Abstract
本发明公开了一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的高效膏剂,属于农药及其制剂领域,由噻虫啉、2‑苯基‑1‑(5‑(2‑苯乙炔基)噻吩‑2‑基)乙酮(以下简称PPTE)和助剂混配而成,其中噻虫啉、PPTE占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~30%、0.1~20%,其余是助剂。助剂包括溶剂、粘着剂和填料,其中溶剂、粘着剂和填料占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比分别为0.1~80.0%、0.1~80.0%、0.1~80.0%。本发明还公开了上述膏剂的使用方法:用本发明膏剂涂抹在剥开树皮处,具有良好的粘着力、持效性,施药简便,提高了药剂的利用率,降低了环境污染,药剂可通过植物表皮内吸进入植株,并且本发明膏剂具有一定的触杀作用,可以阻止害虫在树干上下来回的爬行,从而也可大大减轻对树木的为害。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有高效、内吸传导作用的防治天牛的膏剂及其使用方法,属于农药及其制剂领域。
背景技术
天牛是我国杨、柳、榆、槭等树种的重要蛀干害虫,在我国已报道的天牛达100多种。由于天牛生活隐蔽、天敌种类少、生活史复杂,而杨树、柳树是我国造林绿化、防风固沙和速生丰产等造林的首选树种之一,造成天牛食物资源充足,在我国天牛危害严重,年发生面积在60万hm2左右。10年来,黄斑星天牛、光肩星天牛迅速蔓延,危害严重,使杨树、柳树的发展受到极大限制,严重影响了林业健康发展。天牛给我国林业造成重大的损失与天牛的生活习性和为害特点紧密相关,导致在生产上对天牛的防治缺乏有效的根除方法,主要表现在:(1)天牛生活隐蔽,天敌种类少、环境容纳量大而且自然控制作用力弱,个体生存适应性很强。恶劣的自然地理气候环境等均不易对其生存构成威胁。一旦传入一个区域,就很难将其彻底消灭。(2)天牛世代分化较为复杂,一般世代较长,生活周期都在1年以上,由于个体所处的小生境的巨大差异,其生活史多变而复杂,给天牛的防治工作造成很大困难。 (3)生殖力强,种群存活率高,种群增殖迅速而稳定。天牛每雌产卵量在30-70粒之间,90%左右都可正常孵化,其中桑天牛可高达100多粒。天牛的卵大多是分批孕育和成熟的,成虫寿命长,可多次交配产卵。以光肩星天牛为例,在适宜的寄主上种群趋势指数可高达2—4或更高。(4)食物资源充足,寄主多样。涉及杨柳科、榆科、桑科、械科等,不论健衰,都能作为天牛的食物资源,为其种群的延续提供了必要的条件。
由于天牛幼虫生活隐蔽,给防治工作带来了很大困难,因此天牛的防治是一项刻不容缓的任务。目前天牛的防治采用的是综合防治的策略,具体情况如下:(1)营林措施:选择具有抗虫性能的中林46、中林108号等优良品种造林,严格苗木检疫,避免带虫苗木造林。新造林远离虫源地,或栽植隔离带、营造混交林;用天牛厌食的树种与杨树搭配混交造林,一般以块状混交为宜,防护林带可采用分段间隔混交。采用大穴、大苗、大水、勤施肥、勤松土等措施,促进林木健康快速生长,增强抗虫能力(潘宏阳等,2005)。(2)物理措施:桑天牛夜间活动,有较强的趋光性,可用黑光灯诱杀。光肩星天牛昼夜均活动,趋光性不强,可人工捕捉成虫。冬季可结合幼林抚育修除虫枝,砍伐严重受害树木,根除隐患。(3)利用引诱剂,诱杀天牛成虫。利用产卵引诱信息素引诱生殖阶段的成虫天牛,植物挥发物与昆虫信息素具有协同作用,寄主植物气味能够增强昆虫对性信息素、聚集信息素、示踪信息素、报警信息素等的行为反应。可以运用植物源引诱剂和昆虫信息素复合使用技术,来提高林间引诱效果。此外,引诱剂和天牛病原微生物如白僵菌(Beauveriavuillemin)和绿僵菌(Metarrhizium anisopliae)等的复合使用,也能提高防治效果。(4)化学措施:①可用磷化锌等有机磷类农药制成毒签,插入虫孔,熏杀幼虫。②用50—300倍有机磷农药稀释液注射虫孔,杀灭幼虫。③用久效磷、氧化乐果等内吸性农药在树干基部或根部打孔注射,灌注后用湿土封住,可防治高大树木幼虫。④在成虫期及卵期,大面积喷洒灭幼脲1000—2000倍胶悬液,可杀灭成虫和卵。⑤用新型触杀剂“绿色威雷”防治天牛成虫。
以上各方法所面临的难题在于生物防治效果不稳定,防治效果受到天气等因素的影响,并且天牛作为一种钻蛀性害虫,生物防治药剂很难到达天牛的成虫和幼虫;在目前仍在大面积使用的是化学防治方法,如采用毒签、钻孔注射、埋药、喷雾等方法,但是这些方法在防治效果或具体实施操作上遇到很大难题。喷雾时用药量大,雾滴会随风漂移,需要动用高压力喷雾机械,而药剂也很难有效到达虫体,药剂利用率太低。毒签法需要找到天牛幼虫和成虫的洞口,大面积防治时,工作量太大;钻孔注射在大面积防治时工作量太大,并且钻空后伤及树木的木质部,树木的自愈能力有限,很大部分会出现腐乱的情况,农民在接受此方法上有一定的困难。本专利的靶向性施药技术具有药量集中,损失少,生态上的选择性高,对捕食性和寄生性天敌的影响小,施药后对植物新长出来的嫩枝嫩叶部分的保护作用率高,并能杀死隐藏在植物内部的害虫,且由于它的吸收、传导作用,残效期长,同时不会受外境气候等条件的影响,不污染环境等特点。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种具有高效、内吸传导作用的防治天牛的膏剂及其使用方法,该膏剂用于防治天牛虫害,持效期长,对环境污染小,施药简便。
本发明的第一个目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,一种具有高效、内吸传导作用的防治天牛的膏剂,由噻虫啉、2-苯基-1-(5-(2-苯乙炔基)噻吩-2-基)乙酮(以下简称为PPTE)和助剂混配而成,2-苯基-1-(5-(2-苯乙炔基)噻吩-2-基)乙酮的化学结构式为:
其中噻虫啉占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~30%,PPTE占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~20%,其余是助剂。
进一步地,所述噻虫啉与PPTE重量配比为1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1或5:1。
进一步地,所述助剂包括溶剂、粘着剂和填料,其中溶剂占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%,粘着剂占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%,填料占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%。
进一步地,所述溶剂选自苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇、环己酮、甲乙酮、异氟尔酮、吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、2-吡咯烷酮中的任意一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合物。
所述粘着剂选自聚醋酸乙酯、明胶、聚乙烯醇、丁苯胶乳、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧丙基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、可溶性淀粉、糊精、聚醋酸乙烯脂、香豆酮树脂、石油树脂、萘酚-甲醛树脂中的任意一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合物。
所述填料选自硅藻土、凹凸棒石粘土、膨润土、海泡石、高岭土、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、锯末粉、稻壳、烟草粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素中的任意一种或任意两种或两种以上的组合物。
本发明的第二个目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,上述具有高效、内吸传导作用的防治天牛的膏剂的使用方法:在树干上距离树根垂直距离0.3~1.8米处由上而下环绕树干螺旋剥开树皮,形成螺旋形凹槽,螺旋形凹槽宽度为2~20厘米,螺旋形凹槽深度至树干韧皮部,漏出树干木质部,在剥开树皮处涂抹上所述含有噻虫啉的天牛的膏剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下有益效果:
第一,本发明所选用的噻虫啉和PPTE具有良好的内吸作用,同时PPTE具有较好的触杀作用。噻虫啉与PPTE混配后增效作用明显,将所做成的膏剂涂在树干的环剥处,药剂在韧皮部具有良好的输导作用而达到害虫为害的部位,特别是钻蛀性害虫为害的部位,同时在树干环剥处涂上具有内吸和触杀性的药剂,可以阻止害虫从树干底部与树干上部的来回爬行,大大减少了为害的机会;
第二,本发明将具有良好内吸性噻虫啉与PPTE混配后,按比例加入溶剂、粘着剂、填料等做成膏剂,并且罐装成型;在使用前,利用自制的环剥刀在树干0.3~1.8米处由上而下环绕树干螺旋剥开一宽度约2~20厘米凹槽,切割时只切割开的韧皮部,而不伤及木质部,漏出木质部(剥开树皮的宽度和起上下两点垂直距离因树的直径变化而变化),在剥开树皮处涂抹上所做成的膏剂,让药剂通过植株传导到害虫为害的部位,此药剂具有持效期长,对环境污染小,同时此操作简便,只需要轻轻一下剥开树皮,将所制成的膏剂通过挤压罐装装置涂在剥开处即可,剥开树皮和涂药可连续进行。同时剥开处所使用的膏剂具有很强的触杀作用,在树干上下来回之间形成一定宽度的阻隔,害虫在树干上爬行时,接触膏剂后可被杀死,大大减少了爬行害虫对植株的为害。
第三,用本发明膏剂涂抹在剥开树皮处,具有良好的粘着力、持效性,施药简便,提高了药剂的利用率,降低了环境污染,药剂可通过树木表皮内吸进入植株,并且本发明膏剂具有一定的触杀作用,可以阻止害虫在树干上下来回的爬行,从而也可大大减轻对树木的为害。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例是对本发明技术方案进一步说明,但本发明的内容并不局限于此(以下实施例所有组成均按重量百分比计)。
实施例1、16.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉4.0,PPTE 12.0,乙醇5.0,聚醋酸乙酯5.0,羧丙基纤维素钠5.0,聚乙二醇5.0,阿拉伯胶2.0,明胶2.0,海泡石5.0,高岭土5.0,轻质碳酸15.0,硅藻土35.0;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐。
实施例2、24.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉4.0,PPTE 20.0,甲乙酮5.0,二甲基甲酰胺10.0,聚醋酸乙烯脂4.0,香豆酮树脂6.0,锯末粉10.0,硅藻土8.0,膨润土8.0,海泡石25.0;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐制备成膏剂。
实施例3、10.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉5.0,PPTE 5.0,聚氧化乙烯6.0,2-吡咯烷酮8.0,糊精4.0,聚乙烯吡咯烷酮2.0,香豆酮树脂4.0,可溶性淀粉5.0,糊精5.0,木质素6.0,膨润土8.0,高岭土42.0;将粘结剂、填料、溶剂混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐。
实施例4、16.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉12.0,PPTE 4.0,甲乙酮6.0,二甲基甲酰胺10.0,羧丙基纤维素钠5.0,海藻酸钠8.0,黄原胶4.0,轻质碳酸钙8.0,木质素43.0;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐制备成膏剂。
实施例5、36.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉30.0,PPTE 6.0,丁醇4.0,异氟尔酮5.0,二甲亚砜15.0,羧甲基纤维素钠3.0,香豆酮树脂3.0,萘酚-甲醛树脂3.0,烟草粉5.0,稻壳8.0,陶土18.0;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐制备成膏剂。
实施例6、20.1%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉0.1,PPTE 20.0,二甲基甲酰胺5.0,N-甲基吡咯烷酮12.0,羧丙基纤维素钠5.0,、石油树脂4.0,萘酚-甲醛树脂4.0,可溶性淀粉4.0,香豆酮树脂5.0,烟草粉5.0,胡桃壳粉 5.0,高岭土30.9;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、 PPTE,成膏状体并装罐制备成膏剂。
实施例7、30.1%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉30.0,PPTE 0.1,N-甲基吡咯烷酮6.0,二甲亚砜8.0,聚氧化乙烯5.0,丁苯胶乳 8.0,海藻酸钠4.0,黄原胶2.0,膨润土5.0,胡桃壳粉5.0、木质素5.0,凹凸棒石粘土21.9;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐。
实施例8、20.0%噻虫啉·PPTE膏剂
噻虫啉10.0,PPTE 10.0,N-甲基吡咯烷酮4.0,二甲基甲酰胺5.0,异氟尔酮6.0,丁苯胶乳2.0,黄原胶4.0,木质素8.0,凹凸棒石粘土10.0,陶土41.0,;将溶剂、助剂、粘结剂、填料混合后在常温搅拌下加入有效成分噻虫啉、PPTE,成膏状体并装罐制备成膏剂。
实施例9:室内混剂增效毒力测定
将各供试药剂分别配成相应的浓度,用微量进样器从低浓度到高浓度吸取配好的农药,滴于光肩星天牛3龄幼虫的前胸背板,不同药剂之间用丙酮涮洗微量进样器,每头滴1μL,每浓度30头,用5%丙酮液做对照,24h观察幼虫死亡数,计算LC50值及毒力回归方程和共毒系数。共毒系数采用孙云沛法计算。当共毒系数明显大于100时,表明有增效作用;接近100,表示有相加作用;明显小于100,表明有拮抗作用。计算结果见表1。共毒系数CTC=100×实际混用的毒力指数/理论混用的毒力指数。

由表1可以看出,噻虫啉、PPTE、噻虫啉与PPTE各个配比混配对光肩星天牛的有效致死中浓度LC50值按序(1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1和5:1)分别为15.62、35.75、22.76、19.14、14.82、11.73和11.71μg/mL;噻虫啉与PPTE各个配比混配的共毒系数按序(1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1 和5:1)分别为129.29、141.28、146.72、155.00和144.78。噻虫啉与PPTE配比为1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1和5:1具有增效作用,其中配比为3:1时增效作用最明显。
实施例10:田间药效试验测定结果
试验地点:江苏省泗阳县经济开发区柳树种植区,柳树生长条件和管理条件一致,此种植区光肩星天牛发生严重。试验时间:2018年7月-8月,天气情况:试验期间全为晴天,气温28.3~36.5℃,湿度68%,无其他异常天气。试验区种植的柳树高5米,直径30厘米,生长及管理条件一致,在离柳树树根垂直约距离1.5米处用刀具在树干由上而下螺旋环割除去柳树树皮,从上至下螺旋剥开树皮(不闭口),形成螺旋形凹槽,剥开的起点与终点垂直距离为50厘米,凹槽宽度4厘米。将所制备的膏剂实施例1~实施例8及20%噻虫啉膏剂、20%PPTE 单剂膏剂均匀涂在所割开的凹槽部位,于42天调查树干中光肩星天牛的死亡情况,计算死亡率和防治效果。结果见表2:

Claims (7)
1.一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:所述膏剂由噻虫啉、2-苯基-1-(5-(2-苯乙炔基)噻吩-2-基)乙酮和助剂混配而成,其中噻虫啉占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~30%,2-苯基-1-(5-(2-苯乙炔基)噻吩-2-基)乙酮占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~20%,其余是助剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:噻虫啉与2-苯基-1-(5-(2-苯乙炔基)噻吩-2-基)乙酮的重量配比为1:5、1:3、1:1、3:1或5:1。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:所述助剂包括溶剂、粘着剂和填料,其中溶剂占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%,粘着剂占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%,填料占所述膏剂总重量的重量百分比为0.1~80.0%。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:所述溶剂选自苯、甲苯、二甲苯、甲醇、乙醇、丙醇、丁醇、异丁醇、环己酮、甲乙酮、异氟尔酮、吡咯烷酮、N-甲基吡咯烷酮、二甲基甲酰胺、二甲亚砜、2-吡咯烷酮中的任意一种或两种以上的组合物。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:所述粘着剂选自聚醋酸乙酯、明胶、聚乙烯醇、丁苯胶乳、阿拉伯胶、海藻酸钠、黄原胶、羧甲基纤维素钠、羧丙基纤维素钠、聚乙二醇、聚氧化乙烯、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮、聚丙烯酰胺、可溶性淀粉、糊精、聚醋酸乙烯脂、香豆酮树脂、石油树脂、萘酚-甲醛树脂中的任意一种或两种以上的组合物。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂,其特征在于:所述填料选自硅藻土、凹凸棒石粘土、膨润土、海泡石、高岭土、陶土、轻质碳酸钙、锯末粉、稻壳、烟草粉、胡桃壳粉、木质素中的任意一种或两种以上的组合物。
7.如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的一种具有强内吸传导特性和触杀作用的防治天牛的膏剂的使用方法,其特征在于:在树干上距离树根垂直距离0.3~1.8米处由上而下环绕树干螺旋剥开树皮,形成螺旋形凹槽,螺旋形凹槽宽度为2~20厘米,螺旋形凹槽深度至树干韧皮部,漏出树干木质部,在剥开树皮处涂抹上所述具有内吸传导作用的膏剂。
