The PLA/PCL composite film is prepared by melting, plasticating and biaxial stretching PLA particles, PCL particles and a plasticizer. The melt plastication temperature is 70-200 deg.C, such as 70 deg.C, 100 deg.C, 150 deg.C, 200 deg.C or other non-integer degree. The mass ratio of the PLA particles to the PCL particles is 1:10-10:1, for example, the mass ratio of the PLA particles to the PCL particles is 1:10, 5:10, 1:1, 5:1, 10:1 or other ratios, and the mass ratio of the PLA particles to the PCL particles is preferably 1: 1.
In a specific example, the release layer 100 is thermally cured from a release agent comprising an ultrasonically mixed homogeneous thermally cured aqueous polysiloxane resin and an aqueous thermal initiator.
In a specific example, the heat-curable aqueous polysiloxane resin is epoxy group or acrylate group terminated aqueous polysiloxane, and the amount of the aqueous thermal initiator is 1-6 wt% of the total mass of the heat-curable aqueous polysiloxane resin and the aqueous thermal initiator.
In a specific example, the release layer 100 is made by curing a release agent using a temperature at which the substrate layer 200 is biaxially stretched.
In a specific example, the substrate layer 200 is biaxially stretched, which includes transverse stretching and longitudinal stretching, and the release layer 100 is made of a release agent cured by using the temperature of the substrate layer 200 in the longitudinal stretching.
