Abstract
[해결수단] 무기 입자를 실질적으로 함유하지 않은 표면층 A를 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름의 상기 표면층 A 상에 이형층을 마련한 이형 필름으로서, 상기 이형층이 양이온 경화성 물질을 포함하는 결합제 a 및 1종류 이상의 이형제 b를 포함하는 조성물이 경화되어 이루어지는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.

Claims (12)
- 무기 입자를 실질적으로 함유하지 않은 표면층 A를 갖는 폴리에스테르 필름의 상기 표면층 A 상에 이형층을 마련한 이형 필름으로서, 상기 이형층이 양이온 경화성 물질을 포함하는 결합제 a 및 1종류 이상의 이형제 b를 포함하는 조성물이 경화되어 이루어지고,
상기 결합제 a는, 지환식 에폭시기를 갖는 화합물 및 옥세탄환을 갖는 화합물에서 선택되는 적어도 하나의 상기 양이온 경화성 물질(단, 실록산 골격을 갖는 화합물을 제외함)을 포함하고, 상기 양이온 경화성 물질의 양이온 경화성 관능기수는 2개 이상이고,
상기 이형제 b는, 폴리디메틸실록산, 장쇄 알킬계 첨가제, 및 불소계 첨가제로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 포함하는,
세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름. - 제1항에 있어서, 이형층 표면의 디요오도메탄 접촉각 θ1과 톨루엔 침지 후의 이형층 표면의 디요오도메탄 접촉각 θ2의 차가 절댓값으로서 3.0° 이하인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 적어도 1종류의 이형제 b가, 실리콘 골격을 포함하는 화합물인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 양이온 경화성 물질을 포함하는 결합제 a가 이형층의 전체 고형분 중 80질량% 이상 99.9질량% 이하 포함하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이형제 b 중 적어도 1종류가, 글리시딜에테르기, 지환식 에폭시기, 및 옥세탄환으로 이루어지는 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 양이온 경화성 관능기를 함유하는 폴리디메틸실록산인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 이형층 표면의 영역 표면 평균 조도(Sa)가 7㎚ 이하이고, 또한 최대 돌기 높이(P)가 100㎚ 이하인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 결합제 a는, 추가로 광산 발생제를 함유하는 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 이형층의 두께가 0.01 내지 1.0㎛인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면층 A의 영역 표면 평균 조도(Sa)는 7㎚ 이하인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 표면층 A의 두께 비율은, 상기 폴리에스테르 필름의 전체 층 두께의 20% 이상 50% 이하인 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름.
- 0.2㎛ 내지 1.0㎛의 두께를 갖는 세라믹 그린 시트의 제조 방법으로서, 제1항 내지 제10항 중 어느 한 항에 기재된 세라믹 그린 시트 제조용 이형 필름을 사용하는 세라믹 그린 시트의 제조 방법.
- 제11항에 기재된 세라믹 그린 시트의 제조 방법을 채용하는 세라믹 콘덴서의 제조 방법.
