Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a mask.
Background
Masks are typically made of multiple layers of cloth or paper material, with ear straps or head straps. Materials that can be selected are cotton gauze, non-woven fabrics, spray-melt fabrics, and the like. Silver ion and iodine simple substance with good disinfection and sterilization effects can be added into the mask to make into bactericidal mask.
A nanometer silver mask introduced by Onyu encyclopedia adopts nanometer silver antivirus air filtration technology principle by Anhui micro-silver biology environmental protection technology limited company, the inside, the outside and the outside have 5 layers, and the outermost layer and the layer contacting the skin are all made of nanometer silver materials. The middle 3 layers are respectively an activated carbon odor removal layer, a pm2.5 filter layer and a depth filter layer, fine particles with the diameter smaller than 2.5 microns in air can be filtered, and the haze prevention performance is excellent; meanwhile, the mask has bacteriostatic and antiviral capabilities by utilizing the antibacterial property of the nano-silver, can kill bacteria exhaled in the oral cavity, and has a strong killing effect on 650 viruses such as avian influenza, newcastle disease and the like. The detection of the detection mechanisms such as national labor protection article quality supervision and inspection center, poultry research institute of Chinese agricultural academy of sciences, SGS Switzerland general notarization service and the like proves that: the PM2.5 filtering effect meets and exceeds the GB2626-2006 KN95 standard; the virus inactivation rate and the bacteriostasis rate are both more than 99 percent, and the product has the effects of high-efficiency bacteriostasis, detoxification and influenza prevention.
Iodophors and iodine, which are not substances, are distinguished from each other. The iodophor is complex iodine, and does not need to be deiodinated by alcohol when in use, so the price is slightly high. The iodine tincture needs to be deiodinated by alcohol, and the price is relatively low. Iodophor is prepared by using water as solvent (iodine is insoluble in water and needs to be prepared by special process), and iodine tincture is prepared by using ethanol as solvent. Iodophors are not irritating to skin, mucous membranes, wounds, which is an excellent place compared to iodine. In addition, the low-concentration iodophor is a light brown solution and is not easy to pollute clothes.
The invention with the patent application number of 2017113020505 relates to a medical high-efficiency sterilization mask. The gauze mask is laminated structure, and outside-in includes in proper order: the sterilization layer comprises a first non-woven fabric layer, a sterilization layer and a second non-woven fabric layer; the sterilizing layer consists of 90-95 parts by weight of polypropylene fibers and 5-10 parts by weight of erbium-doped nano zinc oxide. The rare metals used in the invention are expensive and are not suitable for large-scale use.

The preparation method of the nano-silver antibacterial non-woven fabric comprises the steps of preparing the PE antibacterial master batch, preparing the antibacterial ES fiber, loosening cotton, shaping and the like, and is simple in preparation process and low in cost. The nano-silver antibacterial non-woven fabric is disposable and consumed, and cannot be reused.
Disclosure of Invention
The purpose of the invention is as follows:
provides a comfortable sterilizing and antiviral mask which has good sterilizing and antiviral abilities and can be repeatedly used.
The technical scheme is as follows:
the invention provides a reusable bactericidal antiviral comfortable mask which is formed by overlapping (fusing, gluing or sewing) two or more layers of textile layers, non-woven fabric layers or flock coating layers (wherein at least one layer of the non-woven fabric layers is not water-soluble and is not an isolating layer with the concentration of less than 40 percent which can be dissolved by alcohol so as to cause the isolating performance to be obviously reduced, such as PP (polypropylene) spray-melting cloth which is self-melting and bonding, and the other layer of non-woven fabric layers is preferably an activated carbon fiber layer so as to have better adsorption and filtration capacity), can be provided with a belt for wearing, and a mask frame, can be plastic strips or metal strips for shaping (preferably memory metal strips which can be shaped, temperature resistant and resistant to alcohol spraying or water washing, can be provided with parts such as nose bridge strips on the upper frame, and a plurality of bactericidal particles are pre-embedded between layers (preferably on the outer side of the isolating layer, namely between the isolating layer and the outer layer far, the sterilization particles can be adsorbed or embedded, bonded and sewn on the laminated material, so that the leakage or displacement is not easy to occur. The sterilizing particles have small particle size (such as 0.2-2 mm), so that the whole mask has small volume and thickness, and can wrap a proper amount of the sterilizing core material.
The sterilization particles comprise an outer coating layer and a sterilization core material, wherein the sterilization core material contains silver or iodine substances (silver nitrate, silver iodide, sulfapyridine silver, silver sol, silver-loaded Buddha stone or silver-loaded zinc SiO2, iodine simple substance or iodophor), the outer coating layer is made of water-soluble film materials, the outer coating layer has the function of ensuring that the mask can have a longer quality guarantee period under a dry condition, and when the mask is worn and used by a person, water vapor exhaled from the mouth can dissolve the outer coating layer, so that the sterilization core material is exposed, and the sterilization effect is exerted.
The water-soluble film material is nonionic water-soluble cellulose ethers such as hydroxymethyl cellulose, hydroxyethyl cellulose or hydroxypropyl cellulose. Preferred is hydroxyethyl cellulose, which is a material having good properties of thickening, suspending, dispersing, emulsifying, binding, film-forming, moisture-protecting and protective colloid-providing, and is not alcohol-soluble, and even impossible to dissolve in 99.9% alcohol, so that the mask will not lose its effectiveness by contact with alcohol when stored and not used.
Preferably, the inside of the bactericidal particles is also provided with one or more than two inner coating layers, a bactericidal core material is filled between every two coating layers, and the innermost coating layer is also filled with the bactericidal core material; the inner coating layer is made of alcohol-soluble film materials, and can be dissolved when meeting organic solvents with certain concentration, so that the sterilization core material in the inner coating layer can be exposed quickly to play a necessary sterilization role.
The inner coating layer is generally insoluble even when exposed to moisture, so that such masks can be washed with water after being soiled.
In the present invention, a mask having two or more inner coating layers is preferable, and can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times. Before the mask is repeatedly used, an organic solvent (such as alcohol with the concentration of 20-40%) is sprayed on the outer surface of the mask, so that the inner coating layer is dissolved, the sterilization core material is released, and the sterilization function of the mask is recovered. Meanwhile, the isolation layer is more water-resistant and low-concentration alcohol-resistant, and the overall isolation performance and filtering performance of the mask can be guaranteed through slight water washing or low-concentration alcohol spraying.
The alcohol-soluble film material is cellulose ether which is insoluble in water and soluble in organic solvents, such as ethyl cellulose, cellulose acetate or cellulose acetate butyrate; the most commonly used mixed solvent is aromatic hydrocarbon and alcohol, wherein the aromatic hydrocarbon can be benzene, toluene, ethylbenzene, xylene and the like, and the dosage of the aromatic hydrocarbon is 60-80%; the alcohol can be methanol, ethanol and the like, and the dosage of the alcohol is 20-40%. In the present invention, relatively safe alcohol is preferable, and alcohol having a concentration of 20 to 40% is more preferable.
The alcohol-soluble film material is preferably ethyl cellulose, the ethyl cellulose is generally insoluble in water and soluble in different organic solvents, the thermal stability is good, the ash content is extremely low during combustion, little sticky feeling or acerbity exists, a tough film can be generated, the alcohol-soluble film material is non-toxic, has extremely strong biological resistance and metabolic inertia, but is easily subjected to oxidative degradation under sunlight or ultraviolet light, and can be gradually degraded under the irradiation of sunlight even if the alcohol-soluble film material is not dissolved by using the organic solvents, so that the wrapped material is exposed.
The sterilization core material preferably contains silver iodide, wherein silver iodide (AgI) is a compound of iodine and silver, yellow powder (decomposed at 558 ℃), and silver iodide is decomposed into tiny particles of silver cores and iodine simple substances by light decomposition. When the outer coating layer is dissolved by water vapor, silver iodide is decomposed by light, and the generated silver atoms are oxidized into silver ions in water, so that the coating layer has a sterilization function. When the inner coating layer is dissolved by 20-40% of alcohol, the silver iodide is decomposed, the generated silver atoms are oxidized into silver ions in water, the sterilization function is realized, the generated iodine simple substance is dissolved in the alcohol to form iodine, the sterilization function is also realized, and the mask has double sterilization capability and has better functions of sterilizing and inactivating bacteria or viruses.
Has the advantages that:
the mask has the bactericidal and antiviral abilities of silver atoms or silver ions or iodine simple substances, has the functions of adsorbing peculiar smell by the active carbon fibers, resisting water washing and alcohol spraying, can be repeatedly used for multiple times (the number of times of repeated use is determined according to the number of layers of the inner coating), and can be reused even after being washed.
The coating layer on the outer surface of the bactericidal core material also has the following functions: (1) improving the appearance of the core material; (2) the stability of the core material of the sheet is enhanced, and the shelf life is prolonged; (3) covering the bad smell and taste of the core material. The mask has the sterilization capability for multiple uses, and has no bad visual effects such as peculiar smell and heterochrosis.
