Abstract

The components of the application are mostly Chinese medicines, the skin allergy phenomenon can not occur when the vitamin E is added into the Chinese medicine, the vitamin E is coated by the composite wall material, the effect of the vitamin E can not be influenced, and the vitamin E can be placed for a long time. The essence prepared by the application has the effects of resisting wrinkles, whitening, moisturizing, resisting oxidation and preventing sunburn, and the adopted components cannot cause damage to skin, so that the essence is nontoxic and harmless.

The extracts of the white paeony root, the Chinese angelica, the aloe and the liquorice are compounded to prepare the compound Chinese angelica extract, and the compound Chinese angelica extract is added into the essence, so that the effects of whitening and spot-lightening of the essence can be endowed. The sodium alginate is used for coating the vitamin E, the vitamin E has the effects of resisting oxidation and delaying skin aging, but the vitamin E makes oil-soluble substances insoluble in water and exposed in air, is easily damaged by ultraviolet rays and loses the performance of the vitamin E, so that the sodium alginate is coated with the vitamin E, the dissolubility of the microorganism E is improved, the damage by the ultraviolet rays is avoided, the slow release effect is achieved, the modified chitosan and the sodium alginate are compounded into a composite wall material for preventing the vitamin E from being leaked when the sodium alginate is independently coated with the vitamin E, the vitamin E is coated, the excellent dissolubility and biocompatibility of the modified chitosan are utilized, the coating rate of the vitamin E is improved, the leakage of the vitamin E is avoided, the modified chitosan and the sodium alginate are crosslinked with calcium carbonate, a network structure is formed, and the chitosan can fill micropores on the surface of the sodium alginate microsphere and strengthen the wall material. When the vitamin E is coated on the composite wall material, the effect of the vitamin E is not affected because of physical coating, so that the composite microsphere still has the effects of antioxidation, whitening and sun protection. Finally, the composite microspheres are intercalated between montmorillonite sheets, and the montmorillonite is added into the fine flower by utilizing the adsorption of montmorillonite, so that the face grease and toxin can be adsorbed when the face cream is used, and meanwhile, the moisture retention of essence can be improved by the montmorillonite.
Compared with the prior art, the application has the following beneficial effects: the essence prepared by the application has the effects of resisting wrinkles, whitening, moisturizing, resisting oxidation and preventing sunburn, and the adopted components cannot cause damage to skin, so that the essence is nontoxic and harmless.

Conclusion:
1. the essence prepared by the application has the effects of spot lightening, wrinkle resistance, whitening and oxidation resistance, does not contain irritant substances, can be used by any skin and age group, and does not generate anaphylaxis.
2. Examples 1-4 are compared with comparative example 1, in comparative example 1, only sodium alginate is used for coating vitamin E, so that the scavenging rate of essence to free radicals is better in the early stage, and when the essence is placed for a long time, the scavenging rate of free radicals is reduced, which indicates that leakage occurs when sodium alginate is used for coating vitamin E alone, and the oxidation resistance is reduced.
3. Examples 1-4 are compared with comparative example 2, comparative example 2 did not modify chitosan, nor did titanium dioxide be added, resulting in a small decrease in free radical scavenging rate at the later stage, and the decrease in melanin values was small after use by volunteers, indicating that modification of chitosan, and uv absorption was achieved after titanium dioxide addition, avoiding melanin elevation. The chitosan is modified, so that the solubility of chitosan in aqueous solution can be improved, the coating rate of chitosan microspheres can be improved, and the outflow of vitamin E can be avoided.

the compound angelica extract is a mixture of white paeony root, angelica, aloe and liquorice extracts; the mass ratio of aloe, white peony root, angelica and liquorice is 1:1:1:1, a step of;

the preparation method of the modified chitosan comprises the following steps: dissolving chitosan in acetic acid solution, adding succinic anhydride, mixing uniformly, regulating the pH value of the solution to 7-8, reacting for 6-8h, adding absolute ethyl alcohol, filtering, extracting for 20-25h, and drying to obtain the modified chitosan.

s4: uniformly mixing 1, 2-propylene glycol, citric acid, ginseng extract, coix seed extract, safflower extract, chitosan microsphere, honeysuckle leaf extract and deionized water, adding hydroxyethyl cellulose, heating to 60-80 ℃, reacting for 1-2h, cooling to room temperature, adding the compound angelica extract and polypeptide, and uniformly mixing to obtain the anti-wrinkle whitening essence.
