The horizontal well throttling device can be arranged at any position of a horizontal section as required, and the best effect of the horizontal well downhole throttling is ensured.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a throttling and pressure reducing underground process pipe column in a natural gas production process, which is suitable for a gas well horizontal well with a self-flowing capacity.
Background
Horizontal wells have incomparable advantages in technical and economic benefits compared with conventional vertical wells, and have been widely used in the development of gas reservoirs with the development of drilling and oil (gas) production technologies. In the middle and later stages of gas well production, the accumulated liquid in a shaft is intensified, and drainage and gas production are effective methods for solving the accumulated liquid in the gas well. The underground throttling process technology is a process technology for enabling the throttling depressurization process of natural gas to occur in a shaft of a gas well through an underground throttle, is a water drainage and gas production technology with the advantages of being good in water drainage and gas production effect, simple to operate, low in cost and the like, and is widely applied to gas well production. Because of the limitation of the existing process conditions, the current gas well underground throttler is only installed in a shaft of a vertical well section, the spread range is limited, the water and gas drainage effect of the underground throttler exponentially decreases along with the lengthening of a horizontal section, and the underground throttler hardly has the effect particularly when the water yield is large in the middle and later development periods.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a horizontal well downhole throttling process pipe column and a method, which solve the defect that a conventional downhole throttling device can only be arranged at a straight well section.

A downhole throttling method for a horizontal well comprises a setting process and a drilling and grinding process;
the setting process specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, carrying out well-flushing operation, connecting a first connector to the tail end of a first continuous oil pipe, sequentially connecting a first double-valve check valve, a first shearing releasing tool, a hydraulic releasing tool and an underground throttler on the first connector, taking the first connector, the first double-valve check valve, the first shearing releasing tool, the hydraulic releasing tool and the underground throttler as a well-descending tool string, releasing a ball corresponding to the hydraulic releasing tool after the well-descending tool string is put in place, and adding hydraulic pressure to 20MPa from the first continuous oil pipe when the ball falls onto the hydraulic releasing tool to realize releasing and setting of the underground throttler;
the drilling and grinding process specifically comprises the following steps: firstly, the well is flushed, then a drilling and grinding process pipe column of the underground choke is put into the well until the distance between the drilling and grinding process pipe column and the underground choke is 1m-2m, and the oil is injected into the well from a second continuous oil pipe by 0.2 m-0.3 m3The displacement of (a) is controlled,and driving the screw drilling tool to drive the drill bit to work, putting down the drilling and grinding process pipe column of the downhole choke and washing the surface of the downhole choke, and controlling the bit pressure to be 5kN-15kN until the downhole choke is free from constraint.
