The waterproof coating is a silane-terminated polymer, the main chain of the waterproof coating is a soft polyether chain segment, two ends of the waterproof coating are connected with silane containing isocyanate groups, the resin structure is an international unique technology, and the reaction activity is high. The silane modified polymer waterproof coating with zero solvent and high environmental protection performance comprises the following components in parts by weight: 15-40 parts of silane modified polymer resin, 30-50 parts of calcium carbonate, 1-3 parts of a water removal agent, 1-3 parts of a light stabilizer, 1-5 parts of a silane coupling agent and 1-5 parts of other additives.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of waterproof coatings, in particular to a silane modified polymer waterproof coating with zero solvent and high environmental protection performance and a preparation method thereof.
Background
The waterproof coating on the market at present mainly comprises polyurethane waterproof coating, acrylic waterproof coating, polymer cement (JS) waterproof coating and other products. The polyurethane waterproof coating has excellent mechanical property and good waterproof property, but has poor weather resistance, is easy to foam in construction in a high-temperature and high-humidity environment, has higher requirement on the drying degree of a base material, and may contain free isocyanate harmful to human bodies; the acrylic waterproof paint has good weather resistance, but the water resistance of a coating is poor, and the construction is difficult at low temperature; the polymer cement (JS) waterproof coating is easy to bond with a wet base layer, is convenient to construct, and has the problem of difficult construction at low temperature. With the increasing requirements of people on environmental protection, the market needs high-performance waterproof coatings with lower odor, no solvent, environmental protection and long service life.
The zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating is a novel high polymer material, takes a polymer main chain as a macromolecular polyurethane prepolymer, is formed by end capping of aminosilane, has a curing mechanism of moisture curing, reacts with external moisture to generate crosslinking, and has the comprehensive properties of organic silicon and polyurethane.

The invention provides a silane modified polymer waterproof coating with zero solvent and high environmental protection performance, which is a silane terminated polymer, wherein the main chain of the waterproof coating is a soft polyether chain segment, two ends of the waterproof coating are connected with silane containing isocyanate groups, the resin structure is an international unique technology, and the reaction activity is high.

As a preferable scheme of the invention, the silane modified polymer waterproof coating with zero solvent and high environmental protection performance comprises the following components in parts by weight: 30 parts of silane modified polymer resin, 25 parts of silane modified polymer resin B, 49 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 part of water removing agent, 1 part of light stabilizer, 1.5 parts of silane coupling agent and 12.5 parts of other auxiliary agents.
For the convenience of application, the viscosity of the waterproof coating is generally controlled below 15000Pa.s, which requires the selection of silane polymer resin with lower viscosity. When the waterproof coating is prepared, a formula system has a larger adjustment space, and the formula system cannot be diluted by a plasticizer or a solvent, so that adverse factors influencing the service life, such as small molecule migration and the like, can be reduced for terminal use. adding silane modified polymer resin into a closed reaction kettle, starting stirring, and rotating the stirrer at a speed of 300 revolutions per minute; adding water removing agent and light stabilizer, stirring for 5min, adjusting the rotation speed of the stirrer to 600 r/min, sequentially adding fumed silica and aluminum hydroxide, dispersing for 20 min, stirring at constant speed, adding superfine calcium carbonate, and dispersing for 30 min. After the dispersion is uniform, the rotating speed is maintained at 600 revolutions per minute, the silane coupling agent is slowly added, the stirring is stopped for 5 minutes, and the defoaming is carried out for 10 minutes under the vacuum pressure state of-0.09 to-0.1 MPa, so as to prepare the zero-solvent silane-terminated polymer waterproof coating.
The preparation method has unique production process, adopts a cold production process, and does not need heating dehydration in the production process; the solution with low viscosity is controlled in the production process, and the water removing agent is added, so that the product can be produced without an additional heating and water removing process. The product stability and the production efficiency are not influenced by the complex process.
The waterproof coating prepared by the method has the advantages of excellent technical performance, fast product curing, no need of adding organic tin catalyst and zero solvent, low VOC and long storage period.
The mechanical properties of the zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating prepared by the invention are compared with the common single-component polyurethane waterproof coating and polymer cement (JS) waterproof coating on the market, wherein the tensile property is tested according to chapter 9 in GB/T16777-2008 'test method for building waterproof coating'; the solid content is tested according to chapter 5 in GB/T16777-2008 'test method for waterproof coating for building'; the water absorption is tested according to the 6.15 in GB/T19250-2013 polyurethane waterproof paint; the weather resistance is tested according to 9.2.6 in GB/T16777-2008 'test method for waterproof coating for buildings'; the adhesive strength performance is tested according to method A in GB/T16777-2008 'test method for waterproof coating for building' 7.1.
The results show that: the zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating still keeps low viscosity level under the condition of no solvent, and can bring great convenience to construction. In the absence of organometallic catalysts, rapid cure is still possible. The physical properties of the coating are superior to those of polymer cement (JS) waterproof coatings; the tensile strength is close to that of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating, the tear strength is weak slightly, and in actual application, if higher tear strength is required, polyester type non-woven fabric can be added for reinforcement. But it is excellent in adhesive strength, especially in the application to wet substrates. In addition, as the main chain of the polymer resin does not contain benzene rings and organic silicon components are introduced, the weather resistance of the silane modified polymer waterproof coating is greatly improved with the assistance of the aging-resistant auxiliary agent besides excellent water absorption performance.
In conclusion, the zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating prepared by the invention is prepared by adding various fillers and additives on the basis of silane modified polymer resin. The waterproof coating has no solvent, does not add organic metal catalyst, has the mechanical property of a coating film close to that of the conventional polyurethane waterproof coating, has good weather resistance, environmental protection and construction performance, and has strong adaptability to base. The coating has a good application prospect.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following advantages:
the waterproof coating prepared by the invention has high bonding strength and is suitable for bonding a wet base surface and various complex base materials; has excellent water resistance and corrosion resistance.
The waterproof coating prepared by the invention does not need prime coat, can be constructed by a coating roller, a brush or an airless spray gun, and only needs one-step coating; the environment is protected, the isocyanate temperature is avoided, and the surface drying speed is high after construction; the single component is used after the cover is opened, so that the construction is easy, and the operation is simple and convenient; green and environmental protection without pollution.
The preparation method has unique production process, adopts a cold production process, and does not need heating dehydration in the production process; the solution with low viscosity is controlled in the production process, and the water removing agent is added, so that the product can be produced without an additional heating and water removing process. Comparison of mechanical Properties
We selected a commercially available one-component polyurethane waterproof coating, polymer cement (JS) waterproof coating, and the silane-modified polymer waterproof coating obtained in example 1 of the present invention for performance comparison, and the results are shown in table 1:

As can be seen from Table 1, the viscosity of the zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating still keeps a low level under the condition of no solvent, and great convenience can be brought to construction. It can also be seen from table 1 that rapid curing is still possible without organometallic catalysts. The physical properties of the coating are superior to those of polymer cement (JS) waterproof coatings; the tensile strength is close to that of the single-component polyurethane waterproof coating, the tear strength is weak slightly, and in actual application, if higher tear strength is required, polyester type non-woven fabric can be added for reinforcement. But it is excellent in adhesive strength, especially in the application to wet substrates. In addition, as the main chain of the polymer resin does not contain benzene rings and organic silicon components are introduced, the weather resistance of the silane modified polymer waterproof coating is greatly improved with the assistance of the aging-resistant auxiliary agent besides excellent water absorption performance.
In conclusion, the zero-solvent silane modified polymer waterproof coating prepared by the invention is prepared by adding various fillers and additives on the basis of silane modified polymer resin. The waterproof coating has no solvent, does not add organic metal catalyst, has the mechanical property of a coating film close to that of the conventional polyurethane waterproof coating, has good weather resistance, environmental protection and construction performance, and has strong adaptability to base. The coating has a good application prospect.
