (700 ℃ for 5-6 h) in a kiln according to different pigment attributes to obtain a finished product of the neon gold color set coloring 'sending love Wuchu' painting with the low relief composition.

then, pasting the neon color patch on the surface of the composition; dipping a medium fusing agent by a brush pen and coating the medium fusing agent on the surface of the composition paster to obtain a vessel made of the paster; the neon color patch is a neon color gold foil patch; the neon color gold foil patch is formed by hammer-rolling gold foil and seven-color ceramic colored drawing pigment;
the gold foil comprises the following components in percentage by mass (8.3-7.3): (1.7-2.7) gold and brass; the purity of the gold is not lower than 99.9%;
the colors of the seven-color ceramic colored drawing pigment are red, orange, yellow, green, cyan, blue and purple respectively;
the loading amount of the color pigment in each piece of gold foil is 1.5 g-2.5 g;
the preparation method of the neon color gold foil patch comprises the following steps:
a) grinding gold into gold foil by a hammer and grinding the gold foil into copper foil by a brass hammer, respectively shearing the gold foil and the copper foil, mixing, and putting into a crucible for heating and melting to obtain a melt; then cooling the melt, taking out, and hammer-grinding into gold foil with the thickness of 0.1-0.5 mm;
b) dividing the gold foil obtained in the step a) into seven pieces with the length multiplied by the width of (8-12 cm) multiplied by (4-6 cm), respectively filling seven ceramic colored drawing pigments into the seven pieces of gold foil according to different colors, wrapping, and repeatedly kneading and hammer-grinding to obtain seven colors of metal wires; finally twisting the seven colors of metal wires into a spiral strip shape, and hammering to obtain a neon gold foil patch;
the medium flux is a neon color medium flux; the neon light medium flux is prepared from a cooked egg yolk leavening agent and an emulsified oil preparation according to the mass ratio of (35-40): (65-60) stirring and mixing;
the yolk leavening agent is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass of 70: (20-22): (5-7): (2-4) mixing the cooked egg yolk, the plant starch, the white sugar and the lactic acid, and then sealing and fermenting for 70-75 hours to obtain the fermented soybean milk;
the emulsified oil preparation is prepared from the following components in percentage by mass: (89-91) mixing the refined beef tallow and the yellow vegetable seeds, and heating and refining;
finally, drawing and imaging by using ceramic colored drawing pigment, and baking to obtain a finished product of coloring and painting on the neon glaze;
or after the ceramic colored drawing pigment is used for drawing and imaging, a layer of low-temperature transparent glaze is sprayed on the surface of the ceramic colored drawing pigment, and the ceramic colored drawing pigment is dried and baked to obtain a finished product of the neon under-glaze colored drawing.

3. The neon color drawing method according to claim 1, wherein said temperature for melting by heating is 1050 ℃ to 1100 ℃.

The neon color drawing method according to claim 1, wherein said baking means includes an over-glaze neon color baking and an under-glaze neon color baking; the temperature of the on-glaze neon gold color baking is 680-720 ℃, and the time is 5-6 h; the temperature of the under-glaze neon color baking is 820-860 ℃ and the time is 7-8 h.
