Abstract
一种新的治疗皮肤病的药物，它是以生地、丹皮、金银花、连翘、藿香、薏苡仁、白豆蔻、西洋参、蝉蜕、黄柏、黄连、苍术、甘草、白藓皮、石斛为原料，将药材洗净，晒干，碎成细粉，过目筛，混匀，水泛丸，灭菌，干燥，成品。本发明的药物治疗皮肤病是运用一般纯中药法则的基础上，加用扶正固本，采用清热凉血、清热利湿、祛风燥湿，具有疗效显著，总有效率达97.5%。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗皮肤病的药物，具体地说是以中草药为原料制备的中成药，本发明还涉及该药物的制备方法。
湿疹是过敏性疾病之一，有急性和慢性之分，急性的症状，是皮肤潮红，有粟米丘疹，抓破流血水，并结痂，脱壳，自觉剧氧，时好时发。慢性湿疹皮肤变厚和失去弹性，纹路增深或皱裂，有苔癣样变。
神经性皮炎：初起局部搔氧，逐潮出现扁平不规则的丘疹，融合扩大成片，皮肤干燥，皮肤纹路增深、增厚，触之粗糙，灰白色苔癣样变，以头颈、四肢为主，对称公布。
痤疮：发于青年人，脸部、颈部或背部，有较多的黑头与丘疹，最严重有少量脓泡和粉刺。
目前在湿症的治疗上，对过敏性的采用抗组织胺西药，局部由止痒药液湿敷或涂胶药。采用抗组织胺药物对神经系统极为影响，外用药物效果不佳。并且多数医疗单位，治疗湿疹、皮炎、鹅掌疯、痤疮等病症，普遍采用西药“斯皮仁诺”，该药中含有激素成份，副作用大，不宜长期使用。市场上又没有纯中药制剂可供治疗上述有关皮肤病。
本发明的目的在于提供一种清热凉血、清热利湿、祛风燥湿，祛风解毒，治疗湿疹、皮炎、痤疮、酒渣鼻、鹅掌疯、荨麻疹、瘙痒症、脓疱疮、淀粉样变、玫瑰糠疹等皮肤病的药物。
本发明的另一目的是提供该皮肤病治疗药物的制备方法。
本发明的解决方案是运用一般纯中药法则的基础上，加用扶正固本，采用清热凉血、清热利湿、祛风燥湿，治疗皮肤病的药物。
本发明药物是由下列组份制成的(用量为重量份)：
生地5-11份 丹皮4-9份 金银花6-12份
连翘3-7份 藿香3-7份 薏苡仁10-16份
白豆蔻3-7份 西洋参10-16份 蝉蜕2-6份
黄柏3-7份 黄连1-5份 苍术3-7份
甘草2-6份 白藓皮4-9份 石斛3-7份
制备本发明药物的配方优选重量配比范围是：
生地7-9份 丹皮5-8份 金银花8-10份
连翘4-6份 藿香4-6份 薏苡仁12-14份
白豆蔻4-6份 西洋参12-14份 蝉蜕3-5份
黄柏4-6份 黄连2-4份 苍术4-6份
甘草3-5份 白藓皮5-8份 石斛4-6份
本发明药物的最佳重量配比是：
生地8份 丹皮6.6份 金银花8.9份
连翘5.3份 藿香5.3份 薏苡仁13.3份
白豆蔻5.3份 西洋参13.3份 蝉蜕4.4份
黄柏5.3份 黄连2.7份 苍术5.3份
甘草4.4份 白藓皮6.6份 石斛5.3份
本发明治疗皮肤病的药物，其所说的药剂是丸剂或块剂或散剂。
将上述各组份制成本发明药物的生产方法是：
取各原料分别洗净，晒干，碎成细粉，过80目标准筛，混匀，水泛丸，灭菌，干燥，分装，成品。
本发明药物原料中，生地、丹皮、西洋参、黄连、金银花、连翘等，是清热凉血药，加上石斛、薏苡仁、黄柏、白藓皮、甘草，具有清热利湿，藿香、白豆蔻、苍术，为祛风燥湿药，主要祛风解毒效果。
本发明药物经35例皮肤病的治疗，疗效标准：痊愈：症状消退，患处皮损恢复正常皮肤，未见有新皮疹出现；有效：皮疹消退20-40％以上，未见新的皮疹出现；无效：皮疹未见有好转或皮疹继续扩大增多。
本发明35例治疗对象男性15例，女性20例，年龄2岁至64岁，病程2个月至20年。涉及湿疹13例，神经性皮炎9例，痤疮7例，酒渣鼻1例。
治疗结果：35例患者，治疗全愈20例，有效14例，总有效率97.5％，治疗有效的患者大多在治疗二十天以内见效，服药期间未见其它副作用。
本发明制备实施例。
按下述配比称取原料：
生地800克 丹皮660克 金银花890克
连翘530克 藿香530克 薏苡仁1330克
白豆蔻530克 西洋参1330克 蝉蜕440克
黄柏530克 黄连270克 苍术530克
甘草440克 白藓皮660克 石斛530克
生产方法：
分别取各原料药物洗净、晒干，碎成细粉，过80目标准筛，进制剂室生产(净化车间，内外配制万级)，混匀，水泛丸(将水泛丸放在灭菌室)万级灭菌45分钟，干燥，分装，成品。取名健肤丸，纯中药配制，每瓶36克，每日三次，每次6克，用开水送服。

黄柏3-7份 黄连1-5份 苍术3-7份
甘草2-6份 白藓皮4-9份 石斛3-7份
