Abstract
The invention discloses a combined junction box for metering a gateway electric energy meter, which consists of a main body shell, a circuit component, a knob switch and a jumper, wherein the main body shell is made of fireproof materials and is used for protecting internal circuits of the junction box; the circuit assembly is used for conducting and switching a circuit in combination with the operation of the knob switch; the knob switch comprises 3 gears of a current measuring meter, a current measuring meter and a power changing meter, and when the knob switch is positioned at the gear of the power changing meter, a voltage line is disconnected; 1 jumper wire, which is connected with the circuit of the knob switch in parallel under normal state; when the knob switch is switched instantly, the jumper wire is pulled off, and the semi-external test equipment is switched into a loop. Description
Technical Field
The application relates to the technical field of electric energy meter metering equipment, in particular to a joint junction box for metering a gateway electric energy meter.
Background
The joint junction box for metering electric energy for the gateway electric energy meter is an important component of a metering secondary circuit, and has the functions of connecting secondary wires led out by a mutual inductor to the terminals of the electric energy meter after being connected in series and in parallel through the terminals at the joint junction box end, changing the on-off state of a testing circuit by changing the position of a poking piece on the junction box, and providing necessary conditions for on-site calibration with load, electricity utilization inspection and replacement of the electric energy meter of a metering device.
However, the combined junction box for measuring the electric energy used by the existing gateway electric energy meter has the following problems in the use process: when the field detection/meter change operation is carried out, the voltage plectrum needs to be disconnected, the current plectrum needs to be in short circuit, and the voltage plectrum and the current plectrum are restored to the original states after the work of the field detection/meter change operation is finished. However, due to the non-standard operation, the voltage and current plectrum are not reliably connected, which results in the omission and error recording of the electric quantity. Secondly, because the plectrum is through the copper bar lug connection in screw and the terminal box, so plectrum itself is electrified, when the staff operates the plectrum, just live working has brought the hidden danger for the safety work. Finally, when the voltage and current test wires are connected into the loop of the electric energy meter, a plurality of groups of screws in the junction box need to be operated respectively, the operation is time-consuming and labor-consuming on one hand, and on the other hand, the screw end parts are abraded due to the fact that the meter is checked and replaced at each time, screw failure is finally caused, and the risk of screw tripping is also accompanied.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems, the application provides a combined junction box for metering a gateway electric energy meter, which consists of a main body shell, a circuit assembly, a knob switch and a jumper, wherein the main body shell is made of fireproof materials and is used for protecting internal circuits of the junction box;
the circuit assembly is used for conducting and switching a circuit in combination with the operation of the knob switch;
the knob switch comprises 3 gears of a current measuring meter, a current measuring meter and a power changing meter, and when the knob switch is positioned at the gear of the power changing meter, a voltage line is disconnected;
the jumper wire is connected with the circuit of the knob switch in parallel under the normal state; when the knob switch is switched instantly, the jumper wire is pulled off, and the semi-external test equipment is switched into a loop.
Preferably, the circuit assembly is wired with the wiring terminal and the test terminal through a PCB (printed Circuit Board) wire.
Preferably, the knob switch is composed of a knob shell, a rotating shaft, a knob cap, a metal terminal, a spring and a steel ball.
Preferably, when the current is measured through the junction box, the jumper wire is pulled out, the ammeter is inserted into the jumper wire hole, and the knob switch is adjusted to the current measuring gear.
Preferably, the knob switch is normally in the 0 gear, and the jumper is normally closed.

In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present application. The application provides a combined junction box for metering a gateway electric energy meter, the structural schematic diagram of which is shown in figure 1, the junction box consists of a main body shell, a circuit component, a knob switch and a jumper,

The working principle is as follows:

the current trend is as follows: 1 in-3-4-5-9 (by an ammeter) -7-8 out; voltage trend: 10 in-11-12-13-14 out.

4) the inner part is wired through a PCB, the installation is convenient and rapid, the operation is simple, the time and the labor are saved, and the working efficiency is improved by more than 60 percent;
5) size, volume dimension, wall mounting screw hole position etc. are compatible with current terminal box, can directly replace.

1. A combined junction box for metering a gateway electric energy meter comprises a main body shell, a circuit component, a knob switch and a jumper wire, and is characterized in that,
the main body shell is made of fireproof materials and is used for protecting internal circuits of the junction box;
the circuit assembly is used for conducting and switching a circuit in combination with the operation of the knob switch;
the knob switch comprises 3 gears of a current measuring meter, a current measuring meter and a power changing meter, and when the knob switch is positioned at the gear of the power changing meter, a voltage line is disconnected;
the jumper wire is connected with the circuit of the knob switch in parallel under the normal state; when the knob switch is switched instantly, the jumper wire is pulled off, and the semi-external test equipment is switched into a loop.

3. The connector of claim 1, wherein the turn button switch is comprised of a turn button housing, a shaft, a turn button cap, a metal terminal, a spring, and a steel ball.
4. The junction box of claim 1, wherein when the junction box is used for measuring current, the jumper wire is pulled out, the ammeter is inserted into the jumper wire hole, and the knob switch is adjusted to a current measuring gear.
5. The junction box of claim 1, wherein said knob switch is normally in 0 position and the jumper is normally closed.
