The invention discloses whitening and spot-fading essence which comprises the following raw materials: component A1: deionized water, raspberry ketone glucoside, glycerin, resveratrol, ligusticum wallichii extract, angelica sinensis extract, liquorice extract, peony extract and emollient; component A2: niacinamide, a humectant; and (B) component: tranexamic acid, arbutin, propylene glycol, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, ellagic acid, magnolia bark extract, angelica root extract and an emulsifier; and (3) component C: a preservative; component D1: bisabolol, folic acid; component D2: pearl extract, emulsifier, thickener; component D3: ethylhexyl glycerin and a thickener; component D4 is deionized water, Ginseng radix extract, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, tocopherol, octyl glycol, hydrogenated lecithin, and sodium hyaluronate; the whitening and freckle-fading essence disclosed by the invention is rich in whitening and freckle-fading components, can fade freckles and make skin white and bright.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of cosmetics, in particular to whitening and spot-lightening essence and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The color spot is a common skin disease with brown or melanotic pigmentation and damage on the face due to the increase of skin melanin, is frequently generated on the cheek and forehead, is aggravated after being exposed to the sun, and is frequently seen in women. With the pursuit of women for skin care being higher and higher, the existing market also has freckle-removing, freckle-lightening and whitening products added with traditional Chinese medicine components, however, the common freckle-removing, freckle-lightening and whitening products are hundreds of products, the effects are not ideal, on one hand, the effective components for whitening and lightening the freckles are limited, the effects of resisting oxidation and inhibiting melanin of the active components for lightening the freckles are not strong, the effect of whitening and lightening the freckles is not obvious, on the other hand, the contents of the purely natural components are small, a large number of chemical additives exist, the problems of skin allergy and the like are easily caused after long-term use, and the use.

component D4 comprises deionized water, radix Ginseng extract, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, tocopherol (vitamin E), caprylyl glycol, hydrogenated lecithin, and sodium hyaluronate.
Specifically, the whitening and spot-lightening essence comprises the following components in percentage by mass:
component A1: 68.68% of deionized water, 5% of raspberry ketone glucoside, 2.25% of glycerin, 0.15% of resveratrol, 0.15% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 0.15% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.15% of liquorice extract, 0.15% of peony root extract and 6% of emollient;
component A2: 3% of nicotinamide and 3.5% of humectant;
and (B) component: 1.5% of tranexamic acid, 1.5% of arbutin, 0.98% of propylene glycol, 0.02% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.8% of ellagic acid, 0.3% of magnolia bark extract, 0.2% of angelica root extract and 1.2% of emulsifier;
and (3) component C: 0.5 percent of preservative;
component D1: 0.5% of bisabolol and 0.5% of folic acid;
component D2: 0.5 percent of pearl extract, 0.3 percent of emulsifier and 0.3 percent of thickening agent;
component D3: 0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.3% of thickening agent;
component D4 comprises deionized water 0.195%, Ginseng radix extract 0.004%, phenoxyethanol 0.0009%, ethylhexylglycerin 0.0001%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.2%, tocopherol (vitamin E) 0.2%, octyl glycol 0.2%, hydrogenated lecithin 0.1%, and sodium hyaluronate 0.02%.

the component A1 emollient adopts C12-15 alcohol benzoate and cyclopentasiloxane, C12-15 alcohol benzoate is very easy to emulsify, can be widely used in various creams, sun-protection creams and emulsions, can perform a good role in synergy and strengthening the skin conditioning with a cationic active agent, has a good moisturizing effect and is not greasy; the compatibility of the cyclopentadimethyl siloxane and C12-15 alcohol benzoate is good, and the wetting effect is improved.

The whitening and spot-fading essence also comprises a component E: fragrance and component F: a colorant; the aromatic adopts essence, and the colorant adopts one or more of CI75100(CAS NO: 27876-94-4) and CI77400(CAS NO: 7440-50-8) to mix.
A preparation method of whitening and spot-lightening essence comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of the components in proportion for later use, wherein the components D1, D2 and D3 are dissolved uniformly by deionized water and are preset for later use;
adding the component A1 raw material into an oil phase pot, heating until the raw material is just completely dissolved, adding the component A2 raw material, and uniformly stirring;
adding the raw material of the component B into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the stirring speed of 30-40 r/min, heating to about 85-95 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30 min, and stirring until the raw material is completely dissolved uniformly;
pumping the dissolved oil phase raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the speed of 30-40 r/min and homogenizing at the homogenizing speed of 2500-3000 r/min for 3-4 min; adding the component C raw material, homogenizing for 3-4 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 2500-;
and (5): when the temperature of the materials in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 40-45 ℃, the preset raw materials of the component D1, the component D2, the component D3 and the component D4 are sequentially added at the stirring speed of 25-30 r/min and are uniformly stirred, the stirring is continuously carried out at the stirring speed of 25-30 r/min until the temperature is reduced to 35-38 ℃, the stirring is stopped, the materials are kept stand, vacuumized, bubble is removed, filtered, discharged and filled into a container.

component A1: 68.68% of sterilized deionized water, 5% of raspberry ketone glucoside, 2.25% of glycerol, 0.15% of resveratrol, 0.15% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 0.15% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.15% of liquorice extract, 0.15% of peony root extract, 3% of C12-15 alcohol benzoate and 3% of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane;
component A2: 3% of nicotinamide, 262% of glycerol polyether and 1.5% of propylene glycol;
and (B) component: 1.5% of tranexamic acid, 1.5% of arbutin, 0.98% of propylene glycol, 0.02% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.8% of ellagic acid, 0.3% of magnolia bark extract, 0.2% of angelica root extract and 1.2% of C12-20 alkyl glucoside;
and (3) component C: 0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol;
component D1: 0.5% of bisabolol and 0.5% of folic acid;
component D2: 0.5 percent of pearl extract, 0.198 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.102 percent of PEG-100 stearate and 0.3 percent of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;

The preparation method of the product comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of the components in proportion for later use, wherein the components D1, D2 and D3 are respectively dissolved uniformly by using sterilized deionized water which is taken from the sterilized deionized water in the component A1 and is preset for later use;
adding the component A1 raw material into an oil phase pot, heating until the raw material is just completely dissolved, adding the component A2 raw material, and uniformly stirring;
adding the raw material of the component B into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the stirring speed of 35 revolutions per minute, heating to about 90 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and stirring until the raw material is completely dissolved uniformly;
pumping the dissolved oil phase pot raw materials into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the speed of 30 revolutions per minute and homogenizing at the homogenizing speed of 3000 revolutions per minute for 4 minutes; adding the component C raw material, homogenizing for 3 minutes at a homogenizing speed of 3000 r/min under a vacuum state, stirring for 5 minutes at a stirring speed of 40 r/min, stopping stirring, standing, vacuumizing, removing bubbles, and simultaneously cooling by boiling cooling water;

component A1: 68.67144% of sterilized deionized water, 5% of raspberry ketone glucoside, 2.25% of glycerol, 0.15% of resveratrol, 0.15% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 0.15% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.15% of liquorice extract, 0.15% of peony root extract, 3% of C12-15 alcohol benzoate and 3% of cyclopenta dimethyl siloxane;
component A2: 3% of nicotinamide, 262% of glycerol polyether and 1.5% of propylene glycol;
and (B) component: 1.5% of tranexamic acid, 1.5% of arbutin, 0.98% of propylene glycol, 0.02% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.8% of ellagic acid, 0.3% of magnolia bark extract, 0.2% of angelica root extract and 1.2% of C12-20 alkyl glucoside;
and (3) component C: 0.5 percent of phenoxyethanol;
component D1: 0.5% of bisabolol and 0.5% of folic acid;
component D2: 0.5 percent of pearl extract, 0.198 percent of glycerol stearate, 0.102 percent of PEG-100 stearate and 0.3 percent of sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer;
component D3: ethylhexyl glycerol 0.3%, ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer 0.3%;
component D4 comprises sterilized deionized water 0.195%, Ginseng radix extract 0.004%, phenoxyethanol 0.0009%, ethylhexylglycerin 0.0001%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.2%, tocopherol (vitamin E) 0.2%, octyl glycol 0.2%, hydrogenated lecithin 0.1%, and sodium hyaluronate 0.02%.
And (3) component E: 0.008 percent of essence
And (3) component F: CI 751000.00032% and CI 774000.00024%
The preparation method comprises the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of the components in proportion for later use, wherein the components D1, D2 and D3 are dissolved uniformly by deionized water and are preset for later use;
adding the component A1 raw material into an oil phase pot, heating until the raw material is just completely dissolved, adding the component A2 raw material, and uniformly stirring;
adding the raw material of the component B into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the stirring speed of 35 revolutions per minute, heating to about 90 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30 minutes, and stirring until the raw material is completely dissolved uniformly;
pumping the dissolved oil phase pot raw materials into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the speed of 30 revolutions per minute and homogenizing at the homogenizing speed of 3000 revolutions per minute for 4 minutes; adding the component C raw material, homogenizing for 3 minutes at a homogenizing speed of 3000 r/min under a vacuum state, stirring for 5 minutes at a stirring speed of 40 r/min, stopping stirring, standing, vacuumizing, removing bubbles, and simultaneously cooling by boiling cooling water;
and (5): when the temperature of the materials in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 45 ℃, the preset raw materials of the component D1, the component D2, the component D3, the component D4 and the component E are sequentially added at the stirring speed of 25 revolutions per minute and are uniformly stirred, the raw material of the component F is diluted by the sterilized deionized water (the sterilized deionized water is taken from the sterilized deionized water in the component A1), the raw material is slowly added by comparing with the sample, the color of the raw material is adjusted to be consistent with the color of the sample, the stirring is continuously carried out at the stirring speed of 25 revolutions per minute until the temperature is reduced to 38 ℃, the stirring is stopped, the mixture is kept stand, the mixture is vacuumized to.
The products 1 and 2 obtained in examples 1 to 2 were subjected to the microbiological examination and the performance examination according to the hygienic safety examination of the cosmetic hygienic standards, and the results are shown in Table 1 below.

Analysis table 1 shows that the tests of the items of the product 1 and the product 2, such as the total number of bacterial colonies, the total number of moulds and yeasts, fecal coliform bacteria, staphylococcus aureus and pseudomonas aeruginosa all meet the requirements, and the whitening and freckle-fading essence is good in bacteriostatic effect and safe and reliable to use.
The product 1 and the product 2 prepared in the above example are compared with the work effect test of the on-sale whitening and spot-lightening product (pearl spot-lightening essence):
(1) the test substance: the product 1 prepared in the embodiment 1 of the invention, the product 2 obtained in the embodiment 2, and the commercially available whitening spot-lightening product sample 1;
(2) and (3) testing time: the composition is used in the morning and evening for 28 days;
(3) subject 150 female volunteers 18-35 years old, 50 products 1, 50 products 2, 50 samples 1, test site: the cheek has spots;
(4) the test method comprises the following steps: the number of people who have speckle, stain and pigment color grades (grade 0: no change, grade one: slight fade, still visible, grade two: obvious fade, hardly visible, grade three: disappearance) on the face and whether the skin has allergy after using 150 volunteers after using for 28 days are tracked and observed, and the test results are shown in the following table 2:

Analysis table 2 shows that 42% of volunteers using product 1 achieve the purpose of removing freckles, 54% of volunteers have obviously lightened spots, 100% of volunteers have lightened effects after using, 40% of volunteers using product 2 achieve the purpose of removing freckles, 56% of volunteers have obviously lightened spots, 100% of volunteers have lightened effects after using, only 90% of volunteers using sample 1 have lightened effects, wherein 10% of the freckles achieving the purpose are obviously lightened by 40%, thus, product 1 and product 2 both have stronger freckles removing and lightening effects relative to sample 1, product 1 and product 2 have close effects, and the aromatic and colorant components added to product 2 do not affect the using effect of the whitening and lightening essence of the invention.
The above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the present invention, and any minor modifications, equivalent replacements and improvements made to the above embodiment according to the technical spirit of the present invention should be included in the protection scope of the technical solution of the present invention.
Claims (10)
1. The whitening and spot-fading essence is characterized by comprising the following raw materials:
component A1: deionized water, raspberry ketone glucoside, glycerin, resveratrol, ligusticum wallichii extract, angelica sinensis extract, liquorice extract, peony extract and emollient;
component A2: niacinamide, a humectant;
and (B) component: tranexamic acid, arbutin, propylene glycol, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, ellagic acid, magnolia bark extract, angelica root extract and an emulsifier;
and (3) component C: a preservative;
component D1: bisabolol, folic acid;
component D2: pearl extract, emulsifier, thickener;
component D3: ethylhexyl glycerin and a thickener;
component D4 comprises deionized water, Ginseng radix extract, phenoxyethanol, ethylhexyl glycerol, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, hydroxyethyl cellulose, tocopherol, octyl glycol, hydrogenated lecithin, and sodium hyaluronate.
2. The whitening and spot-lightening essence of claim 1, which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass:
component A1: 68.68% of deionized water, 5% of raspberry ketone glucoside, 2.25% of glycerin, 0.15% of resveratrol, 0.15% of ligusticum wallichii extract, 0.15% of angelica sinensis extract, 0.15% of liquorice extract, 0.15% of peony root extract and 6% of emollient;
component A2: 3% of nicotinamide and 3.5% of humectant;
and (B) component: 1.5% of tranexamic acid, 1.5% of arbutin, 0.98% of propylene glycol, 0.02% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.8% of ellagic acid, 0.3% of magnolia bark extract, 0.2% of angelica root extract and 1.2% of emulsifier;
and (3) component C: 0.5 percent of preservative;
component D1: 0.5% of bisabolol and 0.5% of folic acid;
component D2: 0.5 percent of pearl extract, 0.3 percent of emulsifier and 0.3 percent of thickening agent;
component D3: 0.3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and 0.3% of thickening agent;
component D4 comprises deionized water 0.195%, Ginseng radix extract 0.004%, phenoxyethanol 0.0009%, ethylhexylglycerin 0.0001%, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate 0.2%, hydroxyethyl cellulose 0.2%, tocopherol 0.2%, octyl glycol 0.2%, hydrogenated lecithin 0.1%, and sodium hyaluronate 0.02%.
3. The whitening spot-lightening essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the emollient of component a1 is selected from C12-15 alcohol benzoate and cyclopentadimethylsiloxane.
4. The whitening and spot-lightening essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the humectant of component a2 comprises glyceryl polyether-26 and propylene glycol.
5. The whitening and spot-lightening essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the emulsifier of component B is C12-20 alkyl glucoside.
6. The whitening and spot-lightening essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein phenoxyethanol is used as the preservative of component C.
7. The whitening spot-lightening essence according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the emulsifier of component D2 is glyceryl stearate and/or PEG-100 stearate.
8. The whitening spot-lightening essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener of component D2 is sodium acrylate/sodium acryloyldimethyl taurate copolymer.
9. The whitening and spot-lightening essence of claim 1 or 2, wherein the thickener of component D3 is an ammonium acryloyldimethyltaurate/VP copolymer.
10. The preparation method of the whitening and spot-lightening essence as claimed in claim 1 is characterized by comprising the following steps:
weighing the raw materials of the components in proportion for later use, wherein the components D1, D2 and D3 are dissolved uniformly by deionized water and are preset for later use;
adding the component A1 raw material into an oil phase pot, heating until the raw material is just completely dissolved, adding the component A2 raw material, and uniformly stirring;
adding the raw material of the component B into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the stirring speed of 30-40 r/min, heating to about 85-95 ℃, keeping the temperature for 30 min, and stirring until the raw material is completely dissolved uniformly;
pumping the dissolved oil phase raw material into an emulsifying pot, stirring at the speed of 30-40 r/min and homogenizing at the homogenizing speed of 2500-3000 r/min for 3-4 min; adding the component C raw material, homogenizing for 3-4 minutes at the homogenizing speed of 2500-;
and (5): when the temperature of the materials in the emulsifying pot is reduced to 40-45 ℃, the preset raw materials of the component D1, the component D2, the component D3 and the component D4 are sequentially added at the stirring speed of 25-30 r/min and are uniformly stirred, the stirring is continuously carried out at the stirring speed of 25-30 r/min until the temperature is reduced to 35-38 ℃, the stirring is stopped, the materials are kept stand, vacuumized, bubble is removed, filtered, discharged and filled into a container.
