Technical Field

Background
The new type cigarette which is not burnt by heating is a new type cigarette which has just been raised in recent two years, is mainly popular in Japan and Korea and part of European countries, and the market of China is just started. Compared with the traditional cigarette, the novel cigarette without burning by heating has no tar and has great advantages in safety, but mainly depends on additional essence in the aspect of smoking, particularly the tobacco shreds manufactured by the rolling method lack the oil content of natural tobacco leaves, the dry feeling is particularly obvious in smoking, and the throat of a smoker is uncomfortable. Therefore, it is very important to add essence which can make the smoke moist to the cut tobacco manufactured by a rolling method, and no essence which can increase the moist in the cigarette which is not burnt by heating is provided at present.
Sweet orange oil: orange oil obtained by squeezing sweet orange peel has special orange smell and mild aromatic flavor, is dark orange or brownish red liquid, has the relative density of 0.8443-0.8490, the refractive index of 1.4723-1.4746, the specific optical rotation of +95 DEG 66'- +98 DEG 13', the acid value of 0.35-0.91, the aroma of which is close to natural fruit aroma, is dissolved in ethanol and glacial acetic acid, and comprises the following main components: d-limonene (more than 90%), decanal, hexanal, octanol, d-linalool, citral, undecanal, sinenseal, terpineol, methyl anthranilate, etc. The method is mainly used for preparing orange and orange type edible essences, can be directly used for candies, cakes, biscuits, beverages, beer and the like, and can also be used for flavoring tobaccos and toothpaste.

The main component is ramie, and the content is about 80-90%. The fragrance mainly contains 3-5.5% of citral, and is used for preparing beverage (such as fruit juice, soda water, etc.) essence, fruit-flavored toothpaste essence, etc. Can be used as food additive for flavoring; the aromatic agent can remove the peculiar smell of cars, high-grade clothes and rooms and habitable rooms; the product can be used as massage oil for refreshing; can be used for caring skin, fumigating body, washing face, and removing mottle.
Beta-caryophyllene: is a bicyclic sesquiterpene compound. The boiling point is 129-130 ℃ (1866.2Pa), 118-119 ℃ (1293 Pa). The optical rotation was-5.29. Refractive indices 1.5009, 1.5030. Relative density 0.9052, 0.9038. Is naturally present in lemon, grapefruit, nutmeg, pepper, raspberry, blackcurrant, cinnamon leaf oil, clove leaf oil, and has spicy, woody, citrus, camphor, and mild clove aroma. The beta-caryophyllene is colorless liquid, is the main effective component in the blumea oil, has specific smell, and has fragrance between clove and turpentine. Has effects of relieving asthma, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, and can be used for treating tracheitis. Magnolia flower oil: the essential oil extracted from magnolia is also called michelia alba and michelia alba, so the magnolia oil is also called michelia alba flower oil. Relative density: 0.8700-0.8950. Refractive index: 1.4600-1.4900, the magnolia oil is light yellow to yellow brown liquid, and has rich and fresh magnolia fragrance. The invention is realized by the following technical scheme: the essence for increasing the moist feeling of the smoke of the novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of sweet orange oil, 1-5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1-5 parts of lemon oil, 0.1-1 part of magnolia oil, 1-5 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 5-20 parts of snow pear extract, 50-60 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of distilled water and 10-20 parts of ethanol;
the pear extract is obtained by adding pectinase accounting for 0.05-0.15% of the weight of fresh snow pears, cellulase accounting for 0.05-0.15% of the weight of the fresh snow pears and protease accounting for 0.03-0.1% of the weight of the fresh snow pears into the juice, uniformly stirring the mixture, standing the mixture for 1-3 hours at the temperature of 30-40 ℃, filtering the mixture by using a 0.8-micron filter membrane, adding honey accounting for 25-40% of the filtrate, stirring and heating the mixture to 100 ℃, stirring the mixture for 10-30 minutes, stopping heating, and concentrating the mixture at a reduced pressure at a low temperature until the Baume degree is 41.5-42.5 degrees B.
The preferred technical scheme of the invention is as follows: the essence consists of the following substances in parts by weight: 1.5 parts of sweet orange oil, 1.5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1.5 parts of lemon oil, 0.5 part of magnolia oil, 3 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 15 parts of pear extract, 55 parts of glycerol, 7 parts of distilled water and 15 parts of ethanol.
The invention provides a preparation method of essence for increasing the moist feeling of smoke of a novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating, which is characterized by comprising the following steps:
(1) preparation of snow pear extract: taking fresh snow pears, cleaning, juicing at 15-25 ℃, adding 0.05-0.15% of pectinase, 0.05-0.15% of cellulase and 0.03-0.1% of protease into the juice, stirring for 20-40 minutes, standing for 1-3 hours at 30-40 ℃, filtering by using a 0.8-micron filter membrane, adding honey according to 25-40% of the amount of the filter liquor, heating to 100 ℃, starting stirring, stopping heating after 10-30 minutes, and concentrating under reduced pressure at 55-60 ℃ and a vacuum degree of 0.5-0.6 until the Baume degree is 41.5-42.5 degrees B, so as to obtain the snow pear extract;
(2) preparing raw materials in parts by weight as follows: 1-5 parts of sweet orange oil, 1-5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1-5 parts of lemon oil, 0.1-1 part of magnolia oil, 1-5 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 5-20 parts of snow pear extract in the step (1), 50-60 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of distilled water and 10-20 parts of ethanol;
(3) sequentially adding 10-20 parts of ethanol, 1-5 parts of sweet orange oil, 1-5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1-5 parts of lemon oil, 0.1-1 part of magnolia flower oil, 1-5 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 50-60 parts of glycerol, 5-20 parts of the snow pear extract in the step (1) and 5-10 parts of distilled water into a stirring container, stirring for 2-4 hours after mixing, standing for 24-48 hours, filtering out residues by using a filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.8 micrometer to obtain filtrate with the relative density of 1.10-1.30, namely the essence for increasing the smoke wetness of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette.
The invention provides an application of essence for increasing the moist feeling of smoke of a novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating, which is characterized in that: diluting the prepared essence for increasing the smoke moisture of the novel heating non-combustion cigarette by 4-8 times with 50-80% ethanol, directly spraying the diluted essence onto tobacco shreds made of reconstituted tobacco by using a throat sprayer, and placing the tobacco shreds in a drying box at 35-50 ℃ for 2-4 hours to prepare the novel heating non-combustion cigarette, wherein the essence for increasing the smoke moisture of the novel heating non-combustion cigarette accounts for 0.03-0.10% of the weight of the tobacco shreds.
The pear extract is prepared by cleaning snow pears commonly found in the market, cold-pressing at low temperature, adding complex enzyme (0.1% of pectinase, 0.1% of cellulase and 0.05% of protease) into juice, stirring, standing, filtering, adding honey, heating, and finally concentrating at low temperature under reduced pressure, is brownish red viscous liquid, and has unique, lasting and mild sweet smell.
The sweet orange oil is obtained by squeezing the peel of sweet orange, has special orange smell and mild aromatic taste, is used for preparing sweet orange and orange type edible essence, is an important spice in tobacco essence, and mainly has the function of moistening smoke.
The grapefruit oil is obtained by squeezing peel of fresh grapefruit, also called grapefruit, which is a citrus of Rutaceae and is mainly produced in America. The flavoring agent is used for blending artificial bergamot oil and lemon oil, and also is used for blending edible essence, wine essence and daily chemical essence, and the flavoring agent has fresh and sweet fragrance during burning and smoking, and mainly has the function of sweet smoke.
The lemon oil is obtained by squeezing fresh peel of lemon, is yellow liquid, has strong lemon fragrance, is mainly used for preparing beverage (such as fruit juice, soda water and the like) essence, fruit-flavor type edible essence and the like due to the fact that the fragrance contains 3% -5.5% of citral, is fresh and sweet in fragrance during burning and smoking, and mainly has the effect of sweet smoke.
The beta-caryophyllene is a bicyclic sesquiterpene compound, naturally exists in lemon, garden pomelo, nutmeg, pepper, raspberry, blackcurrant, cinnamon leaf oil and clove leaf oil, and has spicy fragrance, costustoot, citrus fragrance, camphor fragrance and mild clove fragrance. The beta-caryophyllene is colorless liquid, is the main effective component in the blumea oil, has specific smell, and has fragrance between clove and turpentine. Has effects of relieving asthma, relieving cough and eliminating phlegm, and can be used for treating tracheitis. The throat comfort can be effectively improved when the cigarette is used in a novel cigarette which is not burnt under heating.
The magnolia flower oil is essential oil extracted from magnolia as a raw material, is light yellow to yellowish brown liquid, and has rich and fresh magnolia fragrance. The main components of the cigarette comprise myrcene, limonene, citral, caryophyllene, piper cubeba alkene, linalool, terpineol, nerolidol, eugenol and the like, and the cigarette can effectively improve the comfort of the throat when being used in a novel cigarette which is not burnt by heating and has a rich and fresh fragrance.
The sweet orange oil, the grapefruit oil, the lemon oil, the magnolia oil and the beta-caryophyllene are all perfumes normally sold in the market.
The invention has the beneficial effects that:
1. the essence for increasing the smoke moistening feeling of the novel cigarette without burning during heating is formed by the sweet orange oil, the grapefruit oil, the lemon oil, the magnolia oil, the beta-pink, the pear extract and other raw materials in a proper proportion, so that the dry feeling of smoke can be effectively reduced, particularly the stimulation to the throat during smoking of the novel cigarette without burning during heating is realized, the smoke moistening feeling and the smoking comfort are increased, and the control of an enterprise on a core technology is facilitated;
2. the essence prepared by the invention mainly adopts natural or natural equivalent spices, is also a spice with homology of medicine and food, contains lemon oil, magnolia oil, beta-pink and pear which are beneficial to human health, and has the effects of moistening lung, eliminating phlegm, clearing heat, detoxifying and the like.
3. The equipment required by the invention is relatively simple, has lower cost, is easy for industrial production and has strong practicability.

The essence for increasing the moist feeling of the smoke of the novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating is characterized by comprising the following substances in parts by weight: 1-5 parts of sweet orange oil, 1-5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1-5 parts of lemon oil, 0.1-1 part of magnolia oil, 1-5 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 5-20 parts of snow pear extract, 50-60 parts of glycerol, 5-10 parts of distilled water and 10-20 parts of ethanol; the total parts of the materials are 100 parts.
The snow pear extract in the following examples is specifically prepared according to the following steps: taking fresh snow pears, cleaning, juicing at 15-25 ℃, adding 0.1% of pectinase, 0.1% of cellulase and 0.05% of protease into the juice by mass percent, stirring for 30 minutes, standing for 1-3 hours at 30-40 ℃, filtering by using a 0.8-micron filter membrane, adding honey according to 25-40% of the filtrate amount, heating to 100 ℃, starting stirring simultaneously, stopping heating after 15 minutes, and concentrating under reduced pressure to 42 Bee Baume under the conditions of 55-60 ℃ and 0.5-0.6 of vacuum degree to obtain the snow pear extract.
Example 1: the essence for increasing the moist feeling of the smoke of the novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating comprises the following specific steps: adding 18.2 parts of ethanol, 1 part of sweet orange oil, 2 parts of grapefruit oil, 1.5 parts of lemon oil, 0.3 part of magnolia flower oil, 2 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 57 parts of glycerol, 10 parts of snow pear extract and 8 parts of distilled water in the raw materials into a stirring container in sequence, stirring for 2-4 hours after mixing, standing for 24-48 hours, and filtering out sediments by using a filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.8 micrometer to obtain a filtrate with the relative density of 1.10-1.30, namely the essence for increasing the smoke moistening feeling of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette.
Diluting the essence for increasing the smoke moisture of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette prepared in the example 1 by 6 times by using 70% ethanol, directly spraying the essence onto tobacco shreds made of reconstituted tobacco by using a throat sprayer, placing the tobacco shreds in a drying box at 40 ℃ for 2-4 hours to prepare a novel heating non-combustible cigarette A, and performing comparative smoking evaluation.
Embodiment 2, an essence for increasing the moist feeling of smoke of a novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating comprises the following specific steps: adding 15 parts of ethanol, 1.5 parts of sweet orange oil, 2 parts of grapefruit oil, 1 part of lemon oil, 0.6 part of magnolia flower oil, 1.9 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 58 parts of glycerol, 14 parts of snow pear extract and 6 parts of distilled water in the raw materials into a stirring container in sequence, stirring for 2-4 hours after mixing, standing for 24-48 hours, and filtering out sediments by using a filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.8 micrometer to obtain a filtrate with the relative density of 1.10-1.30, namely the essence for increasing the smoke moistening feeling of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette.
Diluting the essence for increasing the smoke moisture of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette prepared in the example 2 by 6 times by using 70% ethanol, directly spraying the essence onto tobacco shreds made of reconstituted tobacco by using a throat sprayer, placing the tobacco shreds in a drying box at 40 ℃ for 2-4 hours to prepare a novel heating non-combustible cigarette B, and performing comparative smoking evaluation.
Embodiment 3, an essence for increasing the moist feeling of smoke of a novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating comprises the following specific steps: adding 12 parts of ethanol, 2 parts of sweet orange oil, 1.5 parts of grapefruit oil, 1 part of lemon oil, 0.6 part of magnolia flower oil, 3 parts of beta-caryophyllene, 56 parts of glycerol, 18 parts of snow pear extract and 5.9 parts of distilled water in the raw materials into a stirring container in sequence, stirring for 2-4 hours after mixing, standing for 24-48 hours, and filtering out sediments by using a filter membrane with the pore diameter of 0.8 micrometer to obtain a filtrate with the relative density of 1.10-1.30, namely the essence for increasing the smoke moistening feeling of the novel heating non-combustible cigarette.
The essence prepared in example 3 for increasing the moist feeling of the smoke of the novel cigarette which is not combusted by heating is diluted by 6 times by 70 percent ethanol, and is directly sprayed on the cut tobacco made of the reconstituted tobacco by a throat sprayer, and is placed in a drying box at 40 ℃ for 2 to 4 hours to prepare the novel cigarette C which is not combusted by heating, and then comparative smoking is carried out.
The smoking evaluation comparison of the novel cigarette A, B, C which is prepared by adding the essence prepared in the embodiments 1-3 into the cigarette and is not combusted when being heated and the novel cigarette which is prepared by not adding the essence is carried out, wherein the smoking evaluation group comprises 7 persons, wherein 2 national grade smokers and 5 provincial grade smokers are provided, and the specific evaluation result is shown in table 1:
