本发明涉及到有机合成领域,特别涉及一种新型磷氮阻燃剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着全球安全环保意识的日益加强,无卤阻燃已经成为高性能树脂材料的最基本要求。根据阻燃剂与高分子聚合物之间的相互作用可以分为添加型和反应型,添加型阻燃剂不含能与聚合物反应的活性基团,与聚合物简单共混便能达到阻燃效果,操作工艺简单,但是容易与材料相容性不好而出现析出,导致材料性能受到影响;反应型阻燃剂带有活性基团,可直接参与聚合物的聚合反应,是聚合物的结构单元,在阻燃过程中不会析出,阻燃效果均匀,阻燃性持久,通常加入较低含量就可以使材料具备良好的阻燃效果。但是通过反应型阻燃剂制备阻燃材料工艺比较复杂,而使用添加型阻燃相对更经济方便,适合大量生产。目前,添加型阻燃剂的普遍存在添加量大、与材料相容性差,使材料机械性能降低等致命缺陷,为此,开发低添加量、高阻燃效果、不影响材料机械性能的添加型阻燃剂具有非常重要的现实意义。近些年来,复合阻燃剂的研究已经取得了很大进步,尤其是磷氮阻燃剂,不含卤素、燃烧过程中不产生有毒气体和烟雾,与物质的相容性好,不容易迁移,并且磷、氮具备协同阻燃作用因此在添加量较低的情况下便能达到有效阻燃。磷氮阻燃剂协同阻燃具体表现为阻燃剂中氮原子的存在,更有利于磷系阻燃剂分解成具有隔绝空气的聚磷酸液膜,同时阻燃剂受热放出的不燃性气体如氨气、氮气和氮氧化物等,形成气体保护层可以隔绝氧的供应,降低可燃性气体的浓度,使燃烧窒息;而氮的化合物与磷的含氧酸形成P-N-P、P-O-P与 P-C等化学键形成焦炭层留在剩碳中,覆盖于聚合物表面,阻止聚合物的燃烧,另外氮和磷结合形成的P-N键也能够抑制易燃物的生成。磷氮协同阻燃剂在燃烧时,磷元素能促进形成致密炭层,残炭中含有正磷酸和多聚磷酸的组分,气相中含磷自由基可以捕捉链式反应自由基,终止燃烧反应;而氮元素在燃烧过程中,会生成氨气稀释可燃气体,有利于形成膨胀型阻燃材料。目前,磷氮阻燃剂的合成工艺相对较为复杂,因此成本较高。

本发明的目的在于提供一种新型高磷含量的磷氮阻燃剂及其制备方法,具有添加量少,对材料机械性能影响小的优势,而且其反应过程仅需加热,无需催化剂、反应简单迅速,适合工业化生产。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种新型磷氮阻燃剂,该阻燃剂分子结构式:
式中,每个R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6独立地为氢、烷基、烷氧基、硝基、芳基或芳氧基,R7和R8独立地为氢、烷基、烷氧基、芳基、芳氧基或其他杂环取代基(应不含与双键反应位点),m、n和k分别为1-5。
本发明还提供了一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1:在惰性气体保护的圆底烧瓶中加入一定比例的DOPO衍生物和三烯烷基胺、使DOP0在溶剂中或其熔融状态下与三烯烷基胺发生Micheal加成反应;
S2:当DOPO熔融或完全溶解后,将三烯烷基胺通过蠕动泵滴加到烧瓶中,保持溶剂回流状态恒温反应数小时,然后自然冷却至室温;
S3:抽滤所得沉淀物用洗涤溶剂后洗涤至少三遍,干燥,得到淡黄色粉末状的最终产物。
进一步地,针对步骤S1中,DOPO衍生物的式A结构式为:
其中,R7和R8独立地为氢、烷基、烷氧基、芳基、芳氧基或其他杂环取代基;
三烯烷基胺式B结构式为:
式中,每个R1,R2,R3,R4,R5,R6独立地为氢、烷基、烷氧基、硝基、芳基或芳氧基,m、n和k分别为1-5;
进一步地,针对步骤S1中,DOPO衍生物与三烯烷基胺的摩尔比为: 1:3~1:20,比例太低,DOPO转化率不够,副产物太多;比例太高,导致三烯烷基胺大量浪费,回收处理麻烦
进一步地,针对步骤S1中,溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、异丙苯、均三甲苯、联苯、四氢化萘、十氢化萘、四氢呋喃、三氯甲烷、四氯乙烷、乙腈、丙酮、丁酮、乙氧基乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇二乙醚、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、异丙醇、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、丙酸、丙酸丁酯、二甲基亚砜、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或多种。
进一步地,针对步骤S2中,一部分三烯烷基胺在反应初期与DOPO衍生物同时加入,剩余部分通过滴定的方式加入。
进一步地,针对步骤S3中,洗涤溶剂为甲苯、四氢呋喃、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明磷氮阻燃剂含磷量高,且具有磷氮协同阻燃效果,添加量少,对材料力学性能影响较小。且一步法制备过程仅需加热,无需催化剂,工艺操作简单,生产成本低,生产效率高,能够满足工业化生产要求。
具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例对技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,但所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
本发明所示磷氮阻燃剂的合成是通过式A的P-H与式B的双键进行加成反应,而式A和式B结构中的取代基以及烷基链都不参与反应,因此这些取代基和烷基链长短变化对反应影响不大。故选取如下反应举例说明:
实施例一:
在氮气保护的圆底烧瓶中加入108.0g(0.5mol)DOPO、80mL三烯丙基胺、200mL二甲苯,搅拌,并加热至回流状态(140℃)。当DOPO完全溶解后,将210mL三烯丙基胺通过蠕动泵在1h内滴加入到烧瓶中,保持回流状态恒温反应6h,自然冷却至室温,抽滤所得沉淀物用四氢呋喃和乙醇(体积比 1∶1)洗涤3次,于120℃干燥8h,自然冷却至室温得到淡黄色粉末。收率: 87%。熔点:287℃。H1NMR(DMSO-d6):1.42(6H,m),2.39(6H,m),6.81-6.89 (3H,m),6.91-6.98(3H,m),7.06-7.12(2H,m),7.27-7.33(2H,m),7.39-7.41(3H, m),7.43-7.49(3H,m),7.50-7.53(3H,m),7.56-7.61(3H,m)。红外光谱:755 cm-1(P-O-Ph);1591cm-1(P-Ph);1195cm-1(P=O);2881cm-1(CH2)。
实施例二:
在圆底烧瓶中加入108.0g(0.5mol)DOPO,开启氮气保护,温度设为 130℃,待DOPO完全熔融后,开始滴加300mL三烯丙基胺液体,滴加完成后,反应4h,然后降温至100℃,加入甲苯,使未反应的DOPO溶解于甲苯中,然后抽滤得白色固体,再次降温至50℃,加入100mL四氢呋喃,抽滤,所得固体于120℃干燥8h,自然冷却至室温得到白色粉末。收率:69%。
实施例三:
各取实施例一或二制得的阻燃剂和聚乳酸在80℃烘箱中烘干24h,分别按阻燃剂添加量为5wt%和10wt%将两者混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出加热熔融后混合均匀,通过注塑机注塑成标准样条,用于测试。
实施例四:
各取实施例一或二制得的阻燃剂和聚氨酯(聚酯型)在80℃烘箱中烘干 24h,分别按阻燃剂添加量为5wt%和10wt%将两者混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出加热熔融后混合均匀,通过注塑机注塑成标准样条,用于测试。
实施例五:
各取实施例一或二制得的阻燃剂和聚苯醚在80℃烘箱中烘干24h,分别按阻燃剂添加量为5wt%和10wt%将两者混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出加热熔融后混合均匀,通过注塑机注塑成标准样条,用于测试。
实施例六:
各取实施例一或二制得的阻燃剂和聚碳酸酯在80℃烘箱中烘干24h,分别按阻燃剂添加量为5wt%和10wt%将两者混合均匀,通过双螺杆挤出机挤出加热熔融后混合均匀,通过注塑机注塑成标准样条,用于测试。
实施例七:
取实施例一或二制得的阻燃剂在80℃烘箱中烘干24h,分别按阻燃剂添加量为5wt%和10wt%将阻燃剂和环氧树脂(E-51)充分搅拌均匀后,加入固化剂(DDM),待固化剂分散均匀后,趁热倒入模具中,固化后按标准制成样条,用于测试。
通过上述实验证实本发明可以作为环氧树脂、聚乳酸、聚氨酯、聚碳酸酯、聚芳基醚等高分子材料的阻燃剂,在较少添加量的情况下,就能达到较高的阻燃级别,也因此对材料的力学性能影响很小,尤其是对于聚乳酸、聚苯醚和聚碳酸酯,仅5wt%的添加量就可以达到V0的阻燃级别。
综上所述,本发明基于DOPO结构骨架设计合成的新型磷氮阻燃剂,充分利用磷氮协同阻燃机理,具有低添加量但高效阻燃的优点,因此对材料机械性能影响很小。而且其制备通过一步法完成,反应过程仅需加热,无需催化剂,生产成本低,工艺简单,适合工业化扩大生产,符合当今材料科学发展中清洁制备、清洁生产、环境友好的要求。
以上所述,仅为本发明较佳的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明披露的技术范围内,根据本发明的技术方案及其发明构思加以等同替换或改变,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。
Claims (9)
2.如权利要求1所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1:在惰性气体保护的圆底烧瓶中加入一定比例的DOPO衍生物和三烯烷基胺,使DOPO在溶剂中或其熔融状态下与三烯烷基胺发生Micheal加成反应;
S2:当DOPO熔融或完全溶解后,将三烯烷基胺通过蠕动泵滴加到烧瓶中,保持溶剂回流状态恒温反应数小时,然后自然冷却至室温;
S3:抽滤所得沉淀物用洗涤溶剂后洗涤至少三遍,干燥,得到淡黄色粉末状的最终产物。
4.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S1中,DOPO衍生物与三烯烷基胺的摩尔比为:1:3~1:20。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S1中,溶剂为甲苯、二甲苯、异丙苯、均三甲苯、联苯、四氢化萘、十氢化萘、四氢呋喃、三氯甲烷、四氯乙烷、乙腈、丙酮、丁酮、乙氧基乙醇、乙二醇、乙二醇单乙醚、乙二醇二甲醚、乙二醇二乙醚、甲醇、乙醇、丁醇、异丙醇、乙酸、乙酸乙酯、丙酸、丙酸丁酯、二甲基亚砜、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲基乙酰胺中的一种或多种。
6.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S2中,一部分三烯烷基胺在反应初期与DOPO衍生物同时加入,剩余部分通过滴定的方式加入。
7.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S2中,反应温度为40℃—180℃。
8.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S2中,反应时间为1h-8h。
9.根据权利要求2所述的一种新型磷氮阻燃剂的制备方法,其特征在于,针对步骤S3中,洗涤溶剂为甲苯、四氢呋喃、乙醇、异丙醇中的一种或多种。
