射频连接器组件通常包括射频线、连接器公端、连接器母端和线路板,其中,射频线与连接器公端连接导通构成连接器公端组件,连接器母端安装在线路板上构成连接器母端组件,连接器公端包括公端基体和设于公端基体上的公端信号端子,连接器母端包括母端基体和设于母端基体上的母端信号端子。
现有的射频连接器组件存在电场泄露、信号干扰等问题,严重的影响了射频连接器组件电学性能。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种电学性能好的射频连接器组件。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案为:射频连接器组件,包括射频线、连接器公端、连接器母端和线路板,连接器公端包括公端基体,连接器母端包括母端基体,连接器公端还包括罩设公端基体的屏蔽罩,屏蔽罩与射频线的地导通;连接器母端还包括屏蔽框,母端基体设于屏蔽框内,屏蔽框为全周无缝隙结构,屏蔽框的底端与线路板接触并形成呈环状的接触区域。

进一步的,所述公端基体5上设有一个公端信号端子14,所述母端基体6上设有一个与所述公端信号端子14相配合的母端信号端子15。
由上述描述可知,该射频同轴连接器组件为单信号通路信号传输组件。
进一步的,所述公端基体5上设有多个公端信号端子14,相邻的两个所述公端信号端子14通过与所述屏蔽罩7导通的隔离片16隔离;所述连接器母端3中,母端基体6的数量和屏蔽框8的数量分别为多个且母端基体6与屏蔽框8一一对应设置,每个所述母端基体6上均设有一个与所述公端信号端子14相配合的母端信号端子15,相邻的两个所述屏蔽框8固定相连,所述隔离片16插入相邻的两个所述屏蔽框8之间,以使各信号端子之间不互相产生信号干扰。
由上述描述可知,该射频同轴连接器组件为多信号通路信号传输组件,且每个信号通路均处于不同的全屏蔽结构中,大大提高了射频连接器组件的屏蔽性能,从而实现对射频连接器组件电学性能的优化。
进一步的,所述隔离片16分别与其两侧的所述屏蔽框8接触导通。
由上述描述可知,如此可进一步隔绝相邻的两个信号端子之间的信号干扰,从而提高射频连接器组件的电学性能。
进一步的,所述屏蔽罩7包括顶板11,所述隔离片16的顶面的各区域均与所述顶板11接触导通。
由上述描述可知,隔离片16与屏蔽罩7导通稳定,隔离片16能够更好地隔绝相邻的两个公端信号端子14之间的信号干扰。
进一步的,所述隔离片16与所述公端基体5通过嵌件注塑成型为一体式结构。
由上述描述可知,隔离片16与公端基体5连接稳定。
进一步的,所述顶板11的边沿设有周板12,所述周板12为具有进线口13的全周封闭式结构,所述隔离片16的前端面与所述周板12之间具有间隙17,或者,所述隔离片16的前端面的至少一部分抵触导通所述周板12。
由上述描述可知,当所述隔离片16的前端面与所述周板12之间具有间隙17时,能够便于公端基体5的成型,降低连接器公端2的加工难度;所述隔离片16的前端面的至少一部分抵触导通所述周板12时,利于进一步提高连接器组件的屏蔽性能。
实施例一
请参照图1至图5,本发明的实施例一为:射频连接器组件,包括射频线1、连接器公端2、连接器母端3和线路板4,连接器公端2包括公端基体5,连接器母端3包括母端基体6,连接器公端2还包括罩设公端基体5的屏蔽罩7,屏蔽罩7与射频线1的地导通;连接器母端3还包括屏蔽框8,母端基体6设于屏蔽框8内,屏蔽框8为全周无缝隙结构,容易理解的,全周无缝隙结构的屏蔽框8可由拉伸工艺、冷锻工艺、粉末冶金等工艺制成,屏蔽框8的底端与线路板4接触并形成呈环状的接触区域。优选的,所述接触区域为所述屏蔽框8与所述线路板4的接地导通区域9。
当所述连接器公端2与所述连接器母端3连接后,作为优选,所述屏蔽罩7与所述屏蔽框8导通,可选的,所述屏蔽罩7与所述屏蔽框8卡扣连接并实现导通。
进一步的,所述屏蔽框8的底端具有朝外延伸的护边10,所述屏蔽罩7的底端抵触所述护边10的顶面,所述护边10的底端与线路板4接触。
具体的,所述屏蔽罩7包括顶板11,所述顶板11的边沿设有周板12,所述周板12为具有进线口13的全周封闭式结构。屏蔽罩7能够对除了进线口13以外的其他区域进行多方位屏蔽,能够有效地防止信号泄漏及信号干扰,利于提高射频连接器组件的屏蔽效果。
本实施例中,所述公端基体5上设有一个公端信号端子14,所述母端基体6上设有一个与所述公端信号端子14相配合的母端信号端子15,即本实施例为单信号通路信号传输组件。
实施例二
请参照图1至图5,本发明的实施例二为:射频连接器组件,包括射频线1、连接器公端2、连接器母端3和线路板4,连接器公端2包括公端基体5,连接器母端3包括母端基体6,连接器公端2还包括罩设公端基体5的屏蔽罩7,屏蔽罩7与射频线1的地导通;连接器母端3还包括屏蔽框8,母端基体6设于屏蔽框8内,屏蔽框8为全周无缝隙结构,容易理解的,全周无缝隙结构的屏蔽框8可由拉伸工艺、冷锻工艺、粉末冶金等工艺制成,屏蔽框8的底端与线路板4接触并形成呈环状的接触区域。优选的,所述接触区域为所述屏蔽框8与所述线路板4的接地导通区域9。
当所述连接器公端2与所述连接器母端3连接后,作为优选,所述屏蔽罩7与所述屏蔽框8导通,可选的,所述屏蔽罩7与所述屏蔽框8卡扣连接并实现导通。
进一步的,所述屏蔽框8的底端具有朝外延伸的护边10,所述屏蔽罩7的底端抵触所述护边10的顶面。
具体的,所述屏蔽罩7包括顶板11,所述顶板11的边沿设有周板12,所述周板12为具有进线口13的全周封闭式结构。屏蔽罩7能够对除了进线口13以外的其他区域进行多方位屏蔽,能够有效地防止信号泄漏及信号干扰,利于提高射频连接器组件的屏蔽效果。
本实施例为多信号通路信号传输组件,具体的,所述公端基体5上设有多个公端信号端子14,相邻的两个所述公端信号端子14通过与所述屏蔽罩7导通的隔离片16隔离;所述连接器母端3中,母端基体6的数量和屏蔽框8的数量分别为多个且母端基体6与屏蔽框8一一对应设置,每个所述母端基体6上均设有一个与所述公端信号端子14相配合的母端信号端子15,相邻的两个所述屏蔽框8固定相连,所述隔离片16插入相邻的两个所述屏蔽框8之间,以使各信号端子之间不互相产生信号干扰,容易理解的,此处所说的各信号端子之间指代的是公端信号端子与公端信号端子之间、母端信号端子与母端信号端子之间以及公端信号端子和非与之配合的母端信号端子之间。优选的,相邻的两个所述屏蔽框8导通固定。
本实施例中,所述隔离片16固定在所述公端基体5上,优选的,所述隔离片16与所述公端基体5通过嵌件注塑成型为一体式结构,如此可便于加工。
为进一步提高射频连接器组件的屏蔽效果,连接器公端2与连接器母端3插接配合后,所述隔离片16分别与其两侧的所述屏蔽框8接触导通。
为让隔离片16与屏蔽罩7能够稳定导通,对相邻的两个公端信号端子14实现良好隔离,所述隔离片16的顶面的各区域均与所述顶板11接触导通。
本实施例中,为便于公端基体5的成型,降低连接器公端2的加工难度,所述隔离片16的前端面与所述周板12之间具有间隙17。但为进一步提高射频连接器组件的屏蔽性能,也可以选择让所述隔离片16的前端面的至少一部分抵触导通所述周板12。
综上所述,本发明提供的射频连接器组件能够让相配合的每组公/母端信号端子均处于不同的全屏蔽的工作环境中,有效地提高了射频连接器组件的屏蔽性能,使得射频连接器组件拥有优异的电学性能。

Claims (10)
1.射频连接器组件,包括射频线、连接器公端、连接器母端和线路板,连接器公端包括公端基体,连接器母端包括母端基体,其特征在于:连接器公端还包括罩设公端基体的屏蔽罩,屏蔽罩与射频线的地导通;连接器母端还包括屏蔽框,母端基体设于屏蔽框内,屏蔽框为全周无缝隙结构,屏蔽框的底端与线路板接触并形成呈环状的接触区域。
2.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述接触区域为所述屏蔽框与所述线路板的接地导通区域。
3.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述屏蔽罩与所述屏蔽框导通。
4.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述屏蔽框的底端具有朝外延伸的护边,所述屏蔽罩的底端抵触所述护边的顶面。
5.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述屏蔽罩包括顶板,所述顶板的边沿设有周板,所述周板为具有进线口的全周封闭式结构。
6.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述公端基体上设有一个公端信号端子,所述母端基体上设有一个与所述公端信号端子相配合的母端信号端子。
7.根据权利要求1所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述公端基体上设有多个公端信号端子,相邻的两个所述公端信号端子通过与所述屏蔽罩导通的隔离片隔离;所述连接器母端中,母端基体的数量和屏蔽框的数量分别为多个且母端基体与屏蔽框一一对应设置,每个所述母端基体上均设有一个与所述公端信号端子相配合的母端信号端子,相邻的两个所述屏蔽框固定相连,所述隔离片插入相邻的两个所述屏蔽框之间,以使各信号端子之间不互相产生信号干扰。
8.根据权利要求7所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述隔离片分别与其两侧的所述屏蔽框接触导通。
9.根据权利要求7所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述屏蔽罩包括顶板,所述隔离片的顶面的各区域均与所述顶板接触导通。
10.根据权利要求9所述的射频连接器组件,其特征在于:所述顶板的边沿设有周板,所述周板为具有进线口的全周封闭式结构,所述隔离片的前端面与所述周板之间具有间隙,或者,所述隔离片的前端面的至少一部分抵触导通所述周板。
