本发明涉及装饰建材领域,具体是一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,包括搪瓷钢板,其特征是:搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边,翻边上装有至少两块挂板,每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置,悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离;本发明安装效率提高,施工周期缩短,使用更方便,更安全;搪瓷钢板吊顶使用寿命长,不易变形,不易老化,易于清洁,可长时间保持美观。

本发明涉及装饰建材领域,具体是一种搪瓷钢板吊顶。
背景技术
目前家庭或公共场所装修时的吊顶大多是采用石膏板吊顶、铝扣板吊顶、PVC板吊顶等,铝扣板由于采用铝板作为基材,比较软,容易变形,且隔热性能较差;石膏板吊顶不耐脏,时间长了不易清洁打理,且容易局部龟裂掉粉;目前的吊顶在实际安装时需要首先安装主副龙骨,安装工序复杂,效率低,施工周期长。
发明内容
本发明的目的就是为了解决上述传统吊顶存在的问题,提供一种搪瓷钢板吊顶。
本发明的具体方案是:一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,包括搪瓷钢板,搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边,翻边上装有至少两块挂板,每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置,悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离。
本发明所述悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板上的一个螺母,挂板对应螺母的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A,每个螺母螺纹连接有一根螺栓,每根螺栓的螺栓头和螺母之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置,螺栓固定装置的顶部与墙顶固定连接,螺栓固定装置底部设有通孔B,螺栓体穿过所述通孔B,螺栓头位于墙顶和螺栓固定装置之间;其工作原理如下:螺栓体可相对螺栓固定装置的通孔B自由转动,螺母与挂板固定在一起,螺母无法转动,通过转动螺栓,螺母会上升或下降从而带动挂板升降,调节搪瓷钢板的高度。
本发明所述悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶固定连接的螺栓,螺栓体穿过挂板下方螺纹连接有一个螺母,通过旋转螺母使挂板升降。
本发明所述搪瓷钢板上位于翻边内部装有一层填料。
本发明所述填料是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
本发明相比现有技术具有以下优点:1、安装时无需安装主副龙骨,直接在墙顶上安装,操作方便,安装时间缩短,安装效率提高,施工周期缩短;2、搪瓷钢板使用寿命长,不易变形,不易老化,易于清洁,可长时间保持美观;3、增加填料层,采用蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板,隔音效果更好,采用蜂窝铝芯还能隔热,阻燃,发生火灾事故时增加一定的逃生机会。

具体实施方式
实施例1
参见图1-2,本实施例包括搪瓷钢板5,搪瓷钢板5的边沿设有翻边,翻边上装有至少两块挂板6(具体为2块),每块挂板6上装有固定在墙顶1的悬挂装置,悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板6上的一个螺母4,挂板6对应螺母4的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A,每个螺母4螺纹连接有一根螺栓3,每根螺栓3的螺栓头和螺母4之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置2,螺栓固定装置2的顶部与墙顶1固定连接,螺栓固定装置2底部设有通孔B,螺栓体穿过所述通孔B,螺栓头位于墙顶1和螺栓固定装置2之间。
本实施例所述搪瓷钢板5上位于翻边内部装有一层填料7。
本实施例所述填料7是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
实施例2
参见图3-4,本实施例包括搪瓷钢板5,搪瓷钢板5的边沿设有翻边,翻边上装有至少两块挂板6(具体为2块),每块挂板6上装有固定在墙顶1的悬挂装置,悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶1固定连接的螺栓3,螺栓体穿过挂板6下方螺纹连接有一个螺母4,通过旋转螺母4使挂板6升降。
本实施例所述搪瓷钢板5上位于翻边内部装有一层填料7。
本实施例所述填料7是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
实施例1和实施例2中所述挂板6的数量根据搪瓷钢板5的实际尺寸大小而定,挂板6可以通过焊接方式固定在搪瓷钢板5的翻边上,也可以通过挂,8和倒扣9的方式连接,参见图5-6,搪瓷钢板5的翻边内侧装有一个挂钩8,挂板6为L型,其一边上设有倒扣9,搪瓷钢板5通过挂钩8挂在挂板6的倒扣9上。

1.一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,包括搪瓷钢板,其特征是:搪瓷钢板的边沿设有翻边,翻边上装有至少两块挂板,每块挂板上装有固定在墙顶的悬挂装置,悬挂装置包括螺纹调节机构可调节挂板与墙顶的相对距离。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,其特征是:所述悬挂装置包括固定安装在每块挂板上的一个螺母,挂板对应螺母的螺纹孔处设有直径大于螺纹孔的通孔A,每个螺母螺纹连接有一根螺栓,每根螺栓的螺栓头和螺母之间套装有一个螺栓固定装置,螺栓固定装置的顶部与墙顶固定连接,螺栓固定装置底部设有通孔B,螺栓体穿过所述通孔B,螺栓头位于墙顶和螺栓固定装置之间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,其特征是:所述悬挂装置包括一根螺栓头与墙顶固定连接的螺栓,螺栓体穿过挂板下方螺纹连接有一个螺母,通过旋转螺母使挂板升降。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,其特征是:所述搪瓷钢板上位于翻边内部装有一层填料。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种搪瓷钢板吊顶,其特征是:所述填料是蜂窝铝芯或PVC板或石膏板。
