the alarm module is used for giving an alarm when the middle transfer person is inconsistent with the middle transfer person distributed in the server in the middle transfer process, or when the transportation path of the medical waste collection vehicle is inconsistent with the planned route from the medical waste generation point to the medical waste treatment point, or when the label information obtained by scanning the code scanning gun is inconsistent with the information recorded by the server, or when the weight of the medical waste detected by the weight sensor is inconsistent with the weight information reported by the medical waste generation point to the server;
the system also comprises a report output module which is used for forming a report with information of collectors, intermediate transfer persons, weights, waste types, medical waste generation points, medical waste treatment points, time and vehicle transportation track.
2. The medical waste on-line monitoring system of claim 1, further comprising a video monitoring module disposed on the medical waste collection cart for video recording of the transportation of medical waste.
3. A medical waste on-line monitoring method using the medical waste on-line monitoring system according to any one of claims 1-2, characterized by comprising the steps of:
s1: the medical waste generating point reports the quantity, type, serial number, delivery person and weight information of the medical waste package to the server and records the information by the server, and each medical waste package is provided with a label, wherein the label has weight, waste type and medical waste generating point information;
s2: the server plans a medical waste treatment point and a medical waste generation point-to-medical waste treatment point route according to the quantity, the type, the number and the weight information of the medical waste packages, distributes and records a collector and/or one or more intermediate transfer persons, and distributes a storage bin on the medical waste collection vehicle;
s3: dispatching a medical waste collection vehicle to a medical waste generation point to load medical waste, scanning codes with waste generation point numbers, a worker card with transfer person information and a work card with collection person information of the place where the waste generation point is located by using a handheld terminal before loading, scanning labels on medical waste packages by using the handheld terminal when loading, placing the medical waste packages into storage bins distributed on the medical waste collection vehicle, weighing the medical waste packages by using a weight sensor on the medical waste collection vehicle, verifying whether the numbers of the medical waste generation point, the number, the type, the transfer person, the collector, the weight information and the storage bins are consistent or not by using a connection server, giving an alarm if not, and locking the medical waste collection vehicle after loading in the step S4 if not;
s4: recording intermediate transfer persons in each intermediate transfer process of the medical waste collection vehicle, verifying the intermediate transfer persons distributed and recorded in the server, recording a medical waste collection vehicle transportation path through a GPS, comparing the medical waste collection vehicle transportation path with a planned route from a medical waste generation point to a medical waste treatment point in real time, and giving an alarm if the intermediate transfer persons are inconsistent with the intermediate transfer persons distributed in the server and/or the medical waste collection vehicle transportation path is inconsistent with the planned route from the medical waste generation point to the medical waste treatment point in the intermediate transfer process, and carrying out S5 if the intermediate transfer persons are consistent with the planned route from the medical waste generation point to the medical waste treatment point;
s5: after the medical waste collection vehicle reaches the medical waste treatment point, scanning codes with the numbers of the waste treatment point, scanning labels attached to the medical waste packages and transmitting the labels to a server, unlocking the medical waste collection vehicle if the codes of the numbers of the waste treatment point are the same as those of the planned medical waste treatment point in the step S2, and taking out the medical waste for treatment, wherein otherwise the medical waste collection vehicle is in a locking state and cannot be opened.
4. The medical waste on-line supervision method according to claim 3, wherein the medical waste collection vehicle is provided with video monitoring for recording the whole course of the transportation process of the medical waste collection vehicle.
5. The on-line medical waste monitoring method of claim 4, wherein the server is further capable of forming a report with information on collectors, intermediaries, weights, waste types, medical waste generation points, medical waste disposal points, time, and vehicle transportation trajectories.
