本发明涉及燃气灶具技术领域,具体涉及一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,它包括步进电机自动开关阀本体,该步进电机自动开关阀本体包括步进电机、调节阀阀体、调气组合、分气盖板、连接器、电磁阀、外环出气口和内环出气口;所述调节阀阀体右侧面上部设置有步进电机;所述调节阀阀体的腔内设置有调气组合;所述调气组合左右两端分别与步进电机和分气盖板相连;所述分气盖板左侧与连接器相连;所述调节阀阀体的底面左右两侧分别设置有内环出气口和外环出气口;它采用在原有步进电机燃气阀的基础上,在每个出气口通道上增加了一个电磁阀,通过电磁阀的开阀、闭阀实现不同的燃烧状态;它具有使用方便,操作简便,极大地提高使用效率。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及燃气灶具技术领域,具体涉及一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀。
【背景技术】
燃气灶具是指以液化石油气、人工煤气、天然气等气体燃料进行直火加热的厨房用具。按气源讲,燃气灶主要分为液化气灶、煤气灶、天然气灶。按灶眼讲,分为单灶、双灶和多眼灶。
目前市场上已有步进电机应用在燃气灶具产品中,但还没能摆脱旋塞式燃气阀的影响,只是将步进电机与原本的燃气阀相连,全靠原开关阀的阀芯旋转来调节火力大小,调节范围狭窄。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于针对现有技术的缺陷和不足,提供一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,它采用在原有步进电机燃气阀的基础上,在每个出气口通道上增加了一个电磁阀,通过电磁阀的开阀、闭阀实现不同的燃烧状态,增大火力调节范围;它具有使用方便,操作简便,极大地提高使用效率。
本发明所述的一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,它包括步进电机自动开关阀本体,该步进电机自动开关阀本体包括步进电机、调节阀阀体、调气组合、分气盖板、连接器、电磁阀、外环出气口和内环出气口;
所述调节阀阀体右侧面上部设置有步进电机;所述调节阀阀体的腔内设置有调气组合;所述调气组合左右两端分别与步进电机和分气盖板相连;所述分气盖板左侧与连接器相连;所述调节阀阀体的底面左右两侧分别设置有内环出气口和外环出气口;所述分气盖板设置有第三出气口,该第三出气口的截面为圆形,该第三出气口与内环出气口和外环出气口形成三出气口结构;所述调节阀阀体左侧面上部和右侧下部分别设置有电磁阀A和电磁阀B;
所述步进电机的机轴上设置有测量齿轮,测量齿轮上安装有电阻传感器,电阻传感器与测量电路相连;所述内环出气口、外环出气口安装有扇形调节板构件;所述调节阀阀体内中部设置有隔板,分割成二个出气通道。
进一步地,所述电磁阀A安装在调节阀阀体内的内环出气口之前的燃气通道上;
进一步地,所述电磁阀B安装在调节阀阀体内的外环出气口之前的燃气通道上。
进一步地,所述伺服电机为广州市德马克电机有限公司生产的130系列光轴直流无刷新电机。
进一步地,所述扇形调节板构件包括设置在内环出气口或外环出气口顶部和底部的伺服电机,伺服电机的机轴上安装有扇形板,扇形板的半径在内环出气口或外环出气口的半径距离和直径距离之间。

如图1-图3所示,本具体实施方式所述的一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,它包括步进电机自动开关阀本体,该步进电机自动开关阀本体包括步进电机1、调节阀阀体2、调气组合3、分气盖板4、连接器5、电磁阀6、外环出气口7和内环出气口8;
所述调节阀阀体2右侧面上部设置有步进电机1;所述调节阀阀体1的腔内设置有调气组合3;所述调气组合3左右两端分别与步进电机1和分气盖板4相连;所述分气盖板4左侧与连接器5相连;所述调节阀阀体2的底面左右两侧分别设置有内环出气口7和外环出气口8;所述分气盖板设置有第三出气口,该第三出气口的截面为圆形,该第三出气口与内环出气口7和外环出气口8形成三出气口结构;所述调节阀阀体2左侧面上部和右侧下部分别设置有电磁阀A6和电磁阀B9;
所述步进电机1的机轴上设置有测量齿轮12,测量齿轮12上安装有电阻传感器11,电阻传感器11与测量电路10相连;所述内环出气口7、外环出气口8安装有扇形调节板构件;所述调节阀阀体2内中部设置有隔板,分割成二个出气通道。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述电磁阀A6安装在调节阀阀体2内的内环出气口7之前的燃气通道上。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述电磁阀B9安装在调节阀阀体2内的外环出气口8之前的燃气通道上。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述伺服电机13为广州市德马克电机有限公司生产的130系列光轴直流无刷新电机。
作为本发明的一种优选,所述扇形调节板构件包括设置在内环出气口7或外环出气口8顶部和底部的伺服电机13,伺服电机13的机轴上安装有扇形板,扇形板的半径在内环出气口7或外环出气口8的半径距离和直径距离之间。
本设计的工作原理如下:
本设计中,调节阀阀体2上面设有步进电机1,调节阀阀体1腔内设有调气组合3,调气组合3分别与步进电机1和分气盖板4配合,调气组合3与分气盖板4配合处设有连接器5;调节阀阀体2正面设有内环出气口7和外环出气口8,在内环出气口7和外环出气口8之前的燃气通道上分别设有电磁阀6,通过电磁阀6的开阀、闭阀可以打开、切断相应燃气通道的燃气供给,从而可以根据所需获得双环火、单内环火、单外环火三种不同的燃烧状态。
如图4所示,图中的箭头表示燃气流向。本设计在使用时,步进电机自动开关阀本体与灶具配管连接,燃气通过调节阀阀体2进气口进入腔内。调气组合3与分气盖板4的配合面分别设有外环出气孔和内环出气孔,通过步进电机1工作带动调气组合3旋转来调节外环出气孔和内环出气孔的出气面积来限制出气量。出气面积的大小根据步进电机1的旋转角度的设定,从而获得更大的火力调节范围。燃气分别通过外环出气孔和内环出气孔至外环出气口8和内环出气口7,从而形成外环燃气通道和内环燃气通道。因此电磁阀A6安装在调节阀阀体2内的内环出气口7之前的内环燃气通道上;电磁阀B9安装在调节阀阀体2内的外环出气口8之前的外环燃气通道上。
调节后的燃气通过分气盖板4进入连接器5,通过连接器5的内环燃气通道和外环燃气通道输送到内环出气口7和外环出气口8。在内环出气口7和外环出气口8之前的燃气通道上,分别设有电磁阀6,通过电磁阀6的开阀、闭阀可以打开、切断相应燃气通道的燃气供给,从而可以根据需要获得双环火、单内环火、单外环火三种不同的燃烧状态。燃气从内环出气口7和外环出气口8流出,经过燃气灶具引射系统输送到燃烧器上,在燃烧器上点燃燃烧。
本设计中,所述调节阀阀体2内中部设置有隔板,分割成二个出气通道;所述分气盖板设置有第三出气口,该第三出气口的截面为圆形,该第三出气口与内环出气口7和外环出气口8形成三出气口结构;内设两个出气通道,可以满足两环火燃烧器使用,另将工艺盖板拿掉更换带有出气口的部件,即可变为三出口的阀体,可以满足三环火的燃烧器使用。
如图6所示,本设计中,所述内环出气口7、外环出气口8安装有扇形调节板构件;扇形调节板构件包括设置在内环出气口7或外环出气口8顶部和底部的伺服电机13,伺服电机13的机轴上安装有扇形板,扇形板的半径在内环出气口7或外环出气口8的半径距离和直径距离之间。在气体控制方面采用两个扇形结构控制气体流量的大小,区别于普通旋塞阀圆孔结构,在火力调节时可以做到燃烧器内外环火力同时调整的同时调节更加线性。
如图5所示,本设计中,步进电机1的机轴上设置有测量齿轮12,测量齿轮12上安装有电阻传感器11,电阻传感器11与测量电路10相连。在步进电机上面添加一个电阻传感器,步进电机在工作时带动电阻传感器齿轮旋转,电阻传感器将电机所旋转的位置以电阻信号的形式反馈出来,能够更加精准的控制步进电机输出角度及避免步进电机在工作时出现的跳步失步等常见问题。
本设计要说明的是:与电阻传感器相配套的测量电路为本行业的技术人员能够轻易实现,属于现有技术,因此本设计中对测量电路的结构不作详细阐述。
采用上述结构后,本发明有益效果为:本发明所述的一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,它采用在原有步进电机燃气阀的基础上,在每个出气口通道上增加了一个电磁阀,通过电磁阀的开阀、闭阀实现不同的燃烧状态,增大火力调节范围;它具有使用方便,操作简便,极大地提高使用效率。

1.一种燃气灶具用步进电机自动开关阀,其特征在于:它包括步进电机自动开关阀本体,该步进电机自动开关阀本体包括步进电机、调节阀阀体、调气组合、分气盖板、连接器、电磁阀、外环出气口和内环出气口;
所述调节阀阀体右侧面上部设置有步进电机;所述调节阀阀体的腔内设置有调气组合;所述调气组合左右两端分别与步进电机和分气盖板相连;所述分气盖板左侧与连接器相连;所述调节阀阀体的底面左右两侧分别设置有内环出气口和外环出气口;所述分气盖板设置有第三出气口,该第三出气口的截面为圆形,该第三出气口与内环出气口和外环出气口形成三出气口结构;所述调节阀阀体左侧面上部和右侧下部分别设置有电磁阀A和电磁阀B;
