Technical Field
The present disclosure relates generally to the field of automotive parts, and more particularly to the field of riding seat accessories, and more particularly to a headrest bracket, a headrest for an automotive seat, and an automotive seat.
Background
The top of the car seat is generally provided with a pluggable headrest for a driver or an occupant to use in a pillow portion.
In the prior art, a common car type corresponds to a type of headrest, and the headrest comprises a foaming structure, a headrest cover and a plug rod (for being fixedly connected with a seat through the top of the seat) extending out of the bottom of the headrest cover, wherein the structure of the headrest cover is fixed and is arranged for adapting to the requirement that the head of a driver or a passenger faces to the front.
In the current automobiles, more and more drivers choose to have proper rest in the automobile, such as sitting obliquely or in other postures, and the design of the headrest with slight forward bending brings inconvenience to the user, so that the user can lean against the headrest obliquely.
Disclosure of Invention
Based on the defects of the headrest in the prior art, a headrest bracket, a headrest for an automobile seat and an automobile seat, wherein the form of the headrest bracket, the headrest for the automobile seat and the automobile seat can be conveniently adjusted, are provided.
The application provides a headrest support, which comprises a main support and wing supports hinged to two sides of the main support, wherein two inserted bars are rotatably fixed to the bottom of the main support, two symmetrically designed arc-shaped grooves are formed in the bottom of the main support, the arc-shaped grooves are concentric, and the top ends of the two inserted bars are respectively and slidably clamped in the two arc-shaped grooves.

According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, an auxiliary support frame is detachably fixed at one side of the main support close to the bottom, the auxiliary support frame comprises an L-shaped support rod, an arc-shaped metal sheet, a clamping jaw is welded at the middle part of the outer protruding end of the metal sheet, and a clamping connection pipe capable of being clamped in the clamping jaw is welded at the end part of the horizontal part of the L-shaped support rod.
In a second aspect, the present application provides a headrest for an automobile seat, including any one of the headrest brackets of the first aspect, a foam structure located on one side of the headrest brackets, and a headrest cover that fixedly connects the foam structure to the headrest brackets in a sleeved manner.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the bending edge is arranged at the position of the foaming structure, which corresponds to the hinge joint of the main support and the wing support, and the joint of the headrest sleeve, which corresponds to the hinge joint of the main support and the wing support.

The application provides a headrest for an automobile seat, which comprises the headrest support, a foaming structure positioned at one side of the headrest support and a headrest sleeve for sleeving and fixing the foaming structure on the headrest support, wherein a bending edge is arranged at a position, corresponding to the hinge joint of the main support and the wing support, of the foaming structure;
the neck support comprises a support rod, a metal sheet, an arc-shaped neck support sleeve, an arc-shaped neck foaming piece, an arc-shaped neck support sleeve and an opening, wherein the arc-shaped neck foaming piece is sleeved on the metal sheet and is consistent with the shape of the metal sheet, the arc-shaped neck support sleeve wraps the metal sheet and the neck foaming piece, and the outer protruding end of the neck support sleeve is provided with the opening for the horizontal end of the support rod to extend out.
In a fourth aspect, the application also provides a headrest for an automobile seat, comprising the headrest bracket and a pillowcase body fixed on one side of the headrest bracket;
the pillowcase body comprises a closed integrated pillowcase and a foaming structure positioned in the integrated pillowcase;
One side of the integrated pillowcase, which is close to the headrest bracket, is provided with at least one plug bush with an opening at the bottom;
The bottoms of the main support and the wing support, which face one side of the pillowcase body, are respectively provided with at least one inserting connection rod which extends outwards and upwards;
the inserting rods are respectively inserted into the corresponding inserting sleeves, and the integrated pillow case is fixed on the headrest support.
In a fifth aspect, the present application provides an automobile seat having the headrest described above mounted on a back top end thereof.
According to the application, the headrest support with the main support and the wing supports is designed, so that the wing supports can rotate around the main support, namely, after the head of a user leans on the headrest using the headrest support, the wing supports of the headrest can be adjusted according to the riding posture, so that the headrest is more comfortable, and fine adjustment can be carried out according to the riding posture; because the sliding grooves of the inserted bars are concentric circular arcs which are symmetrically designed, the whole headrest can also rotate at a certain angle with the circle center of the sliding groove when in use, and the convenience of use of passengers is further improved.
According to the technical scheme provided by the embodiment of the application, the bottom of the headrest support is also provided with the auxiliary support frame, the auxiliary support frame comprises the L-shaped support rod, the top end of the L-shaped support rod is detachably connected with the main support frame, the arc-shaped metal sheet is detachably connected with the other end of the L-shaped support rod, the middle part of the convex end of the metal sheet is welded with a claw, the end part of the horizontal part of the L-shaped support rod is welded with a clamping pipe which can be clamped into the claw, and the support frame can be used for installing the neck protection foaming piece and the neck protection sleeve, so that the using comfort is further improved.

Detailed Description
The application is described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and examples. It is to be understood that the specific embodiments described herein are merely illustrative of the application and are not limiting of the application. It should be noted that, for convenience of description, only the portions related to the application are shown in the drawings.
It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present application and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other. The application will be described in detail below with reference to the drawings in connection with embodiments.
Embodiment one:
Referring to fig. 1 and 2, a schematic structural diagram of a first embodiment of a headrest frame according to the present application is shown, which includes a main frame 100 and wing frames 200 hinged on two sides of the main frame 100, two insert rods 300 are rotatably fixed on the bottom of the main frame 100, two symmetrically designed arc-shaped grooves 110 are provided on the bottom of the main frame 100, the two arc-shaped grooves 110 are concentric, the top ends of the two insert rods 300 are slidably clamped in the two arc-shaped grooves 110, respectively, in this embodiment, the mutual rotation between the main frame 100 and the wing frames 200 needs to overcome a certain resistance, and the specific resistance needs to overcome can be set according to the actual requirement, preferably, the rotational friction coefficient between the main frame 100 and the wing frames 200 is more than 0.5. Before the headrest frame is installed, the installation position can be adjusted by rotating the angle between the wing frame 200 and the main frame 100, so that the headrest installation is facilitated, after the headrest frame is installed in the headrest, the side edge of the headrest can be integrally broken, so that the wing frame 200 drives the edge of the headrest to rotate, the inclination angle of the edge of the headrest is adjusted, the comfort of the headrest is improved, when the headrest is laterally pressed, for example, a user sleeps by leaning on the head, the wing frame 200 can slightly rotate under the pressure, so that the pressure on the head of the user is reduced, the comfort of the user is improved, and when the whole sitting posture of the user is inclined, the headrest can be integrally rotated, so that the headrest frame slightly rotates around the circle center of the arc-shaped groove 110, the requirement of the user is further met, and the comfort of the user is further improved.
In this embodiment, as shown in fig. 3, the insert rod 300 includes a fixed rod 310 slidably clamped in the arc-shaped slot 110 and a rotating rod 320 rotatably coaxially connected with the fixed rod 310, the rotating rod 320 is cylindrical, a plurality of rings of annular slots are provided on the outer surface of the upper portion of the rotating rod 320, two rotating plates 330 symmetrically arranged are sleeved on the top of the rotating rod 320, a plurality of rings of arc-shaped protrusions engaged with the annular slots are provided on the inner side of the lower portion of the rotating plate 330, a connecting piece 311 extends downwards from the middle portion of the bottom surface of the fixed rod 310, the upper portion of the rotating plate 330 is clamped on two sides of the connecting piece 311 and fixedly connected with the connecting piece 311 through bolts, and when the whole headrest support rotates around the center of the arc-shaped slot 110, the fixed rod 310 also rotates around the rotating rod 320.
Preferably, as shown in fig. 4, the two inserting rods 300 are also connected through an elastic structure 800, and as shown in fig. 5, the elastic structure 800 comprises a spring 810, elastic annular claws 820 connected at two ends of the spring 810, and a telescopic decorative sleeve 830 sleeved outside the spring 810;
The ring jaws 820 are provided with openings, the inner surface of the ring jaws 820 is provided with oval protrusions, the outer surface of the fixing rod 310 of one of the insert rods 300 is provided with a plurality of rings of grooves corresponding to the protrusions, and the outer surface of the rotating rod 320 of the other insert rod 300 is provided with a plurality of rings of grooves corresponding to the protrusions. That is, one end of the elastic structure 800 is fixed to the fixed rod 310 of one of the insert rods 300, and the other end is fixed to the rotating rod 320 of the other insert rod, when the headrest is rotated integrally with the headrest bracket, the spring 810 is stretched or compressed (according to the rotation direction), and when the pressure of the integral rotation is eliminated, the position between the insert rods 300 can be restored to the position in the middle of the seat by the restoring force of the spring 810.
Embodiment two:
On the basis of the first embodiment, the headrest support provided in this embodiment is shown in fig. 6, an auxiliary support frame 900 is detachably fixed at a position, close to the bottom, of one side of the main support frame 100, the auxiliary support frame 900 includes an L-shaped support rod 910 with a top end detachably connected to the main support frame 100, and an arc-shaped metal sheet 920 detachably connected to the other end of the L-shaped support rod 910, where the metal sheet may be, for example, an iron sheet or an aluminum alloy, the arc-shaped metal sheet 920 has a certain elasticity, so as to facilitate deformation and resetting, and as shown in fig. 7, a claw 930 is welded at a middle part of an outer protruding end of the metal sheet 920, and a clamping tube 940 capable of being clamped into the claw 930 is welded at an end part of a horizontal part of the L-shaped support rod 910. The top end of the vertical portion of the L-shaped support bar 910 may be fastened to the bottom surface of the main support 100 by means of a snap.
Embodiment III:
As shown in fig. 8, the present embodiment provides a headrest for an automobile seat, which includes the headrest bracket 1000 according to the first embodiment, a foam structure 400 located on one side of the headrest bracket 1000, and a headrest cover 500 for fixedly coupling the foam structure 400 to the headrest bracket 1000.
As shown in fig. 9, the foam structure 400 has a bending edge 410 corresponding to the hinge joint of the main support 100 and the wing support 200, and as shown in fig. 10, the headrest cover 500 has a seam 510 corresponding to the hinge joint of the main support 100 and the wing support 200.
As shown in fig. 8, the edge of the headrest support 1000, which is far away from the foaming structure 400, is provided with an inwardly bent hook 210, and the edge of the headrest sleeve 500 is provided with a clamping hole for being sleeved in the hook. The headrest case 500 is integrally connected with the foam structure 400 and the headrest bracket 1000 by wrapping and combining the tension expansion of the foam structure 400, and the fastening connection of the edges of the headrest case 500 by adopting the fastening hooks 210 further increases the connection firmness.
In other embodiments, as shown in fig. 11, the headrest cover 500 may be fixedly connected with the headrest support 1000 in such a manner that a groove 220 is formed at an edge of one side of the headrest support 1000 away from the foaming structure 400, and a clamping groove 221 is formed on a side wall of the groove 220, which is close to the inside of the headrest support 1000;
A pressing strip 600 is clamped in the groove, and the pressing strip 600 presses the edge of the headrest sleeve 500 into the groove;
the side wall of the pressing bar 600 is provided with a buckle 610 which is clamped into the clamping groove, the pressing bar 600 is clamped into the groove 200 and is connected with the side wall of the groove 200 in a buckling mode, and therefore the headrest sleeve 500 and the headrest bracket 1000 are fixedly connected together.
Example IV
The present embodiment provides a headrest for an automobile seat, which further includes, on the basis of the third embodiment, the headrest bracket 1000 described in the second embodiment;
Correspondingly, as shown in fig. 12, the headrest for the automobile seat in this embodiment further includes an arc-shaped neck foam member 950 sleeved on the metal sheet 920 and having a shape consistent with that of the metal sheet 920, and an arc-shaped neck protection sleeve 960 wrapping the metal sheet 920 and the neck foam member 950, wherein an opening for extending the horizontal end of the support rod 910 is formed at the outer protruding end of the neck protection sleeve 960. In this embodiment, the auxiliary support frame 900 and related structures form a neck protection structure, so that a neck protection pillow does not need to be additionally added in the sitting process, and because the auxiliary support frame 900 of the neck protection structure in this embodiment is a detachable structure, a user can be disassembled and assembled as required, the use is convenient and free, and meanwhile, because the metal sheet 920 has certain elasticity, the neck protection structure can be deformed to a certain extent according to the posture of the user in the use process, so as to improve the sitting comfort.
Example five
As shown in fig. 13, the present embodiment provides a headrest for an automobile seat, including the headrest bracket 1000 according to the first embodiment, and a pillowcase body 700 fixed to one side of the headrest bracket 1000;
The pillow case body 700 includes a closed integrated pillow case 710 and a foaming structure 400 located in the integrated pillow case 710;
at least 3 plug-in sleeves 711 with bottom openings are arranged on one side of the integrated pillow cover 710, which is close to the headrest bracket 1000;
at least one inserting rod 230 extending outwards and upwards is arranged at the bottom of one side of the main bracket 100 and the wing bracket 200 facing the pillowcase body 700;
The insertion rods 230 are inserted into the corresponding insertion sleeves 711, respectively, to fix the integrated pillow cover 710 to the headrest bracket 1000.
In the present embodiment, unlike the third embodiment, the pillow case body 700 is of an integral structure, that is, the integral pillow case 710 is used to cover both the headrest support 1000 and the foam structure in the inner cavity thereof, so that the overall feeling of the headrest is stronger and more attractive.
In a sixth embodiment, the present embodiment provides an automobile seat, wherein the headrest described in the third embodiment, the fourth embodiment, or the fifth embodiment is mounted on the top end of the backrest of the automobile seat.
