Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a skin-care matrix and a preparation method and application thereof.
Background
The skin, which is the surface of the human body in contact with the outside, plays a very important role in protecting and maintaining the normal circulatory metabolism and water balance in the body. Because the problems of dark yellow skin, pigmentation and the like occur due to the increase of work and living pressure and the fact that the natural environment is worse, whitening and moisturizing skin care products/cosmetics are favored by people, and various skin care products/cosmetics appear nowadays.
Chinese patent CN108113920A discloses a sustained-release whitening composite moisturizing cream matrix and a preparation method and application thereof, and specifically discloses a whitening composite moisturizing cream matrix which is composed of alpha-arbutin, nicotinamide, licoflavone, sodium hyaluronate, algal polysaccharide, polyquaternium-73, azelaic acid, lecithin, microcrystalline wax, lanolin alcohol, paraffin and water.
Chinese CN108066237A discloses a composition with whitening and spot-lightening effects, application thereof and a skin care product, and specifically discloses a composition comprising: 0.01-1% of hydrolyzed conchiolin and 0.01-3% of lily extract. In the composition, the hydrolyzed conchiolin and the lily extract are cooperatively matched, so that the obtained composition has the effects of remarkably whitening and fading spots, has anti-allergy and anti-inflammatory effects, and can effectively protect skin from damage and pigmentation caused by UVB irradiation.
At present, glabridin in glycyrrhiza glabra extract can inhibit tyrosinase activity competitively, but the price is high; although arbutin can inhibit the activity of tyrosinase in the skin, the effective dose is higher; although ascorbyl glucoside can prevent the oxidation process of melanin, remove oxygen free radicals, reduce melanin intermediates and melanin polymers to inhibit the production of melanin, it has reversible inhibition; although niacinamide inhibits the phagocytosis of melanosomes by keratinocytes, thereby inhibiting the transport of melanosomes, the impurity components contained in the raw material have a stimulating effect on the skin. Therefore, the functional components are more or less applied to skin care products/cosmetics, but how to determine the optimal proportion of the functional components to ensure that the synergistic effect between the functional components reaches the maximum value and the side effect is relatively small has great significance.
Disclosure of Invention
The skin-care matrix disclosed by the invention is applied to skin-care products/cosmetics, can keep the DPPH free radical clearance rate above 87% and the tyrosinase inhibition rate above 95%, and has the effects of stably and efficiently whitening and moisturizing.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a skin-care matrix is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 1-3% of ascorbyl glucoside, 0.05-0.5% of aloe barbadensis leaf extract, 0.01-0.1% of glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, 0.5-1% of hydrolyzed conchiolin, 1-2% of arbutin, 0.5-1.5% of nicotinamide, 1-2% of sodium hyaluronate, 1-5% of hydrogenated lecithin, 0.05-1% of pentetate pentasodium, 2-5% of butanediol, 1-2% of glycerol, 0.5-1.5% of 1, 2-pentanediol, 2-3% of ethylhexyl glycerol and the balance of water.
The inventor finds that the glycyrrhiza glabra root extract, the ascorbyl glucoside, the arbutin and the nicotinamide can mutually act synergistically, wherein the preferable mass ratio is 1 (80-100): 60: (30-50); in addition, the inventor finds that the aloe vera leaf extract and pentasodium penta-pentetate can also achieve interaction for improving the moisturizing performance, wherein the optimal mass ratio is 1: (1.5-3.5).
The glycyrrhiza glabra root extract and the aloe barbadensis leaf extract are not particularly limited in the present invention, and commercially available products well known to those skilled in the art may be used.
Furthermore, the material is prepared from the following raw materials in percentage by mass: ascorbic acid glucoside 1.8%, aloe barbadensis leaf extract 0.1%, glycyrrhiza glabra root extract 0.02%, hydrolyzed conchiolin 0.5%, arbutin 1.2%, niacinamide 0.9%, sodium hyaluronate 1.2%, hydrogenated lecithin 3.5%, pentasodium pentetate 0.2%, butylene glycol 2%, glycerin 1%, 1, 2-pentanediol 0.75%, ethylhexylglycerin 2%, and balance water.
The invention provides a preparation method of the skin care matrix, which comprises the following steps:
s1) slowly and sequentially adding nicotinamide, arbutin and hyaluronic acid into water under stirring to be uniformly mixed to obtain phase A; mixing Glycyrrhrizae radix extract, butanediol, glycerol, 1, 2-pentanediol, and ethylhexylglycerin to obtain phase B;

Test one, clearance test
1.1 test methods: DPPH is a stable organic free radical with a maximum absorption peak at 517nm in the visible region, and in ethanol solution, each molecule of DPPH can generate a stable nitrogenous free radical with a typical purple color in solution, and when it reacts with a radical scavenger which provides 1 electron, a colorless product is generated, so that the typical purple color of the solution is lightened. The DPPH free radical scavenging rate of the test is measured by a DPPH method for scavenging organic free radicals.
1.2 test methods: tyrosinase participating in melanin synthesis belongs to oxidoreductase and is a main rate-limiting enzyme for melanin synthesis, the tyrosinase and a substrate L-tyrosine of the tyrosinase can perform catalytic reaction, after a reagent with tyrosinase activity inhibition effect is added into an experimental system, the catalytic reaction can be inhibited, and the inhibition rate of the reagent on the tyrosinase activity is evaluated by measuring the light absorption value at 475nm before and after the reagent is added.
Test results of tables 31.1 and 1.2
As can be seen from Table 3, the DPPH radical scavenging rate and the tyrosinase inhibition rate of examples 1 to 3 are not much different, which indicates that the effects of examples 1 to 3 are stable. Comparative example 12 the licorice root extract was added in a small amount to reduce both DPPH free radical scavenging and tyrosinase inhibition, comparative example 13 being within the scope of the invention and comparable to the data of example 3; comparative example 14, in which ascorbyl glucoside was added in a small amount, decreased both DPPH radical clearance and tyrosinase inhibition, and particularly decreased DPPH radical clearance by a large amount, whereas comparative example 15, in which ascorbyl glucoside was added in a large amount, did not increase DPPH radical clearance and tyrosinase inhibition. Comparative example 16 the addition amount of arbutin was small, and both the DPPH radical scavenging rate and the tyrosinase inhibition rate were decreased. In the comparative example 17, the addition amount of arbutin is more than that of arbutin, so that the DPPH free radical clearance rate can be improved, but the tyrosinase inhibition rate is reduced; comparative examples 18 and 19, more nicotinamide was added with water to reduce DPPH radical scavenging and tyrosinase inhibition.
Test two, skin whitening and moisturizing test
The test method comprises the following steps: in each example, 20 Asian female subjects with the average age of 30 years were selected, skin care essence was applied 60 minutes before each day, the skin was irradiated with sunlight (< 1MED)3 times a week and continuously used for 4 weeks, and then a moisture tester was used to test the change of the moisture content of the skin, and a spectrophotometer was used to test the change of the skin brightness (L value).
TABLE 4 test results of test two
As can be seen from table 4, the moisture content variation and skin brightness variation of the epidermis in examples 1 to 3 are increased compared to those before use, indicating that the skin care essence can play a role in whitening and moisturizing. Compared with example 6, the comparative example 20 has less increase of moisture content after the skin around without adding pentetate, which indicates that pentetate plays an interaction role in lasting moisturizing of skin moisture, the inventor guesses that pentetate has a complexing effect on the principle, and aloe barbadensis leaf extract can penetrate through a three-dimensional structure formed by pentetate, so that moisturizing can be prolonged.
The foregoing embodiments are merely illustrative of the principles and utilities of the present invention and are not intended to limit the invention. Any person skilled in the art can modify or change the above-mentioned embodiments without departing from the spirit and scope of the present invention. Accordingly, it is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which can be made by those skilled in the art without departing from the spirit and technical spirit of the present invention be covered by the claims of the present invention.
