Abstract
本发明的课题在于提供一种可稳定地维持表面具有反应性化合物层的高分子膜中的反应性化合物层的储存状态。解决课题的手段在于:将表面具有反应性化合物层的第1高分子膜,与表面粗糙度(Ra)为0.1μm以上、弹性模量为300MPa以上10GPa以下的第2高分子膜共同卷绕形成卷膜。或者将它们层叠形成膜束。本发明的卷膜、膜束优选在低温下储存从而可稳定地维持反应性化合物的薄层。

技术领域
本发明涉及将表面具有反应性化合物层的第1膜,与用于保护其反应性化合物层的表面的第2膜共同卷绕而得到的卷和/或将它们交替地层叠而得的膜束。
背景技术
硅烷偶联剂广泛用于改善玻璃等无机材料、高分子树脂等的界面中两者间的润湿性、粘合性等。硅烷偶联剂的反应性高,因此,将涂布有硅烷偶联剂的膜成卷状地储存时,反应仍然进行以致难以解卷的情况不少。
专利文献1中公开了将硅烷偶联剂以气相状态涂布于基板的技术。通过该方法可实现缺陷少的极薄硅烷偶联剂层。但是,即使是这样的方法得到的缺陷少的硅烷偶联剂涂布层形成的膜,卷成卷状时,或者使其片材化而重叠时,涂布有硅烷偶联剂的面与面之间接触时,或者涂布有硅烷偶联剂的表面与保护膜面接触时,会发生硅烷偶联剂层上粘附异物,或者硅烷偶联剂层移动到对侧表面等,难以维持良好的硅烷偶联剂表面。
该问题不仅限于使用硅烷偶联剂的情况,反应性化合物层特别是所有的在室温下涂布液体反应性化合物的膜都有该问题。

发明内容
发明要解决的课题
为了解决上述课题,本发明人深入研究,结果发现,使膜的反应性化合物涂布面与具有一定值以上的表面粗糙度(Ra)的膜接触而储存,从而能够抑制反应性化合物涂布面和非涂布面的接触,容易进行解卷,再加之发现本方法可广泛适用于所有液体涂布膜,最终完成本发明。
解决课题的手段
即,本发明由以下的构成形成。
[1]一种卷膜,其特征在于,将第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜,以所述第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面与所述第2膜的粗糙表面相向的状态进行共同卷绕而成;所述第1高分子膜的至少一侧表面具有反应性化合物层,所述第2高分子膜的至少一侧上具有弹性模量为300MPa以上10GPa以下且表面粗糙度Ra为0.1μm以上5μm以下的粗糙表面。
[2]根据[1]所述的卷膜,其特征在于,上述第2高分子膜含有0.3质量%以上5质量%以下的体积平均粒径为0.1μm以上10μm以下的无机粒子作为润滑剂。
[3]根据[1]或[2]所述的卷膜,其特征在于,使上述第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面,与上述第2膜的粗糙表面相向地重叠,在施加了8kg/m2负荷的状态下在-15℃下保持24小时后的第1高分子膜与第2高分子膜的剥离强度为0.5N/cm以下。
[4]根据[1]~[3]中任一项所述的卷膜,其特征在于,形成上述反应性化合物层的反应性化合物为硅烷偶联剂。
[5]根据[1]~[4]中任一项所述的卷膜,其特征在于,上述反应性化合物层的厚度为5nm以上800nm以下。
[6]一种膜束,其通过将第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜,以第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面与所述第2膜的粗糙表面相向的状态交替地层叠而得到,上述第1高分子膜的至少一侧表面具有反应性化合物层,上述第2高分子膜的至少一侧上具有弹性模量为300MPa以上10GPa以下且表面粗糙度Ra为0.1μm以上5μm以下的粗糙表面。
本发明进一步优选由以下的构成形成。
[7]具有反应性化合物层的卷膜的储存方法,其特征在于,在-5℃以下储存[1]~[5]所述的卷膜。
[8]具有反应性化合物层的膜束的储存方法,其特征在于,在-5℃以下储存[6]所述的膜束。
[9]根据[1]~[5]中任一项所述的卷膜,或[6]所述的膜束,其特征在于,构成上述反应性化合物层的反应性化合物为环球法测定的软化点为70℃以下的化合物。
[10]根据[1]~[5]中任一项所述的卷膜,或[6]所述的膜束,其特征在于,构成上述反应性化合物层的反应性化合物至少在常压、25℃下为液体。
发明效果
本发明的卷膜中的具有某一定值以上的表面粗糙度的膜,可抑制反应性化合物的涂布面与其他表面的接触,因此,可以防止膜之间密合而难以解卷,或者一部分或全部反应性化合物层转印到相向的膜面上。
因此,涂布有硅烷偶联剂这样的具有高反应性的化合物的膜中,也可卷绕为卷,此外也可保持为使片状膜重叠而得的膜束,结果可维持高质量的反应性化合物面。
本发明中,将涂布有反应性化合物的长条状膜以该卷膜的形式储存,从而不发生反应性化合物的转印、反应,并容易解卷。

具体实施方式
以下,用图说明本发明的卷膜、膜束。图1是显示从本发明的卷膜解卷的膜或膜束的截面的示意图。
涂布有反应性化合物14的第1高分子膜11与第2高分子膜12共同卷绕或者被层叠。通过添加润滑剂等方法,而使第2高分子膜12的与第1高分子膜接触的面,具有规定的表面粗糙度(Ra),由于该凸起故微观上看能够避免其与第1高分子膜的反应性化合物层的面接触。因此,能够防止第1高分子膜的反应性化合物层和第2高分子膜粘贴而难以剥离(难以解卷),或者反应性化合物层转印到相对的面上而损失之类的问题。
本发明中的高分子膜可使用PET、PEN、PBT等聚酯膜;聚酰胺膜、聚酰亚胺膜、聚酰亚胺苯并噻唑膜、聚酰亚胺苯并恶唑膜、聚酰亚胺苯并咪唑膜、聚苯并恶唑膜、聚醚砜膜、聚酰胺酰亚胺膜、聚乙烯膜、聚丙烯膜、聚氯乙烯膜、聚偏二氯乙烯膜等。
本发明中可使用具有0.1m2以上的面积的片状长条状高分子膜。此外,本发明中可使用宽度240mm以上、长度10m以上的长条状膜形态的长条状高分子膜。从生产性的角度考虑,大面积使用基材者有优势。但另一方面,面积大时,易于随机地产生缺陷,难以提高成品率。但是,本发明的处理方法中产生缺陷的频率非常低,因此,可有效地使用大面积的基材。它们也可用于第1高分子膜、第2高分子膜中的任一者。
本发明中,作为高分子膜的极特殊的例子,也可适用于长条状的挠性玻璃。此处,挠性玻璃是指厚度5μm以上200μm以下的薄玻璃。是如高分子膜一样具有挠性、可卷绕成卷状的玻璃。作为挠性玻璃,为了可操作性和防止破裂时的飞散性等安全性,也可使用在单侧表面上贴合高分子膜的挠性玻璃。
形成本发明中的反应性化合物层的反应性化合物可例示:具有不饱和双键的化合物、具有环氧基的化合物、具有氨基的化合物、具有羧基的化合物、具有羟基的化合物、异氰酸酯化合物、具有硅醇基的化合物等。本发明优选可以适宜地使用在25℃下为液体的反应性化合物。
本发明中,可使用硅烷偶联剂作为优选使用的反应性化合物。可以单独使用硅烷偶联剂,或组合使用多种。此外,可使用醇、水、各种溶剂的溶液。

此外,也可向硅烷偶联剂中适当添加其他烷氧基硅烷类,例如四甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷等。此外,向硅烷偶联剂中适当添加其他烷氧基硅烷类例如四甲氧基硅烷、四乙氧基硅烷等时,或者也包括不加的情况,也可以再加上混合、加热操作,使反应稍微进行后,再使用。
该硅烷偶联剂中,本发明中优选使用的硅烷偶联剂优选为每一分子偶联剂中具有一个硅原子的化学结构的硅烷偶联剂。
本发明中,作为特别优选硅烷偶联剂,可列举N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基甲基二甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、N-2-(氨基乙基)-3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-氨基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、3-三乙氧基甲硅烷基-N-(1,3-二甲基-亚丁基)丙胺、2-(3,4-环氧环己基)乙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-环氧丙氧基丙基三甲氧基硅烷、3-环氧丙氧基丙基甲基二乙氧基硅烷、3-环氧丙氧基丙基三乙氧基硅烷、氨基苯基三甲氧基硅烷、氨基苯乙基三甲氧基硅烷、氨基苯基氨基甲基苯乙基三甲氧基硅烷等。工序中需要特别高的耐热性时,优选Si和氨基之间以芳香族基连接。
另外,本发明中,可根据需要并用磷系偶联剂、钛酸酯系偶联剂等。
本发明中硅烷偶联剂与溶剂组合使用时,优选选自水、碳原子数8以下的一元醇、碳原子数4以下的二元醇中的至少一种以上的液体。更优选选自甲醇、乙醇、正丙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙二醇,丙二醇、水中的一种以上的溶剂。本发明中可使用由2种以上的溶剂构成的混合溶剂。本发明中优选使用水和醇的混合溶剂、水和乙二醇或水和丙二醇的混合溶剂,进一步地优选使用水、碳原子数3以下的醇、碳原子数3以下的二醇的混合溶剂。
本发明中,使条状的第1高分子膜通过反应性化合物涂布装置,从装置导出后,设置干燥工序,除去溶剂等,再与具有规定表面的第2高分子膜共同卷绕,从而可以形成卷膜。形成卷膜前,可以在两者重叠的状态下将其裁剪形成膜束。此外也可暂时卷绕成卷状,再通过另外的工序解卷裁剪形成膜束。
本发明中第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜的含水率优选干燥至0.3质量%以下,进一步优选0.15质量%以下,另外优选0.08质量%以下。高分子膜残留的水分超过必要限度以上时,易于产生水泡缺陷。含水率的控制尤其是在使用芳纶膜、聚酰亚胺膜、聚酰胺酰亚胺膜作为第1高分子膜的情况下是重要的。
本发明中,优选在通过大气压等离子体处理装置对第1高分子膜进行干洗后,引入本发明的液体涂布机构。本发明中,优选通过UV臭氧照射装置对第1高分子膜进行干洗后,进行反应性化合物涂布。此处,UV臭氧处理装置是指在大气中向基材照射波长300nm以下的紫外线的同时将基材暴露于UV光源附近产生的臭氧的处理装置。
本发明的卷膜或膜束的储存环境优选15℃以下,进一步地优选5℃以下,另外优选-5℃以下,进一步优选-15℃以下。
实施例
以下列举实施例更具体地说明本发明,但是,本发明并不限定于下述实施例。以下的实施例中的物性评价方法如下所述。
<表面粗糙度>
使用扫描型激光显微镜(VK-8500)评价与涂布有反应性化合物的膜表面接触的膜的表面粗糙度(Ra)。将膜固定于观察台上,计算20μm见方面积内的面粗糙度。根据测定的粗糙度曲线,对从其平均线方向上基准长度(20μm)部分的平均线至测定曲线的偏差的绝对值求和,取平均值作为Ra。
<弹性模量>
使用万能试验机(株式会社岛津制作所制,“精密万能试验机AG-IS”),在样品长100mm(卡盘间长度)、伸长速度50mm/分钟的条件下,在气氛温度23℃、相对湿度60%的条件下测定形变-应力曲线。根据曲线原点附近的具有最大斜率的切线计算求得弹性模量。使用10次测定值的平均值作为弹性模量。
<密合性>
使切割为15cm×15cm的带硅烷偶联剂的聚酰亚胺膜(第1高分子膜)与第2高分子膜的规定表面重叠,施加8kg/m2的负荷,在零下15℃下储存。此时,将聚酰亚胺膜配置于下侧,用20cm×20cm的双面胶带将聚酰亚胺膜固定于金属板上。在低温下保存5天后,将2种膜以重叠的状态使用间隙间隔为2mm的切刀导板,形成切割至聚酰亚胺膜的10个网格状的切割伤。翻转固定聚酰亚胺膜的金属板,目视计数从聚酰亚胺膜剥离的共同卷绕用膜的网格眼数,求得密合性。另外,网格眼中部分剥离的网格眼计数为未剥离的网格眼,按照下述标准分等级。
○:剥离的网格眼为90~100个
■:剥离的网格眼为0~89个
<比较例1>
使用图2(分批式气相法)中示意性显示的产生硅烷偶联剂蒸气的装置,在以下的条件下对聚酰亚胺膜涂布硅烷偶联剂。
将聚酰亚胺膜保持在具有370mm×470mm的开口部的不锈钢框架中,垂直保持在引入硅烷偶联剂蒸气的腔室内。
将加入了100g硅烷偶联剂(信越化学工业株式会社制造的“KBM-903”:3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)的容器的温度调节至40℃后,以25L/min的速度通过鼓泡通入氮气,通过配置的管道将包含产生的硅烷偶联剂蒸气的氮气,引入前期腔室内,将用作第1高分子膜的聚酰亚胺膜的两面暴露于上述气体中3分钟。
另外,3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷的熔点在-60℃以下,沸点在91~92℃,常压下至少在25℃~40℃为液体。
将得到的带硅烷偶联剂的聚酰亚胺膜切割为15cm×15cm的尺寸,与作为第2高分子膜的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造的“A4100”)的平滑面重叠,评价密合性。
<比较例2>
除了将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜更换为Poly Wrap(宇部膜株式会社制造的聚乙烯膜)以外,与比较例1同样地实施,进行评价。
<实施例1>
除了将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜更换为聚四氟乙烯片(日东电工株式会社制造)以外,与比较例1同样地实施,进行评价。
<实施例2>
除了将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜更换为聚丙烯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造的“P1128A”)以外,与比较例1同样地实施,进行评价。
<实施例3>
除了将聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜更换为聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造,“E5100”)以外,与比较例1同样地实施,进行评价。
<实施例4>
使用图3中示意性显示的涂布硅烷偶联剂蒸气的装置,设定成使宽度100mm的长条状聚酰亚胺膜以240mm/min的速度通过具有20mm×160mm的狭缝的750mm×20mm×10mm的腔室内。
将加入了50g硅烷偶联剂(信越化学工业株式会社制造的“KBM-903”:3-氨基丙基三甲氧基硅烷)的容器的温度调节至40℃后,以4.6L/min的速度通过鼓泡通入氮气,通过配置的管道将包含产生的硅烷偶联剂蒸气的氮气,引入前期腔室内,将聚酰亚胺膜的两面暴露于上述气体中,成为涂布有硅烷偶联剂的聚酰亚胺膜之后,与厚度50μm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜E5100(东洋纺株式会社制)共同卷绕,得到卷膜。以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从得到的卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,评价密合性。
将得到的卷膜在零下15℃下储存5天后,以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从该卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,同样地评价密合性。
<实施例5>
使用喷涂机,在以下的条件下将硅烷偶联剂涂布于作为第1高分子膜的聚酰亚胺膜上。
以10m/min的速度移动宽度280mm的聚酰亚胺膜,喷涂0.5wt%的硅烷偶联剂异丙醇溶液,在25℃下预干燥后,再在60℃下干燥,得到涂布有硅烷偶联剂的聚酰亚胺膜。接着,将其作为第2高分子膜与聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造的“E5100”)重叠,共同卷绕,得到卷膜。以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从得到的卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,评价密合性。
将得到的卷膜在零下15℃下储存5天后,以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从该卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,同样地评价密合性。
<实施例6>
使用逗点涂布机,在以下的条件下将环氧树脂涂布于作为第1高分子膜的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造的E5100)上。
以3m/min的速度移动宽度520mm的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜,使用逗点涂布机涂布三菱化学株式会社制造的环氧树脂JER1001B80(MEK溶液),在25℃下预干燥后,再在60℃下干燥,得到涂布有环氧树脂的聚对苯二甲酸乙二醇酯膜。接着,将其作为第2高分子膜与聚丙烯膜(东洋纺株式会社制造的“P1128A”)重叠,共同卷绕,得到卷膜。以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从得到的卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,评价密合性。
另外,环氧树脂JER1001为双酚型环氧树脂,环球法中的软化温度为64℃。JER1001B80为JER1001的固体成分浓度调制成约80%的甲基乙基酮(MEK)溶液。
将得到的卷膜在零下15℃下储存5天后,以第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜重叠的状态,从该卷膜上切割下15cm×15cm大小,同样地评价密合性。
<实施例7>
除了将实施例6中的环氧树脂更换为作为多官能丙烯酸酯的季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯(PE4A)(共荣社化学制造)以外,与实施例6同样地操作,得到卷膜。以下同样地进行评价。
以上的比较例、实施例得到的结果如表1所示。
另外季戊四醇四丙烯酸酯的熔点为18℃,常压下、25℃下为液体。

工业上的可利用性
如上所述,尽管本发明的卷膜以及膜束的表面上具有由具有反应性的化合物形成的层,仍然可以稳定地维持反应性化合物层。本发明如实施例所示,可使作为热固化型化合物的环氧树脂、作为光固化型化合物的(甲基)丙烯酸酯、进一步地硅烷偶联剂等各种反应性化合物以薄膜层的状态下长时间维持,可在工业上的各个领域中有效地使用。
Claims (6)
1.一种卷膜,其特征在于,将第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜,以所述第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面与所述第2膜的粗糙表面相向的状态进行共同卷绕而成;所述第1高分子膜的至少一侧表面具有反应性化合物层,所述第2高分子膜的至少一侧上具有弹性模量为300MPa以上10GPa以下且表面粗糙度Ra为0.1μm以上5μm以下的粗糙表面。
2.根据权利要求1所述的卷膜,其特征在于,所述第2高分子膜含有0.3质量%以上5质量%以下的体积平均粒径为0.1μm以上10μm以下的无机粒子作为润滑剂。
3.根据权利要求1或权利要求2所述的卷膜,其特征在于,使所述第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面,与所述第2膜的粗糙表面相向地重叠,在施加了8kg/m2负荷的状态下在-15℃下保持24小时后的第1高分子膜与第2高分子膜的剥离强度为0.5N/cm以下。
4.根据权利要求1~3中任一项所述的卷膜,其特征在于,形成所述反应性化合物层的反应性化合物为硅烷偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1~4中任一项所述的卷膜,其特征在于,所述反应性化合物层的厚度为5nm以上800nm以下。
6.一种膜束,其通过将第1高分子膜和第2高分子膜,以所述第1高分子膜的具有反应性化合物层的表面与所述第2膜的粗糙表面相向的状态交替地层叠而得到;所述第1高分子膜的至少一侧表面具有反应性化合物层,所述第2高分子膜的至少一侧上具有弹性模量为300MPa以上10GPa以下且表面粗糙度Ra为0.1μm以上5μm以下的粗糙表面。
