and judging whether the weight of the handed medical waste and the weight of the warehousing medical waste in the medical waste information are abnormal or whether the weight of the warehousing medical waste and the weight of the ex-warehouse medical waste are abnormal, if so, sending medical waste weight throwing early warning information.
