The second water spraying hole 35 on the rubber scraper 26 is arranged on one side of the rubber scraper 26 close to the cleaning disc 28, so that water is sprayed to wash the glass cleaned by the cleaning disc 28 and is scraped out through the rubber scraper 26 after washing. The angle of water spraying of the second water spraying holes 35 and the vertical surface of the rubber scraper 26 close to the side of the cleaning disc 28 have a certain inclination angle, so that cleaning can be better realized.
