According to the requirement of on-site detection operation, the condition of slight change of each phase of current is observed, meanwhile, the detection button is operated phase by phase, the current path is disconnected phase by phase as the button is pressed one by one, the external connecting lead is correspondingly connected into the test loop phase by phase, and finally the current calibrator is completely connected into the test loop; or before the three-phase current is clamped into the terminal box fixing groove, the pressing buttons corresponding to the three-phase current are pressed uniformly and then clamped into the terminal box fixing groove, the tool is automatically locked after the three-phase current is installed in place, the three-phase circuit is cut off simultaneously, an external test wire is connected into the test loop at one time, and the quick connection of the current calibration instrument is achieved. When the meter replacing operation is carried out, the meter replacing test tool is clamped into a fixed slot position on the junction box, and after the meter replacing test tool is reliably connected with the junction box, the tool is automatically locked. The voltage path in the circuit can be disconnected by pressing the button on the meter replacing tool one by one, the contact pins are inserted in sequence, and the meter can be detached after the current loop is short-circuited.
