Abstract
本发明提供一种极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,先制备塑料膜基材,所述塑料膜基材原料包括EAA或EVA、LLDPE、C5‑g‑MAH、PAMS;然后将所得塑料基材与不锈钢金属基材进行热贴合,得到高粘接强度耐热水浸泡的不锈钢/塑料复合带。PAMS与C5‑g‑MAH的同时加入可以使改性共混物的粘接位点增多,使分子链段的运动能力变强,增加了改性薄膜在熔融状态下对不锈钢的有效粘接,从而增加了改性薄膜与不锈钢间的剥离强度。

技术领域
本发明涉及通讯材料制造领域,具体的说是一种耐热水性更强的钢塑复合带用粘合层树脂的制备与粘合方法。
背景技术
在通信领域当中,信号的传输需要以光纤电缆为传输载体,金属/塑料复合带的性能对光纤信号传输的稳定性,光纤的使用寿命有着重要的影响。金属/塑料复合带是指将塑料在常温或者加热条件下将塑料与金属一体化结合形成的叠层结构。金属表面极性很强,而聚烯烃树脂表面极性很弱,两者热贴合处理为复合带后粘接强度较低,将聚烯烃树脂与带极性的树脂共混改性是解决复合带粘接强度较低的普遍方法。普通金属/塑料复合带多采用铝塑复合带,普通的铝表面易发生氧化反应,只需在塑料聚烯烃中加入相容性较好的乙烯醋酸乙烯共聚物(EVA)以提高极性,通过热压成型就可以制备普通铝塑复合带。传统的铝塑复合带可以应用于大部分的环境当中,而一些特殊的环境中不适合使用铝塑复合带,例如在海缆,冻土等恶劣环境中。而不锈钢以其优异的力学性能、耐腐蚀性能及较低的价格成为在这些恶劣环境中制备复合带金属基材的首选。因此需要使用不锈钢塑复合带作为光缆的保护屏蔽层,但不锈钢难以被常用的EVA等粘接树脂粘接,特别是泡水后不锈钢塑复合带的剥离强度很低,难以达到行业标准YD/T 723.2-2007的68℃水中浸泡168h后的剥离强度(剥离强度≥6.18N/cm)。现有粘接不锈钢一般采用在表面交联的热固性胶水的方式,但热固性胶水无法二次熔融加工,在金属/塑料复合带生产电缆的工艺条件中受到限制。如公开号CN104371533A所报道的一种不锈钢表面涂料,其技术方案为质量百分比为高官能团聚氨酯丙烯酸酯10-30%,含氟树脂5-8%,环氧树脂5-10%,纳米二氧化硅1-5%,助剂10-25%,余量为水。此方法制得的不锈钢表面涂料具有较好的化学稳定性,能长期附着在不锈钢表面,但是此方法同样存在无法实现连续生产,制备效率低,产量少,热固性树脂的应用不易二次成型加工等缺点。
CN105799265A所报道的一种无卤阻燃金属复合带,其技术方案为丙烯酸胶粘剂:固化剂:染料:丁酮:甲苯的质量比为8-65:0.003-0.02:0-2:3-27:13-19,最后制得高分子粘结膜。本发明制得的高分子粘合层能显著提高电线电缆中不锈钢塑料复合带的剥离强度能够显著提高。该方案是使胶粘剂层与不锈钢层之间产生较强的氢键作用力,来提高剥离强度。此方法制备的无卤阻燃带粘合树脂中丁酮与甲苯都有毒性,制备过程易对操作人员产生伤害。另一方面,尽管通常状态下氢键会明显提高塑料与不锈钢的粘接作用力,但水的极性很强,在受热的情况下很容易渗入胶粘剂层与不锈钢之间打开氢键,显著降低不锈钢/塑料复合带的剥离强度。
CN103895161A所报道的一种不锈钢树脂复合体的制备方法及其制备的不锈钢树脂复合体,其技术方案为将经过前处理的不锈钢基材放入腐蚀液中进行电化学腐蚀,所述腐蚀液为质量浓度为2-25wt%和/或质量浓度为5-35wt%的三氯化铁溶液,然后将树脂组合物注塑在经腐蚀处理的不锈钢基材表面,成型后得到不锈钢树脂复合体,制备的不锈钢与树脂的结合力强,但通过注塑树脂到不锈钢基材表面的方法无法实现连续生产,制备效率低,不能进行大规模的连续生产,提高了生产成本。
因此需要研发出一种高粘接强度耐热水浸泡、对环境友好,利于连续生产的不锈钢/吹塑膜复合带。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题,提供一种对环境友好的耐热水性能优异金属/吹塑膜复合带的生产方法,该方法生产的不锈钢/吹塑膜复合带具有优异的剥离强度,热合强度,耐热水性,生产速率高,产量大,易于二次成型与加工的优点。
本发明的技术方案可以通过以下技术措施来实现:
一种极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1),制备塑料膜基材,所述塑料膜基材原料包括EAA/EVA、LLDPE、C5-g-MAH、PAMS(聚α甲基苯乙烯);
步骤(2),将步骤(1)所得塑料基材与不锈钢金属基材进行热贴合,得到高粘接强度耐热水浸泡的不锈钢/塑料复合带。

优选地,步骤(1)中塑料基材原料经双螺杆挤出造粒后再经单螺杆吹塑成膜。
将所述物料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混造粒,双螺杆挤出机各部分温度分别设置为:一区175℃-180℃,二区180℃-185℃,三区190℃-195℃,四区200℃-205℃,五区190℃-195℃,机头185℃-190℃,熔体温度190℃-195℃,螺杆转速35r/min。
将造粒好的树脂加入到单螺杆挤出机中,单螺杆挤出机各部分温度分别设置为:一区140℃-160℃,二区150℃-170℃,三区170℃-185℃,机头170℃-170℃,模具温度为145℃,螺杆转速35r/min。挤出的熔体直接进入模具吹塑成膜。
优选地,所述的LLDPE的熔融指数为1.6-2.6g/10min。进一步优选地,所述LLDPE的牌号为35B,所述的EAA的牌号为CS-1,EAA中的AA含量为14-40%。所述的C5-g-MAH的熔点为95℃,PAMS的牌号为Kristalex 3085。
优选地,步骤(2)中不锈钢基材与塑料基材的热贴合时间0.5s-1s,温度170℃-180℃,压力5kPa-6kPa。
优选地,所述不锈钢可用其他金属如铝合金或铜替代。
塑料类的高分子分子链一般具有极性增强则柔性下降的特征,这两个矛盾的因素对制备不锈钢塑料复合带带来很大的影响,为了提高塑料聚烯烃与不锈钢的粘接能力,需要进一步提高聚烯烃的极性,但极性提高导致分子链段柔性下降进而会影响复合带的粘接强度。本发明利用PAMS与C5-g-MAH分子量低且柔性高,且于EAA、EVA、LLDPE同为脂肪族树脂相容性较好的特点,与EAA/LLDPE或者EVA/LLDPE进行复合,在大幅度提高改性树脂的分子链段活动能力的同时使分子链段上带有更多的粘附点,提高了改性薄膜与不锈钢界面处的有效粘接,获得与不锈钢良好的界面接触,同时也改善了共混物的加工性能,良好的加工性能降低了挤出过程中的能源消耗,降低了经济成本。

具体实施方式
为使本发明更加容易理解,下面将进一步阐述本发明的具体实施例。
本发明粘合层树脂的制备如下:
按比例称取原材料,加入到高速搅拌机中高速混合均匀。
将所述物料加入到平行双螺杆挤出机中进行熔融共混造粒,双螺杆挤出机各部分温度分别设置为:一区175℃-180℃,二区180℃-185℃,三区190℃-195℃,四区200℃-205℃,五区190℃-195℃,机头185℃-190℃,熔体温度190℃-195℃,螺杆转速35r/min。
将造粒好的树脂加入到单螺杆挤出机中,单螺杆挤出机各部分温度分别设置为:一区140℃-160℃,二区150℃-170℃,三区170℃-185℃,机头170℃-170℃,模具温度为145℃,螺杆转速35r/min。挤出的熔体直接进入模具吹塑成膜。
将得到的吹塑模与不锈钢热贴合处理,热贴合时间0.5~1s,温度
170~180℃,压力5~6kPa,得到高粘接强度耐热水浸泡的不锈钢/吹塑膜复合带。
将得到的复合带分切成长度为150mm,宽度为25.4mm的测试样品,利用万能拉力试验机测试其剥离强度;将制备好的复合带样品浸泡在温度为68±1℃的水中,浸泡时间168h,待浸泡结束后,再次检测其剥离强度,并计算复合带泡水前后剥离强度衰减率,衰减率=(泡水前剥离强度-泡水后剥离强度)/泡水前剥离强度。
具体各实施例的组分以及测试数据见表1所示:

如图1a所示,EAA/EVA与LLDPE共混薄膜粘接不锈钢主要靠EAA/EVA提供粘附作用力,LLDPE提供共混薄膜优异的力学性能,但是此共混物缺乏优异的流动性能,分子链段较长且分子链段的活动能力受到限制。如图1b所示,加入增粘树脂C5-g-MAH与PAMS之后,C5-g-MAH在提供粘接位点的同时提高共混物的流动性,增加薄膜对不锈钢的湿润性,PAMS的加入也可以提高共混薄膜对不锈钢的湿润性,并且可以提高薄膜对不锈钢的持粘能力,因此PAMS与C5-g-MAH的同时加入可以使改性共混物的粘接位点增多,使分子链段的运动能力变强,增加了改性薄膜在熔融状态下对不锈钢的有效粘接,从而增加了改性薄膜与不锈钢间的剥离强度,但二者加入量不宜过多,加入量过多会使薄膜力学性能降低,使不锈钢塑复合带发生内聚破坏,降低剥离强度。
值得注意的是,本发明实施例主要采用不锈钢带作为金属复合基材,但在实际实施过程中,采用其它金属,如铝合金、铜等实施本发明所述的技术方案,也具有非常好的效果,事实上,这些金属具有相对于不锈钢更好的复合效果。由于不锈钢特殊的表面性质,其与各种胶粘剂之间难以实现高强度的结构胶接,因此不锈钢与塑料基材的复合难度相较于其他金属更大。本发明所提供的复合工艺能够实现不锈钢与塑料基材的良好复合,并且具有优异的耐热水浸泡性能,解决了现有技术中存在的问题。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (5)
1.一种极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
步骤(1)制备塑料膜基材,所述塑料膜基材的组分为:
EAA/EVA 40-60 份、
LLDPE 40-60 份、
C5-g-MAH 30份、
PAMS 8-12份;
步骤(2),将步骤(1)所得塑料基材与不锈钢金属基材进行热贴合,得到高粘接强度耐热水浸泡的不锈钢/塑料复合带。
2.如权利要求1所述的极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中塑料基材原料经双螺杆挤出造粒后再经单螺杆吹塑成膜。
3.如权利要求1所述的极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的 LLDPE 的熔融指数为 1.6-2.6g/10min。
4.如权利要求1所述的极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,所述的 EAA 中的AA含量为14-40%。
5.如权利要求1所述的极性增强与柔性增粘聚烯烃不锈钢耐水复合带的制备方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中不锈钢基材与塑料基材的热贴合时间 0.5s-1s,温度 170℃-180℃,压力 5 kPa-6kPa。
