Technical Field
The current soilless culture refers to a culture method of cultivating crops in a nutrient solution without using natural soil, or irrigating the nutrient solution by fixing plants with a substrate. The soilless culture uses the good root system environment created by manpower to replace the soil environment, so as to meet the requirements of the root system on various conditions such as water, fertilizer, gas and the like to the maximum extent and exert the maximum potential of crop production. The soilless culture is combined with facilities of a protected area, and soilless culture of various crops such as flowers, vegetables, melons and fruits can be used as a new agricultural technology.
For residents in urban life, the space is fully utilized, and soilless culture technology is utilized to plant flowers, daily vegetables and fruits, so that the method is a green, environment-friendly and healthy mode. The existing soilless culture substrate mainly comprises commercial inorganic substrate and organic substrate, and the inorganic substrate generally contains few nutrients such as rock wool, vermiculite, pumice, ceramsite and the like. The organic matrix is a natural or synthetic organic material, such as peat, rice chaff ash, urea-formaldehyde foam, etc., and contains a certain amount of nutrients. However, the existing solid matrix needs to be added with organic nutrient solution for use, is not convenient enough in use, and increases the use cost. Meanwhile, a large amount of kitchen waste, human and animal excrement and the like generated in the family life of urban residents contain a large amount of fertilizers, but cannot be recycled well, and the environmental pollution is caused. Therefore, a novel culture medium which is prepared by mixing inorganic and organic substrates, fully utilizes organic garbage in urban residents and does not need to be added with nutrient solution is urgently needed.
