Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of biological cultivation, and in particular relates to a circulating cultivation system for selenium-enriched yellow mealworms.
Background
The lack of trace elements in human bodies can cause the generation of various diseases and the reduction of immunity, but common inorganic trace elements cannot be converted and absorbed by human bodies, so the dietary supplement is needed, and the method is simple and easy to implement and is easily accepted by people. The dry yellow mealworms, also called bread worms, belong to the order Coleoptera in the taxonomy of insects, contain 30% of fat, more than 50% of protein, and also contain major elements such as phosphorus, potassium, iron, sodium, aluminum and the like and a plurality of trace elements. Because the dry tenebrio molitor larvae contain about 40 percent of protein, the pupae contain 57 percent of protein and the imagoes contain 60 percent of protein, the dry tenebrio molitor larvae are known as a protein feed treasury and have extremely high edible nutritive value. Endows the high-nutritive-value yellow mealworms with a health-care function, and can meet the requirements of homology of medicine and food of people.
The yellow mealworms can convert inorganic selenium into organic selenium which is beneficial to human body to absorb due to a special digestive and circulatory system of the yellow mealworms, so the selenium-rich yellow mealworms can have higher nutritional value. However, in the traditional breeding technology, the breeding is performed in a single way, for example, only chickens are bred in a chicken farm, so that not only is special feed preparation required, but also chicken manure is treated with money, time and labor are wasted, and money is wasted, and therefore, the industrial circulating breeding of selenium-enriched yellow mealworms and selenium-enriched products cannot be realized.

The selenium-rich yellow mealworm can be directly used as fresh worm to feed chickens, and also can be used for providing worm pupae to health-preserving houses, restaurants and the like to be directly eaten as food materials.
Further, the insect feces of the yellow mealworms is dried, ground and added into the feed for feeding chickens in a chicken farm, wherein the content of the yellow mealworm feces is more than or equal to 80 percent. The feed reduces the consumption of common feed, reduces the feeding cost, and the insect manure contains organic substances converted by yellow mealworms and can be added with the nutrient components of the feed.
Further, auxiliary materials such as straws, straws and sawdust are added into chicken manure produced in a chicken farm, and composite zymophyte is added to ferment through aerobic and anaerobic stages to form the organic fertilizer. The chicken manure contains undigested feed and unabsorbed nutrient components, and is fermented into the organic fertilizer, so that the effective components in the chicken manure can be reasonably utilized, waste is turned into wealth, environmental pollution is eliminated, the soil structure can be improved, and selenium-rich nutrients are provided for crops.
Further, the temperature of the chicken manure in an aerobic fermentation stage is 45-55 ℃, the fermentation time is 5-8 days, the fermentation temperature in an anaerobic fermentation stage is 35-45 ℃, and the fermentation time is 3-6 days. In the aerobic fermentation stage, the chicken manure and the auxiliary materials are uniformly mixed, then the mixture is added with the compound zymophyte, and the mixture is overturned for 1 to 2 times every day, and after fermentation is carried out for 5 to 8 days, a primary fermentation product is obtained; and in the anaerobic fermentation stage, the primary fermentation product is stacked and sealed, and the fermentation is carried out at the temperature of 35-45 ℃ for 3-6 days to obtain the organic fertilizer. The two-time fermentation process can eliminate parasitic bacteria in the chicken manure, and has the advantages of short fermentation time, reasonable process and low cost.
In conclusion, the invention utilizes the characteristic that the yellow mealworms can convert inorganic selenium into organic selenium to form an ecological cycle breeding chain, can realize the cyclic utilization of selenium-rich nutrient substances among animals and plants, and obtains various selenium-rich products for eating. The chicken manure produced in the chicken farm is added with auxiliary materials such as straws, rice straws and sawdust, and is added with composite zymophyte to be fermented into the organic fertilizer in two stages of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
In the aerobic fermentation stage of the chicken manure, the chicken manure and auxiliary materials are uniformly mixed, then the mixture is added with compound zymophyte to be overturned for 1-2 times every day, and after 5 days of fermentation at 55 ℃, a primary fermentation product is obtained; and in the anaerobic fermentation stage, the primary fermentation product is stacked and sealed, and the organic fertilizer is obtained after fermentation at 35 ℃ for 6 days. The two-time fermentation process can eliminate parasitic bacteria in the chicken manure, and has the advantages of short fermentation time, reasonable process and low cost.
Example 3: processing selenium-rich agricultural products into 2000-mesh powder, feeding larvae of yellow mealworm with the mixed wheat bran feed, wherein the content of the selenium-rich agricultural products in the mixed feed is 20%, and mixing and stirring uniformly with the conventional feed when feeding. A part of selenium-rich agricultural products are used for breeding feed of yellow meal worms, and a part of selenium-rich agricultural products are provided for health preserving houses, restaurants, markets and the like and serve as food materials for eating. The selenium-rich yellow mealworm can be directly used as fresh worm to feed chickens, and also can be used for providing worm pupae to health-preserving houses, restaurants and the like to be directly eaten as food materials.
The yellow mealworm excrement is dried, ground and added into the feed for feeding chickens in a farm, wherein the content of the yellow mealworm excrement is 90%. The feed reduces the consumption of common feed, reduces the feeding cost, and the insect manure contains organic substances converted by yellow mealworms and can be added with the nutrient components of the feed.
The chicken manure produced in the chicken farm is added with auxiliary materials such as straws, rice straws and sawdust, and is added with composite zymophyte to be fermented into the organic fertilizer in two stages of aerobic and anaerobic fermentation.
In the aerobic fermentation stage of the chicken manure, the chicken manure and auxiliary materials are uniformly mixed, then the mixture is added with compound zymophyte to be overturned for 1-2 times every day, and after fermentation is carried out for 6 days at 50 ℃, a primary fermentation product is obtained; and in the anaerobic fermentation stage, the primary fermentation product is stacked and sealed, and the organic fertilizer is obtained after fermentation at 40 ℃ for 5 days. The two-time fermentation process can eliminate parasitic bacteria in the chicken manure, and has the advantages of short fermentation time, reasonable process and low cost.
The selenium content in the yellow mealworm pupa of the product obtained by the method of the embodiment is 2-8 times higher than that of common yellow mealworm, selenium-rich eggs and agricultural products than that of common eggs.
