Abstract
The invention discloses an antistatic coating special for a cover tape, which comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 10-50% of Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) -polystyrene sulfonic acid (Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/Poly (PEDOT/PSS)), 0.05-1.5% of wetting agent, 2-15% of water-based resin, 1-15% of active synergist, 0.05-3% of slipping agent and 50-70% of water, wherein the total content of the components is 100%.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to an antistatic coating, in particular to an antistatic coating special for an upper cover tape for packaging electronic parts.
Background
The cover tape is a strip product applied to the field of electronic packaging and is matched with a carrier tape for use. The cover tape usually uses a polyester or polypropylene film as a base layer, and is compounded or coated with different functional layers (an antistatic layer, an adhesive layer, etc.), and can be sealed on the surface of the carrier tape under the condition of external force or heating to form a closed space to protect electronic components in pockets of the carrier tape. To prevent electronic components from being electrostatically attracted to the cover tape, the surface of the cover tape is often antistatic. Polymeric antistatic agents are often added to the coating of cover tapes. However, these ionic antistatic agents act by adsorbing water, are greatly affected by air humidity, and have a short antistatic effect.
Aqueous polythiophene (PEDOT/PSS) antistatic agents are novel antistatic agents and do not rely on air humidity. The water-based resin adopted by the common polythiophene antistatic coating comprises polyurethane, acrylic resin, acrylic modified polyurethane and the like. The aqueous resins have good compatibility with polythiophene, good adhesive force and film-forming property on the film, and endow the film with stable and durable antistatic property. However, when the antistatic agent is coated on the surface of the cover tape, the resin layer reduces the adhesive force between the hot melt adhesive of the cover tape and the carrier tape, so that vibration can be generated when the cover tape is peeled off, the stability of the carrier tape is affected, and electronic components are easy to jump out.
The key to solve the problem is to find the water-based resin with good compatibility with the hot melt adhesive of the cover tape. The styrene-butadiene latex is polymer latex prepared by emulsion copolymerization of butadiene and styrene monomers after adding different chemicals and auxiliaries. The styrene-butadiene latex has the characteristics of good conjunctival strength, good binding power, good stability and fluidity, large filling amount, good moldability, excellent mechanical, chemical and freeze-thaw stability, good compatibility with pigment and filler and the like. The styrene-butadiene latex is selected to replace polyurethane and the like, and a proper wetting agent is selected in the coating formula, so that the coating can be uniformly coated on the surface of the cover tape, and the antistatic agent which has lasting antistatic effect and low humidity dependence and does not influence the bonding effect between the hot melt adhesive layer of the cover tape and the carrier tape can be obtained.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention provides an antistatic coating special for an upper cover tape for packaging electronic components according to different application purposes, which overcomes the defects in the prior art. The antistatic coating has a good antistatic effect and low humidity dependence, and can well slow down the vibration generated when the upper cover tape is stripped, so that the stability of the carrier tape is kept.
In order to achieve the purpose, the technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
the antistatic coating special for the upper cover tape for packaging the electronic components comprises the following raw material components in percentage by mass: 10-50% of Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene) -polystyrene sulfonic acid (Poly (3,4-ethylenedioxythiophene)/Poly (PEDOT/PSS)), 0.05-1.5% of wetting agent, 2-15% of water-based resin, 1-15% of active synergist, 0.05-3% of slipping agent and 50-70% of water, wherein the total content of the components is 100%.
In the present invention, the wetting agent is preferably one of thioether nonionic super wetting agents and acetylene glycol ethoxy compound nonionic super wetting agents.
In the invention, the preferable scheme is that the water-based resin is one of butylbenzene latex and butyronitrile latex
In the invention, the preferable scheme is that the active synergist is one of dimethyl sulfoxide, N-methyl pyrrolidone, sorbitol and glycerol.
In the invention, the preferable scheme is that the slipping agent is a polydimethylsiloxane dispersion with a super molecular weight, and is preferably Dow Corning DC-51.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: according to the antistatic coating special for the cover tape, styrene butadiene latex or butyronitrile latex is selected as bonding resin in the formula components, and a proper wetting agent is matched, so that after the antistatic layer is coated on the surface of the cover tape, the vibration generated when the upper cover tape is stripped can be well slowed down, and the stripping stability of the carrier tape is kept.
