The specific implementation process of the invention comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that the mud barge conveys the mud to a side of a solidification ship, the mud in the mud barge is thrown into a hopper 2-3 at the upper part of a vibrating screen 2-1 of a screening platform 2-1 through a bucket of a backhoe excavator 1-1, the vibrating screen 2-2 carries out two-stage screening on initial mud from the hopper through two layers of screen meshes, the qualified mud falls into a collecting hopper 2-4 at the lower part of the vibrating screen 2-2, and impurities enter a sundry box at one side of the ship;
the bucket elevator 3 conveys the qualified sludge screened in the collecting hoppers 2-4 to a sludge metering and distributing system 4 at the top of the stirring platform 7 through a sludge bucket, and the sludge metering and distributing system 4 finishes the accurate metering of the required sludge and conveys the sludge to a double-horizontal-shaft forced stirrer 8; the curing agent powder in the powder bin 6-1 is conveyed to a curing agent solution stirring barrel 6-2 through a screw conveyor or a pneumatic mode, seawater is metered by a seawater weighing hopper 5-3 of a seawater metering and distributing system and enters the curing agent solution stirring barrel 6-2 through a pipeline, the curing agent solution preparation is completed according to a certain proportion, and the curing agent solution is precisely metered by the curing agent solution metering and distributing system 6 and enters a double-horizontal-shaft forced stirrer 8 through a pipeline; the seawater is accurately metered by the seawater metering and distributing system 5 and then enters the double horizontal shaft forced stirrer 8 through the pipeline;
the double horizontal shaft forced stirrer 8 fully stirs the silt, the seawater and the curing agent solution within a certain time, and the cured soil finished product is manufactured according to a certain process standard;
the finished solidified soil product after being manufactured immediately enters a double horizontal shaft continuous stirrer 9 for continuous stirring to ensure that the properties of the solidified soil product are unchanged and the properties meet the requirements;
and then continuously pumping by an industrial filling pump 10, and finally pouring the solidified soil finished product to a construction area through a distribution rod 11 and a pouring pipeline 12.

1. The integrated treatment equipment for curing the dredged sludge for the ship is characterized by being installed on a main deck of a barge and comprising a sludge feeding device, a sludge screening device, a sludge curing treatment device and a conveying device, wherein the sludge feeding device, the sludge screening device, the sludge curing treatment device and the conveying device are sequentially arranged; the sludge solidification treatment device comprises a sludge metering and distributing system, a seawater metering and distributing system, a curing agent solution metering and distributing system and a stirrer for stirring the sludge, the seawater and the curing agent solution into a qualified solidified soil finished product; the silt measurement distribution system accepts the silt of silt screening plant sieve partial, the export of silt measurement distribution system, sea water measurement distribution system and curing agent solution measurement distribution system all connects the mixer.
2. The integrated marine dredging sludge solidification processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein the sludge loading device is used for loading and unloading the sludge in the hopper into the sludge screening device, and the sludge loading device is a backhoe excavator which is installed on the side of the ship board and placed on the backhoe excavator base.

The integrated solidification treatment equipment for the dredged sludge according to claim 1, wherein the sludge screening device comprises a screening platform and a vibrating screen arranged on the screening platform, the upper part of the vibrating screen is provided with a hopper, the lower part of the vibrating screen is provided with a collecting hopper for storing the sludge qualified by screening, and the vibrating screen is a two-stage vibrating screen.

The integrated dredging sludge solidification processing apparatus as claimed in claim 1, wherein a bucket elevator for conveying the screened part of the sludge screening device to the sludge metering and distributing system is arranged between the sludge screening device and the sludge solidification processing device, one end of the bucket elevator, which is far away from the sludge screening device, is positioned right above the sludge metering and distributing system, and the inclination angle of the bucket elevator is 70 °.

The integrated dredging sludge solidification processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sludge solidification processing apparatus further comprises a stirring platform, the sludge metering and distributing system, the seawater metering and distributing system and the solidifying agent solution metering and distributing system are all disposed at an upper portion of the stirring platform, and the stirrer is located at a lower portion of the stirring platform.

The integrated marine dredging sludge solidification processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the sludge metering and distributing system, the seawater metering and distributing system and the solidifying agent solution metering and distributing system are all controlled by an automated control system, and are respectively responsible for the precise metering of the sludge, the seawater and the solidifying agent solution.

The integrated dredging sludge solidification processing apparatus as claimed in claim 6, wherein the sludge metering and distributing system comprises a sludge storage hopper, a screw conveyor and a sludge weighing hopper, wherein an outlet of the sludge storage hopper is connected with the sludge weighing hopper through the screw conveyor, and an outlet of the sludge weighing hopper is connected with the stirrer;
the seawater metering and distributing system comprises a high-level water tank, a first electric control valve, a seawater weighing hopper and a first pipeline pump, wherein the first pipeline pump pumps seawater into the high-level water tank through a sea floor door on a ship, the outlet of the high-level water tank is connected with the seawater weighing hopper through a pipeline, the first electric control valve is arranged on an outlet pipeline of the high-level water tank, and the outlet of the seawater weighing hopper is respectively connected with a stirrer and a curing agent solution metering and distributing system through pipelines;
the curing agent solution metering and distributing system comprises a powder bin, a curing agent solution stirring barrel, a second electric control valve, a curing agent solution weighing hopper and a second pipeline pump, wherein the powder bin is connected with the curing agent solution stirring barrel through a screw conveyor or a pneumatic conveying device, the curing agent solution stirring barrel is also connected with the outlet end of the seawater weighing hopper, the outlet of the curing agent solution stirring barrel is connected with the curing agent solution weighing hopper through a pipeline, the second pipeline pump and the second electric control valve are sequentially arranged on the outlet pipeline of the curing agent solution stirring barrel, and the outlet of the curing agent solution weighing hopper is connected with a stirrer through a pipeline.
8. The marine dredging sludge solidification integrated processing apparatus of claim 1, wherein the agitator is a double horizontal shaft forced agitator for uniformly agitating sludge, seawater and a curing agent solution in a certain proportion into a qualified solidified soil product.

The marine dredged sludge solidification integrated processing apparatus of claim 8, wherein a double horizontal shaft continuous mixer for continuously activating the solidified soil finished product produced by the double horizontal shaft forced mixer is further disposed below the double horizontal shaft forced mixer, and the double horizontal shaft continuous mixer is installed on a main deck of the barge.

The marine dredging sludge solidification integrated processing device as claimed in claim 9, wherein the conveying device comprises an industrial filling pump which is located below the double horizontal shaft continuous mixer, receives an outlet end of the double horizontal shaft continuous mixer and is used for continuously pumping the solidified soil finished product, the industrial filling pump is located in a pump cabin, the industrial filling pump pumps the solidified soil finished product out through a pouring pipeline, and a distributing rod for adjusting the pouring range of the solidified soil finished product is arranged at the stern of the barge.
