(Phosphorthioate)。
Description
近期得到的不同结构类型的杀虫剂具有良好的杀虫作用,可有效地杀灭破坏材料的昆虫。尽管如此,仍然需要在低用量下即可达到相同作用的杀虫剂。
现已发现了新的铵盐组合物和杀虫剂,它们在消灭破坏材料的昆虫时具有意外强烈的增效作用。
因此,本发明的主题是杀虫剂,其特征在于含有
A)式Ⅰ的无机或有机铵盐,
式中R1-R4相同或不同,各自独立地为氢或一个由C-N键连接的最多18个C原子的有机取代基,其中R1-R4中至少一个不是氢,Xn-是一种无机或有机的n-碱式酸的阴离子,n是1、2或3,与选自下列化合物组的至少一种化合物化合,该化合物为:

A类化合物优选的是铵盐,其中R1至R4相同或不同,各自独立地代表氢、(C1-C18)-烷基;(C7-C13)-芳烷基,如苄基;(C1-C6)-烷氧基-(C1-C12)-烷基;[-CH2-CH2-O]x-H或[-CH(CH3)-CH2-O]x-H,且X=1、2或3。
特别优选的是盐,其中R1和R2均为(C1-C4)-烷基,尤其是甲基,R3和R4均为(C8-C12)-烷基,尤其是癸基或苄基。
作为阴离子的Xn-优选Cl-,Br-,SO2- 4,HSO- 4,PO3- 4,HPO2- 4,H2PO- 4,CH3COO-,COO2- 2,SCN-,尤其是Cl-

H类化合物优选为拟除虫菊脂如(S)-α-氰基-3-苯氧基苄基(1R,3R)-3-(2,2-二溴乙烯基)-2,2-二甲基环丙烷羧酸酯[溴氰菊酯],Acrinathrin,丙烯菊酯,甲体氯氰菊酯,反丙烯除虫菊,(S)-环戊烯基-异构体,右旋反灭虫菊酯,乙氰菊酯,氟氯氰菊酯,Cyhalothrin,氯氰菊酯,α-氰基-3-苯基-2-甲基苄基2,2-二甲基-3-(2-氯-2-三氟甲基乙烯基)-环丙烷羧酸酯(FMC54800),分扑菊酯,Fenfluthrin,Flumethrin,氯菊酯,灭虫菊,灭虫菊酯或Tralomethrin。
Acrinathrin,Tralomethrin,氯菊酯和氯氰菊酯是优选的拟除虫菊酯;特别优选灭虫菊酯,Tralomethrin和Deltamethrin。
Ⅰ类化合物优选如毒死蜱、三唑磷和异唑磷这样的化合物。
本发明的杀虫剂除了铵盐外可含一或多种其它组分。Silafluofen和所有铵盐均可商购。
化合物醚菊酯(MTI-500,Trebon)描述在“Farm Chemlcals Handbook”,Willoughby(1991)中。
化合物MTI-732描述在DE 3708231中。
化合物咪蚜胺描述在EP 0192060中。
化合物PP682(ICI-A5682)由GB 2187452、GB 2178739及EP 0211561所公开。
化合物TI-304由EP 0302389和EP 0375613所公开。
其它组分由“The Pesticide Manual”第9版,British Crop Protection Council(1991)所公开。
使用引起增效作用的混合物具有很大的经济及生态学的优点。
增效作用指两种或多种物质相互增强的作用。在本发明情况下两种或多种化合物结合使用的作用是可以降低杀虫剂的用量并取得相同的杀虫作用,换句话说,用相同用量的杀虫剂可以达到高于可以预料的单一组分相加的作用。两种组分的用量均可降低。
在具备良好的植物可承受性和有利的温血动物毒性的情况下,本发明的杀虫剂特别优选用于消灭农业、林业、仓库和材料保护业以及卫生领域出现的昆虫。
下列应用领域是有特别意义的:对木材进行预防或治疗性处理以及处理土壤。
该杀虫剂可有效地消灭正常感觉和有抵抗力的昆虫以及所有或个别生长阶段的昆虫。
属于以上提及的害虫有:
蛛形纲目中如蝎属maurus,Lactrodectus mactans。
蜱螨目中如粗脚粉螨,Agras spp.,喙蜱属鸡皮刺螨,瘿螨属ribis,桔锈螨,牛蜱属,扇头蜱属,花蜱属,玻眼蜱属,硬蜱属,痒蜱属,皮螨属,疥螨属,跗线螨属,苔螨属,全爪螨属,红叶螨属。
等足目中如潮虫属二栉水虱属,普通小麦的犰狳科和粗皱的鼠妇属。
倍足纲目中如Blaniulus guttulatus。
唇足纲目中如食果的地蜈蚣属和蚰蜒属。
综合纲目中如纯态么蚰属。
缨尾目中如糖精衣鱼。
弹尾目中如有刺的棘跳虫属(Onychiurus armatus)。
直翅目中如东方

蛛形纲目中如蝎属(Scorpio maurus)和黑寡妇球腹蛛。
大多数破坏木材的昆虫属于鞘翅目、鳞翅目和等翅目,白蚊属于这一类。
本发明的杀虫剂优选用于
-消灭破坏木材的白蚁,例如犀白蚁属、家白蚊和白蚁属,
-消灭天牛科小类的代表,例如家天牛(家庭长角甲虫),
-消灭窃蠹科小类的代表,例如细孔窃蠹属(常见窃盗甲虫),
-消灭齿小蠹科小类的代表,例如具线小蠹(Xyloterus lineatus)(成带状的豚草属甲虫),
-消灭长小蠹科小类的代表,例如管状鸭嘴兽(钻细孔的甲虫),
-消灭树蜂科小类的代表,例如Paururus spp.(通常木马蜂),
-消灭长蠹科小类的代表,例如Bostrychus capucinus(卷尾甲虫),
-消灭粉蠹科小类的代表,例如欧洲竹粉蠹(褐色粉蠹)。
在本发明组合物中各组分的混合比例可在宽范围内变化。然而,从实际出发,各组分对铵盐的用量比可在20∶1至1∶5000之间选择,优选10∶1至1∶1000,特别优选10∶1至1∶25。对于组分Silafluofen对铵盐的比例优选1∶1至1∶1000,特别优选1∶2至1∶500(Silafluofen∶铵盐)。
本发明的杀虫剂可以常见的,技术人员熟知的制剂形式出售。按照预定的生物和/或物化参数,可将其配成不同的种类。作为配制形式可以考虑:
喷粉(WP),可乳化浓缩液(EC),水溶液(SC),乳液,可喷雾溶液,油基或水基分散液(SC),油制剂,悬浮乳液(SC),粉剂(DP),消毒剂,以微粒、喷雾微粒、吸收和吸附颗粒形式的颗粒,水分散性颗粒(WG),(EW),ULW-制剂,微胶囊,蜡或诱饵。
这些剂型基本上是已知的,例如描述在下列文献中:Winnacker-Küchler,“Chemische Technologie”,Band 7,C.Hauser Verlag Mnchen,4.Aufl.1986;van Falkenberg,“Pesticides Formulations”,Marcel Dekker N.Y.,2nd Ed.1972-73;K.Martens,“Spray Drying Handbook”,3rd Ed.1979,G.Goodwin Ltd.London.

可乳化浓缩液通过将活性物质溶解在一种有机溶剂例如丁醇、环己酮、二甲基甲酰胺、混合二甲苯或高沸点芳香物质或烃中并添加一种或多种乳化剂来制备。作为乳化剂例如可用:烷基月桂基磺酸钙盐如十二烷基苯磺酸钙或非离子乳化剂如脂肪酸聚乙二醇酯,烷基月桂基聚乙二醇醚,脂族醇聚乙二醇醚,环氧丙烷-环氧乙烷缩聚物,烷基聚醚,脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯,聚氧乙烯脱水山梨糖醇脂肪酸酯或聚氧乙烯山梨醇酯。
喷粉是可在水中均匀分散的制品,它除了活性物质及一种稀释或惰性物质外还含有湿润剂,例如聚氧乙烯化的烷基苯酚,聚氧乙烯化的脂肪醇,烷基或烷基苯酚磺酸酯和分散剂,例如木质素磺酸钠,2,2′-二萘基甲烷-6,6′-二磺酸钠,二丁基萘-磺酸钠或油烯基甲基牛磺酸钠。
粉剂通过与细分散固体物质例如滑石,天然粘土如高岭土、斑脱土、叶蜡石或硅藻土一起研磨活性物质得到。可以通过将活性物质喷到能吸附的粒状惰性材料上制得颗粒,或者通过借助于粘合剂如聚乙烯醇、聚丙烯酸钠或矿物油将活性物质浓缩液涂到砂子、高岭土类载体或粒状惰性材料表面上制得颗粒。也可以化肥造粒常见的方式-需要时与化肥混合-使合适的活性物质造粒。
喷粉中活性物质浓度为例如约10至90%(重量),到100%(重量)的其余部分由常见制剂组分组成。可乳化浓缩液中活性物质浓度约为5至80%(重量)。粉状制剂含有至少5至20%(重量)活性物质,可喷雾溶液约2至20%(重量)。颗粒中活性物质含量部分地取决于活性化合物是液体还是固体以及所用的造粒助剂和填料。
此外,所述活性物质制剂需要时含有常见的粘合剂、湿润剂、分散剂、乳化剂、渗透剂、溶剂、填料或载体。
作为惰性物质尤其可用乙醇酸正丁酯,聚乙二醇醚或二亚丙基乙二醇-乙醚。
使用时,如果需要,以常见方式稀释市售形式的浓缩液,例如,用水稀释喷粉、可乳化浓缩液、分散液和部分微粒。粉尘状和粒状制剂及可喷雾溶液和市售成品油剂通常在使用前不再用其它惰性物质稀释。
本发明的杀虫剂优选制成水稀释的浓缩液或成品溶液出售。这样配制的杀虫剂含本发明的活性物质组合物例如为0.1至80%(重量)。
这些杀虫剂中活性物质的浓度在市售制剂中是不同的。可乳化浓缩液中活性物质浓度约为1至50%。
活性物质必要的用量随外部条件如温度、湿度、应用领域例如用于处理木材、土壤或植物而变化。它们可在宽范围内变化:
1)处理木材时为0.00001g/m2至10g/m2
2)处理土壤时为0.0001g/m2至100g/m2
3)处理植物时为1g/ha至1000g/ha。
使用浓度可在0.1ppm(=0.0001g/1)至10000ppm(=10g/1)之间变化,优选0.5至5000ppm。
活性物质组合是指共同施用杀虫活性物质或作为所述的分批施用在几天内先后施用。
需要时,本发明杀虫剂可以与其它活性物质,优选与杀菌剂和其它杀虫剂结合使用。只要没有其它说明,%均为重量百分数。下面由实施例说明本发明,但并不限制本发明。
例1,本发明的杀虫剂消灭破坏木材的白蚁的作用。
用犀白蚁属Speratus作试验昆虫。将白蚁与在含相应杀虫剂的溶液中浸泡过5秒钟的滤纸基片一起放入一个27℃的玻璃容器中。每次重复放入5只白蚁。每批重复2-4次。用药1天后测定活过来的白蚁的数目。明显少量的本发明组合物得到了与单一组分相同的结果或更好的结果。

Claims (11)
1、杀虫剂,其特征在于组合含有
A)式Ⅰ的无机或有机铵盐,
式中R1-R4相同或不同,各自独立地为氢或一个由C-N键连结的、含至多18个C原子的有机取代基,其中R1-R4中至少一个不是氢,Xn-是无机或有机n-碱式酸的阴离子,n为1,2或3,
和选自下列化合物组的至少一种化合物,该化合物为
B)Silafluofen(4-乙氧苯基-[3-(4-氟-3-苯氧基-苯基)-丙基]-二甲基-硅烷,式Ⅱ),
C)MTI-732(式Ⅲ),
D)咪蚜胺(式Ⅳ),
E)醚菊酯(Trebon,MTI-500,(2-(4-乙氧苯基)-2-甲基丙基-3-苯氧基苄醚,式Ⅴ),
F)PP682(ICI-A5682,式Ⅵ),
G)TI304(式Ⅶ),
H)天然或合成的拟除虫菊酯和
I)硫代磷酸酯(Phosphorthioate)。
2、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,含有季铵盐作为式Ⅰ的化合物。
3、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其中R1至R4相同或不同,各自独立地表示氢,(C1-C18)-烷基;(C7-C13)-芳烷基如苄基;(C1-C6)-烷氧基-(C1-C12)-烷基;[-CH2-CH2-O]x-H或[-CH(CH3)-CH2-O]x-H和X=1,2或3。
4、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其特征是,组合含有Silafluofen和化合物Al(烷基-苄基二甲基氯化铵)。
5、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其特征是,含有重量比为20∶1至1∶10000的活性物质。
6、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂,其特征是,重量比为20∶1至1∶5000。
7、权利要求1至5中一项或多项所述的杀虫剂,其特征是,为了配制成可喷洒溶液,含有0.1至50%(重量)活性物质混合物和99.5-50%(重量)常见的配制助剂。
8、防治由昆虫引起的破坏的方法,其特征是,向待处理的木材、土壤或植物施用有效量权利要求1所述的杀虫剂。
9、权利要求8所述的方法,其特征是,将用量为15至6001/m3的增效混合物涂在木材上。
10、权利要求5所述的方法,其特征是,使用含0.001至1000g/1活性物质组合物的喷雾液。
11、权利要求1所述的杀虫剂在消灭破坏材料的昆虫中的应用,其特征是,同时或短间隔先后施用活性物质。
