Background
Waterproof coatings are one of the important components of building functional materials. In building construction, the waterproof coating mainly forms a waterproof layer on the surface of a building so as to achieve the purposes of waterproofing and leakage resistance, and therefore, the performance and the selection of the waterproof coating are directly related to the using effect and the service life of the building. At present, the waterproof coating on the market is mainly a polyurethane waterproof coating, an acrylic waterproof coating, a JS waterproof coating and other products. The polyurethane waterproof coating has excellent mechanical property and good waterproof property, but has poor weather resistance, is easy to foam in construction in high-temperature and high-humidity environments, has high requirement on the drying degree of a base material, and may contain free isocyanate harmful to human bodies; the acrylic waterproof coating has good weather resistance and environmental protection, but the water resistance of the coating is poor, and the construction is difficult under low-temperature and high-humidity conditions; the JS waterproof paint is easy to bond with a wet base layer, is convenient to construct, and has the problem of difficult construction at low temperature. With the improvement of the quality of life, the requirement of people on environmental protection is higher and higher, so that the market needs a high-performance waterproof coating with low smell, no solvent and environmental protection.
The silane modified polymer is a novel high molecular material and is generally divided into two categories of silane modified polyether and silane modified polyurethane. The main chain of the polymer is macromolecular polyether or polyurethane prepolymer and is formed by end capping with isocyanate silane or amino silane, and the curing mechanism is moisture curing and generates a cross-linked network structure by reacting with external moisture. The adhesive or coating prepared based on the silane modified polymer resin has the comprehensive properties of organic silicon and polyurethane.
However, the existing formula system of the silane modified polyurethane modified waterproof coating contains 30-60% of calcium carbonate filler system, and the calcium carbonate filler system can be settled after being placed for a long time, so that the service life of the coating is influenced.

The aminosilane is alkaline and plays a role of a catalyst in a coating film curing reaction, so that an organic tin catalyst is not required to be additionally added.
The filler is amphiphilic silica particles, the particles are amphiphilic silica particles which are prepared by adopting silane coupling agent 4-chlorobenzyl trichlorosilane to carry out surface modification on the silica particles to prepare lipophilic silica particles with the surface grafted with chlorobenzyl, and then continuously grafting hydrophilic dodecyl imidazole on the surface. The lipophilic property of the silicon dioxide particles can ensure that the filler is better dissolved in a polymer matrix without sedimentation, and the modification of the ionic liquid group further improves the dispersibility of the particles, so that the particles are not agglomerated when used or kept for a long time, and the use effect and the coating uniformity are improved.
The light stabilizer is a derivative of 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine, and the compound can better inhibit the photodegradation of a polymer.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the silane modified anti-settling polyurethane waterproof coating, which comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an amphiphilic silica filler: uniformly mixing a certain amount of water, ethanol and ammonia water at room temperature, then adding ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and reacting for 8-10h at room temperature to obtain monodisperse silica particles, washing with deionized water to be neutral, and drying for later use; and then dispersing the prepared silicon dioxide particles and 4-chlorobenzyl trichlorosilane in toluene, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-20min, stirring, refluxing and reacting for 24h, carrying out centrifugal separation, and washing with ethanol to obtain the silicon dioxide grafted with the chlorobenzyl group. The invention has the advantages that the amphiphilic silica filler can be well dissolved in a polymer matrix without adding an anti-settling agent, and does not settle after being placed for a long time; the adopted filler contains ionic liquid groups, so that the filler has better dispersion characteristic and is not easy to agglomerate when in use; the amphiphilic silicon dioxide also contains dodecyl long-chain branches, so that a cured film of the amphiphilic silicon dioxide has better toughness, and no plasticizer is required to be added, thereby avoiding the migration of small molecules and further prolonging the service life.

The amphiphilic silica filler used in the embodiment of the invention is self-made in a laboratory, and the specific preparation route is as follows:

firstly, drying a 5L reaction kettle, then replacing the reaction kettle with nitrogen for three times, filling nitrogen for protection, sequentially adding 550g of α silane modified polymer, 30g of vinyl silane, 550g of calcium carbonate filler, 20g of fumed silica, 30g of aminosilane, 30g of 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethylpiperidine derivative, ultrasonically dispersing for 40min, and then vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain the silane modified anti-settling polyurethane waterproof coating.

As can be seen from the data, the coating modified by the invention has obvious effects on the aspects of sedimentation resistance and agglomeration.

Claims (2)
1. A silane modified anti-settling polyurethane waterproof coating is characterized by comprising, by weight, α silane modified polymer 30-60 parts, a water removal agent 1-5 parts, a filler 30-60 parts, aminosilane 1-5 parts, and a light stabilizer 0.5-3 parts;
the α silane modified polymer has a main chain of a soft polyether chain segment, two ends of the main chain are connected with α silane containing isocyanate groups, and the specific structure is as follows:
the water removing agent is vinyl silane; the filler is amphiphilic silica particles, the particles are amphiphilic silica particles which are prepared by adopting silane coupling agent 4-chlorobenzyl trichlorosilane to carry out surface modification on the silica particles to prepare lipophilic silica particles with the surfaces grafted with chlorobenzyl, and then continuously grafting hydrophilic dodecyl imidazole on the surfaces to prepare the amphiphilic silica particles containing ionic liquid groups; the light stabilizer is a derivative of 2, 2, 6, 6-tetramethyl piperidine.
2. A preparation method of silane modified anti-settling polyurethane waterproof paint specifically comprises the following steps:
(1) preparing an amphiphilic silica filler: uniformly mixing a certain amount of water, ethanol and ammonia water at room temperature, then adding ethyl orthosilicate, stirring and reacting for 8-10h at room temperature to obtain monodisperse silica particles, washing with deionized water to be neutral, and drying for later use; then dispersing the prepared silicon dioxide particles and 4-chlorobenzyl trichlorosilane in toluene, carrying out ultrasonic treatment for 10-20min, stirring, refluxing and reacting for 24h, carrying out centrifugal separation, and washing with ethanol to obtain the silicon dioxide grafted with chlorobenzyl; finally, dispersing the obtained silicon dioxide grafted by the chlorobenzyl in acetonitrile, reacting with dodecyl imidazole for 24 hours under the reflux condition, and centrifugally separating ethanol and washing to obtain the amphiphilic silicon dioxide filler;
(2) the preparation of the waterproof coating comprises the steps of drying a reaction kettle, replacing the reaction kettle with nitrogen for three times, filling nitrogen for protection, sequentially adding α silane modified polymer, a water removing agent, a filler, aminosilane and a light stabilizer into the reaction kettle, performing ultrasonic dispersion for 30-50min, and then vacuumizing and defoaming to obtain the silane modified anti-settling polyurethane waterproof coating.
