Abstract
本发明涉及装饰建材领域，具体是一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，包括搪瓷钢板，其特征是：搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边，翻边上装有至少两块挂板，每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置，悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离；本发明安装效率提高，施工周期缩短，使用更方便，更安全；搪瓷钢板吊顶使用寿命长，不易变形，不易老化，易于清洁，可长时间保持美观。

技术领域
本发明涉及装饰建材领域，具体是一种搪瓷钢板吊顶。
背景技术
目前家庭或公共场所装修时的吊顶大多是采用石膏板吊顶、铝扣板吊顶、PVC板吊顶等，铝扣板由于采用铝板作为基材，比较软，容易变形，且隔热性能较差；石膏板吊顶不耐脏，时间长了不易清洁打理，且容易局部龟裂掉粉；目前的吊顶在实际安装时需要首先安装主副龙骨，安装工序复杂，效率低，施工周期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述传统吊顶存在的问题，提供一种搪瓷钢板吊顶。
本发明的具体方案是：一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，包括搪瓷钢板，搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边，翻边上装有至少两块挂板，每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置，悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离。
本发明所述悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板上的一个螺母，挂板对应螺母的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A，每个螺母螺纹连接有一根螺栓，每根螺栓的螺栓头和螺母之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置，螺栓固定装置的顶部与墙顶固定连接，螺栓固定装置底部设有通孔B，螺栓体穿过所述通孔B，螺栓头位于墙顶和螺栓固定装置之间；其工作原理如下：螺栓体可相对螺栓固定装置的通孔B自由转动，螺母与挂板固定在一起，螺母无法转动，通过转动螺栓，螺母会上升或下降从而带动挂板升降，调节搪瓷钢板的高度。
本发明所述悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶固定连接的螺栓，螺栓体穿过挂板下方螺纹连接有一个螺母，通过旋转螺母使挂板升降。
本发明所述搪瓷钢板上位于翻边内部装有一层填料。
本发明所述填料是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点：1、安装时无需安装主副龙骨，直接在墙顶上安装，操作方便，安装时间缩短，安装效率提高，施工周期缩短；2、搪瓷钢板使用寿命长，不易变形，不易老化，易于清洁，可长时间保持美观；3、增加填料层，采用蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板，隔音效果更好，采用蜂窝铝芯还能隔热，阻燃，发生火灾事故时增加一定的逃生机会。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1-2，本实施例包括搪瓷钢板5，搪瓷钢板5的边沿设有翻边，翻边上装有至少两块挂板6（具体为2块），每块挂板6上装有固定在墙顶1的悬挂装置，悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板6上的一个螺母4，挂板6对应螺母4的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A，每个螺母4螺纹连接有一根螺栓3，每根螺栓3的螺栓头和螺母4之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置2，螺栓固定装置2的顶部与墙顶1固定连接，螺栓固定装置2底部设有通孔B，螺栓体穿过所述通孔B，螺栓头位于墙顶1和螺栓固定装置2之间。
本实施例所述搪瓷钢板5上位于翻边内部装有一层填料7。
本实施例所述填料7是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
实施例2
参见图3-4，本实施例包括搪瓷钢板5，搪瓷钢板5的边沿设有翻边，翻边上装有至少两块挂板6（具体为2块），每块挂板6上装有固定在墙顶1的悬挂装置，悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶1固定连接的螺栓3，螺栓体穿过挂板6下方螺纹连接有一个螺母4，通过旋转螺母4使挂板6升降。
本实施例所述搪瓷钢板5上位于翻边内部装有一层填料7。
本实施例所述填料7是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
实施例1和实施例2中所述挂板6的数量根据搪瓷钢板5的实际尺寸大小而定，挂板6可以通过焊接方式固定在搪瓷钢板5的翻边上，也可以通过挂，8和倒扣9的方式连接，参见图5-6，搪瓷钢板5的翻边内侧装有一个挂钩8，挂板6为L型，其一边上设有倒扣9，搪瓷钢板5通过挂钩8挂在挂板6的倒扣9上。

1.一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，包括搪瓷钢板，其特征是：搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边，翻边上装有至少两块挂板，每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置，悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，其特征是：所述悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板上的一个螺母，挂板对应螺母的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A，每个螺母螺纹连接有一根螺栓，每根螺栓的螺栓头和螺母之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置，螺栓固定装置的顶部与墙顶固定连接，螺栓固定装置底部设有通孔B，螺栓体穿过所述通孔B，螺栓头位于墙顶和螺栓固定装置之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，其特征是：所述悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶固定连接的螺栓，螺栓体穿过挂板下方螺纹连接有一个螺母，通过旋转螺母使挂板升降。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，其特征是：所述搪瓷钢板上位于翻边内部装有一层填料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶，其特征是：所述填料是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
