The invention has the advantages and positive effects that:
1. the prevention and control mask can play a better role in preventing inhaled micro-dust, particularly inhaled and exhaled droplet pathogenic microorganisms, can kill the inhaled and exhaled droplet pathogenic microorganisms, and does not influence the smoothness of breathing after being worn. In addition, the mask can be worn for a long time, and has reusable technical basis, so that the mask is easy to treat after being discarded. The mask is more suitable for preventing and controlling epidemic diseases.
2. The mask of the invention adopts the technology of adding the plush structure by taking the common (traditional) mask as the basic structure, provides structural conditions for the attachment of the disinfectant, and the dense plush or plush planting has large attachment area and does not form too much obstruction to the respiration. The addition of the essence can reduce the pungent smell of iodine, and the combined action of the essence and alcohol iodine can eliminate the peculiar smell of the mask, thereby being beneficial to the repeated use and long-time wearing of the mask. In a word, the mask disclosed by the invention finds a suitable disinfectant carrier structure for the mouth-nose wearing type disinfectant protective articles; a disinfectant suitable for an oral-nasal passage is found for a suitable oral-nasal wearable carrier, and an oral-nasal wearable disinfectant (device) for epidemic prevention of respiratory infectious diseases is born.
3. The present invention will be further described with reference to specific examples, which are intended to be illustrative, not limiting and are not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Structures not specifically described in detail herein are to be understood as conventional in the art.
An infectious disease prevention and control mask with disinfecting function comprises a plush protective mask which is wholly or locally provided with plush and can be used as a drug carrier without affecting respiration, and an agent which can be attached to the plush surface, has adsorbability, can kill bacteria and viruses, has no volatile drug harmful to human body, and has no irritation and unpleasant smell;
one end of the plush is set as a free end.
Preferably, the pile planting protective mask comprises a base structure 6, a pile planting structure 1, a supporting and fixing member 4 and an ear belt 5, wherein the pile planting structure comprises a bottom surface 2 and a pile planting layer 3 planted on the bottom surface, the pile planting layer is made of wool or velvet, the bottom surface of the pile planting structure is fixedly arranged on the base structure through the supporting and fixing member, and the ear belt is fixedly arranged on two sides of the base structure.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 1, the base structure of the plush protective mask is a traditional common mask, the bottom surface of the plush structure is a breathable dense net fabric, the plush structure is attached to the outer surface of the main body of the traditional common mask, and the plush layer is arranged as a single layer and the plush or plush is stretched outwards.

Preferably, as shown in fig. 5 and 7, the base structure of the plush protective mask is a conventional disposable mask or a non-woven tissue, the bottom surface of the plush structure is a breathable dense-mesh fabric, the supporting and fixing members include deformable and shaped metal strips 14 or metal mesh enclosures or arched hair clips 13 which are connected, the plush structure is shaped into a triangular three-dimensional structure (tent shape), and the base structure and the plush structure jointly form a triangular three-dimensional breathable space.
Moreover, as shown in fig. 6, the basic structure of the plush protective mask is a square sponge supporting strip 11, the bottom surfaces of the plush structures are made of breathable mesh fabric, the number of the plush structures is two, the bottom surfaces of the two plush structures are arranged oppositely, the hairs or the hairs of the two plush structures are arranged oppositely, and the supporting strip is arranged at the gap side end of the two bottom surfaces; the mask body is of a sandwich structure formed by a double-sided flocking layer and a supporting strip.
Alternatively, as shown in fig. 7, the chassis is a protective mask with goggles 12.

Preferably, the medicament is a colloidal tincture of nonoxynol acetate chlorhexidine acetate (Weinie good brand bactericidal colloidal solution), or a mixed solution of a povidone-iodine solution (iodophor) and a colloidal solution, or a mixed solution of the colloidal tincture of nonoxynol acetate chlorhexidine acetate and the colloidal solution of povidone-iodine (iodophor).
More specifically, the prevention and control mask of the present invention is exemplified by a plurality of different specific structures:
example 1
The mask is characterized in that a plane mask or a three-dimensional mask with and/or without a filtering ventilation window is used as a basic structure, a hair clip type structure is used as a supporting and fixing component, a hair clip type accessory is fixed on the outer surface of a mask main body, a tufting layer is fixed on the hair clip type accessory, and fluff is stretched outwards. The supporting and fixing component adopts the bow-shaped hair clip type spring leaf, so that the plush layer structure can be taken down and installed at any time, and the novel mask which is convenient to clean and can be reused is formed.
Example 2
The three-dimensional mask with the filtering and ventilating window is used as a main body, the hair clip type structure is used as a supporting and fixing accessory, the hair clip type accessory is fixed on the inner surface of the mask main body, the unidirectional single-layer plush or bidirectional double-layer plush is fixed on the hair clip type accessory, and the filtering and ventilating window is arranged on the outer side of the plush layer.
Example 3
The triangular or pig-mouth-shaped three-dimensional mask with the filtering and ventilating window is taken as a main body, and the outer edge of the bottom surface of the flocked layer is stuck and fixed with the outer edge of the filtering and ventilating window through double-sided adhesive sticker. When the bottom surface of the plush layer is stuck on the outer side of the ventilating window (the outer side surface of the mask main body), the plush of the plush layer transversely stretches outwards; when the bottom surface of the plush planting layer is attached to the inner side of the ventilation window (the inner side surface of the mask main body), the plush planting layer transversely stretches towards the inner side.

The mask body is composed of a double-sided flocking layer and a supporting and fixing component. The flocking layer is unidirectional single-layer flocking or bidirectional double-layer flocking. The side surface of the front end of the mask main body is provided with a flocking layer which is provided with a ventilating and filtering hole of a common mask.
Example 7
The components of the medicament which can be attached to the surface of the planted plush, has adsorbability, can kill germs and viruses, has no volatile medicine harmful to human bodies, has no irritation and bad smell and the preparation steps are as follows:
1. colloidal tincture of nonoxynol chlorhexidine
The formulation components of per 100 g of the nonoxynol chlorhexidine colloidal tincture are as follows:
92-5 g of nonoxynol, 35-75 g of pure alcohol, 0.25-0.5 g of chlorhexidine acetate, 0.1-0.2 g of water-soluble glue and 19-60 g of water.
A 1000 gram colloidal tincture of nonoxynol chlorhexidine was prepared as follows:
⑴ mixing 20-50 g of nonoxynol-9 with 95% alcohol of equal mass, stirring and dissolving to obtain mixed solution for use;
⑵ mixing water soluble glue with water, standing for dissolving, and stirring to obtain a colloidal solution;
⑶ adding 2.5-5 g of chlorhexidine acetate powder into the mixed solution obtained in step ⑴, adding 95% alcohol to reach the required alcohol concentration, stirring to dissolve, adding the colloidal solution prepared in step ⑵, and continuing stirring;
⑷ adding water to 1000 g, and stirring;
⑸ quality control;
⑹ and packaging.
The water soluble glue is one or more of hydroxyethyl cellulose, ethyl cellulose, carbomer and sodium carboxymethylcellulose.
2. 1000 g povidone iodine colloidal solution was prepared:
(1) adding water into medicinal or food-grade water-soluble glue to 500ML, standing for dissolving, and stirring well for use. (2) Mixing 500ML of 5-10% povidone iodine solution (iodophor) prepared or sold on the market with the colloidal aqueous solution prepared in the step (1), uniformly stirring, and performing quality inspection (3) and subpackaging.
The water-soluble glue comprises: hydroxyethyl cellulose, sodium hyaluronate, ethyl cellulose, carbomer, sodium carboxymethylcellulose and the like. The water-soluble gum can be replaced by a viscous water-absorbing agent, including: propylene glycol, sodium hyaluronate, glycerol and syrup. The syrup may be maltose syrup, corn syrup, glucose syrup, etc. Alternatively, a water-soluble gum and a viscous water-absorbing agent are used in combination.
3. Preparing 1000 g of povidone-iodine colloidal liquid and chlorhexidine acetate colloidal tincture mixed liquid:
500ml of each tincture prepared in the embodiment 1 and the embodiment 2 is taken, mixed, stirred uniformly and subpackaged.
The invention discloses a using method of an infectious disease prevention and control mask with a killing effect, which comprises the following steps:
when in use, the brush or the cotton swab is used for sticking the absorbent medicament which can kill germs and viruses, has no volatile medicament harmful to human bodies and no irritation and bad smell and is adhered to the surface of the flocked pile, and the medicament is coated on the surface of the flocked pile to enable the flocked pile to be provided with the absorbent bactericidal disinfectant coating.
In addition, if the hair clip type component is fixed with the base structure or the tufting layer is arranged in the sleeve, the tufting layer can be taken down and installed at any time, and the tufting layer is taken down and cleaned and then is coated again for reuse. The hot water steam emitted from the kettle mouth can be used repeatedly after humidification and disinfection.
The wearing method of the invention is the same as the common mask in the prior art.

An infectious disease prevention and control mask with a sterilizing effect is characterized in that: the prevention and control mask comprises a plush protective mask which is wholly or locally provided with plush and can become a drug carrier without influencing respiration, and an agent which can be attached to the plush surface, has adsorbability, can kill germs and viruses, has no volatile components harmful to human bodies, and has no irritation and unpleasant odor;
one end of the plush is set as a free end.
2. An infectious disease prevention and control mask with a sterilizing effect according to claim 1, characterized in that: the plush planting protective mask comprises a base structure, a plush planting structure, a supporting and fixing component and ear bands, wherein the plush planting structure comprises a bottom surface and a plush planting layer planted on the bottom surface, the plush planting layer is made of wool or plush, the bottom surface of the plush planting structure is fixedly arranged on the base structure through the supporting and fixing component, and the ear bands are fixedly arranged on two sides of the base structure.
