Background
At present, for the treatment of ARDS, prone position ventilation, noninvasive ventilation, high-flow oxygen therapy and other modes are generally adopted, and in the treatment process, due to factors such as the body, metabolism and nutrition of a patient, under the condition of long-term pressure, skin damage of multiple faces of the body, even pressure sores can be caused, and the following adverse effects are brought: firstly, the pain of the patient is increased; secondly, the manpower and economic cost of treatment and nursing is increased; thirdly, prolonged hospital stay, causing infection of the patient and other syndromes, traditional dressings are obtained by tailoring the contour of the patient's head and face.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide a pressure-reducing dressing which comprises a dressing main body, wherein the dressing main body is suitable for application of the whole face, the forehead area, the middle area and the chin area are suitable for local application of the face, the forehead area is also suitable for application of the ankle part, an eye hole is applied to the outer ankle of a fibula, so that the wrinkle, the upwarp and the effect of the dressing are prevented, the chin area is also suitable for application of the knee, the forehead area, the middle area and the chin area are respectively torn off from the adhesive paper through the first connecting block, the second connecting block and the third connecting block, the application is convenient, the traditional dressing mode of cutting is replaced for application, and the workload of medical personnel is reduced; the decompression layer is arranged to reduce the pressure of the application position of a patient, so that the traditional mode of directly applying the dressing through treatment is replaced, the pain of the patient is reduced, the skin injury and pressure sore are avoided, the manpower for treatment and nursing is reduced, and the cost is reduced; the outer surface layer is arranged for water prevention and pollution prevention, so that the medical instrument can be used for multiple times, and the economic burden of a patient is reduced.

a reduced-pressure dressing includes a dressing body that is a facial structure, the dressing body including a forehead region, a middle region, and a chin region.

Furthermore, a separation line is arranged between the middle area and the forehead area and between the middle area and the chin area, and the separation line comprises a first separation line and a second separation line.
Furthermore, a first connecting block used for being taken off is arranged on the first dressing main body.
Furthermore, one side of the second dressing main body is provided with a second connecting block for taking off.
Furthermore, a third connecting block convenient to take off is arranged below the third dressing main body.
Furthermore, the adhesive paper is arranged below the dressing main body, and the size and the shape of the adhesive paper are the same as those of the dressing main body.
Furthermore, the outer surface layer is a water-resistant and pollution-resistant artificial leather/plastic film.
Further, the decompression layer is foam with decompression function.
Further, the therapeutic layer is a medicament containing silver ions.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the dressing comprises a dressing main body, wherein the dressing main body is suitable for applying the whole face, the forehead area, the middle area and the chin area are suitable for local application of the face, the forehead area is also suitable for application of the ankle part, the eye hole is applied to the outer ankle of the fibula, the wrinkle and the upwarp of the dressing are prevented, the effect is prevented from being influenced, the chin area is also suitable for application of the knee, the forehead area, the middle area and the chin area are respectively removed from the pasting paper through the first connecting block, the second connecting block and the third connecting block, the dressing is convenient, the traditional dressing mode of cutting is replaced for applying, and the workload of medical workers is reduced;
2. the dressing reduces pressure at the application position of a patient by arranging the decompression layer, replaces the traditional mode of directly applying the dressing by treatment, reduces the pain of the patient, avoids skin injury and pressure sore generation, reduces the manpower for treatment and nursing, and reduces the cost; the outer surface layer is arranged for water prevention and pollution prevention, so that the medical instrument can be used for multiple times, and the economic burden of a patient is reduced.

Detailed Description
The technical solutions in the embodiments of the present invention will be clearly and completely described below with reference to the drawings in the embodiments of the present invention, and it is obvious that the described embodiments are only a part of the embodiments of the present invention, and not all of the embodiments. All other embodiments, which can be derived by a person skilled in the art from the embodiments given herein without making any creative effort, shall fall within the protection scope of the present invention.
A reduced-pressure dressing includes a dressing body 1, as shown in figure 1, the dressing body 1 is of a facial structure, the dressing body 1 includes a forehead region 11, a middle region 12 and a chin region 13, the middle region 12 is located between the forehead region 11 and the chin region 13, a partition line is arranged between the middle region 12 and the forehead region 11 and the chin region 13, and the partition line includes a first partition line 115 and a second partition line 125.
The forehead area 11 includes a first dressing main body 111, as shown in fig. 2, a first connecting block 112 for taking off is disposed on the first dressing main body 111, eye holes 113 are symmetrically disposed on the first dressing main body 111, a nose bridge area 114 is disposed on the first dressing main body 111, and first blocking lines 115 are disposed below the first dressing main body 111 and on two sides of the nose bridge area 114.
The middle section 12 includes a second dressing main body 121, as shown in fig. 3, one side of the second dressing main body 121 is provided with a second connection block 122 for taking off, the second dressing main body 121 is provided with a first matching groove 123 matched with the nose bridge region 114, a mouth region 124 is arranged below the second dressing main body 121, and second separation lines 125 are arranged below the second dressing main body 121 and on two sides of the mouth region 124.
The chin region 13 includes a third dressing body 131, as shown in fig. 4, a third connecting block 132 is provided below the third dressing body 131 for easy removal, and a second fitting groove 133 for fitting with the mouth region 124 is provided on the third dressing body 131.
The adhesive paper 2 is provided below the dressing main body 1, and as shown in fig. 5, the size and shape of the adhesive paper 2 are the same as those of the dressing main body 1.
The dressing main body 1 comprises an outer surface layer 101, a decompression layer 102 and a treatment layer 103, as shown in fig. 6, the outer surface layer 101 is an artificial leather/plastic film which is water-resistant and pollution-resistant, the decompression layer 102 is foam with decompression function, and the treatment layer 103 is an agent containing silver ions.
When the dressing is used, the dressing main body 1 is suitable for application of the whole face, the forehead area 11, the middle area 12 and the chin area 13 are suitable for local application of the face, the forehead area 11 is also suitable for application of the ankle, the eye hole 113 is applied to the lateral ankle of the fibula, the phenomenon that the dressing is wrinkled and tilted to affect the effect is avoided, the chin area 13 is also suitable for application of the knee, the forehead area 11, the middle area 12 and the chin area 13 are respectively torn off from the laminating paper 2 through the first connecting block 112, the second connecting block 122 and the third connecting block 132, application is convenient, the traditional dressing is replaced, application is performed in a cutting mode, and the workload of medical workers is reduced; the decompression layer 102 is arranged to reduce the pressure of the application position of a patient, so that the traditional mode of directly applying the dressing through treatment is replaced, the pain of the patient is reduced, skin injury and pressure sore are avoided, the manpower for treatment and nursing is reduced, and the cost is reduced; the outer surface layer is arranged for water prevention and pollution prevention, so that the medical instrument can be used for multiple times, and the economic burden of a patient is reduced.
