Detailed Description
The following description is given by way of example only, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, which show a preferred embodiment of the present invention, the nail gun 1 of the present invention includes a main body 10, an operating mechanism 20 and a shutter 30.
The body 10 is provided with a nail outlet 12 at a first end 11; a driving handle 21, one end of which is pivoted to the main body 10, and the other end of which extends toward the first end 11 and can be pressed against the main body 10 to move toward the nail outlet 12; a nail striking mechanism 40 including a striking plate 22 disposed at the first end portion 11 and a releasing unit 23 capable of releasing the striking plate 22, wherein the driving handle 21 is used for switching the releasing unit 23 between a releasing state and a power storing state thereof, so that the striking plate 22 can move towards the nail outlet 12, in detail, the driving handle 21 is provided with a triggering structure 211, the releasing unit 23 further includes a link portion 24 capable of elastically returning, and the triggering structure 211 of the driving handle 21 can press against the link portion 24 to release the striking plate 22 to move towards the nail outlet 12; the striking plate 22 is provided with a concave surface 221 facing the nail outlet 12, and the concave surface 221 can strike a nail needle unit 2; the baffle 30 is disposed at the first end portion 11, the baffle 30 can be abutted by the staple unit 2 in a direction transverse to the moving direction of the striking plate 22, and at least one notch 31 is disposed at one end of the baffle 30 facing the staple outlet 12. Borrow this, the angle that can reduce out the nail resilience can accurately aim out the nail position again. In the present embodiment, the end of the driving shaft 21 extends at least to the position corresponding to the striking plate 22, so that the driving shaft 21 can be pressed with less effort, and the spring back angle can be reduced in a forward pressing manner when the nail is ejected. Further, the nail unit 2 may be a T-shaped nail, a U-shaped nail, a n-shaped nail, a roof-shaped nail, or a variation of the n-shaped nail (e.g., having a wave, a convex arc, etc.); the shape of the concave surface 221 and the shape of the concave opening 31 respectively correspond to the shape of the nail unit 2, such as an arc concave shape, a roof shape, a U shape, a reverse U shape and the like; in the embodiment, the nail unit 2 is the U-shaped nail, and the concave surface 221 and the recess 31 are respectively an arc concave surface and an arc recess corresponding to the nail unit 2.
One of the striking plate 22 and the baffle 30 is provided with a guide groove extending towards the moving direction of the striking plate 22, and the other one can be slidably arranged in the guide groove. In the embodiment, the baffle 30 has the guide groove 32, the guide groove 32 has a blocking surface 33 facing the striker 22, and the blocking surface 33 can be abutted by the staple unit 2, so that the striker 22 keeps stable displacement along the guide groove 32 during the firing process, and the staple problem is not easily caused by the deviation, which affects the use efficiency. In addition, the stop surface 33 is a flat surface continuously extending toward the moving direction of the striking plate 22, so that the staple unit 2 can be abutted vertically, and the staple unit 2 is ensured not to be skewed and stapled when being struck.
In this embodiment. The concave surface 221 of the striker plate 22 has a curvature of arc less than the curvature of the notch 31 of the baffle plate 30.

In the embodiment, the holding hole 14 penetrates through the body 10; the size of the accommodating space 16 from the end wall 15 to the holding hole 14 is at least equal to or less than 1/36 the length of the body 10.
Referring to fig. 8, another preferred embodiment of the present invention is different from the previous preferred embodiment in that the concave surface 221 of the striking plate 22 includes at least two arc grooves 221a,221b with different curvatures for accommodating the staple units with different curvatures. In addition, the baffle 30 may also include at least two notches 31 for accommodating wires of different sizes.
In summary, the present invention utilizes the design of the driving handle 21 capable of being operated and pressed toward the nail outlet 12, and the concave surface 221 of the striking plate 22 and the concave opening 31 of the blocking plate 30, so that the user can reduce the bounce generated during the operation of the nail gun 1 due to the forward pressing manner during the use process, avoid the wire from being pierced when the nail unit 2 is driven, and can also accurately aim at the nail driving position.
