优选地,所述至少一个接触元件如此构造,使得其由上引导面和/或下引导面突出并且/或者与热楔尖端连接或集成到该热楔尖端中。为了对1mm以下并且特别是0.3mm以下范围内的两个薄的塑料薄膜进行焊接,理所当然需要使得所述至少一个接触元件由所述上引导面和下引导面突出。然而利用根据本发明的热楔,也能够将这样的薄的塑料薄膜与更厚的塑料薄膜焊接,其中所述更厚的下薄膜在没有这样的接触元件的情况下平面地被所述热楔加热和塑化,而上薄膜作为明显更薄的塑料薄膜在热楔的上侧面上与所述至少一个接触元件热接触。此外,能够将所述至少一个接触元件以接触附件的形式布置到所述热楔尖端上,所述接触附件例如构造为球形或蛋形。因为在该情况下所述两个引导面并未在所述尖端上相互之间呈锐角,而是之前已终止,使得从所述侧面上看产生了热楔,所述热楔钝形地终止并且之后所述接触元件作为接触凸部与所述热楔连接。另一种可能途径是,与所述至少一个突出的、能够间隔地布置在热楔的前边缘上的接触元件相反地,将所述至少一个接触元件集成到热楔尖端中,使得所述热楔的上引导面和下引导面接纳所述至少一个接触元件,所述接触元件由此是热楔最前面的端部。
优选地,所述至少一个接触元件在朝向相应的薄膜的侧面上在热楔纵向和/或热楔横向上具有半径,使得所述接触元件在热楔横向和/或热楔纵向上切向逐点地与相应的薄膜热接触。由此,包括了所述至少一个接触元件的下述设计方案,在所述设计方案中,所述热楔接触元件为球状或在热楔纵向或热楔横向上具有半径并且在另一方向上例如仅为拱形。根据视线方向,所述至少一个接触元件逐点地接触所述薄膜,而相应的薄膜切向于所述半径运动。朝着相应的另一方向,能够在这样一种情况下通过短的线段进行接触并且由此进行热接触。
在另一构造方案中,所述至少一个接触元件在朝向相应的薄膜的侧面上在热楔纵向和/或热楔横向上具有拱形,使得所述至少一个接触元件在热楔横向和/或热楔纵向上切向平面地与相应的薄膜热接触。因此在该实施方式中,所述至少一个接触元件能够在一个或两个热楔方向上拱起,使得与所述塑料薄膜产生了不同于点的平面接触。结合前面提及的利用半径的构造方案,由此例如能够实现炸弹形的形状。
通过球状的或具有至少一个半径的接触元件的逐点接触导致了,由于中心上的热接触优于边缘上的热接触,因此在待制成的焊缝中心上向塑料薄膜输出比边缘上更多的热量。这也基本上适用具有拱形的接触元件。所述焊缝由此具有扩展的、并非不连贯的边缘区域,这加大了沿着缝边缘撕开材料的难度。
优选地,所述至少一个接触元件在热楔纵向上取决于薄膜厚度和焊接速度在0.1至20mm范围内与相应的薄膜热接触并且在热楔横向上取决于焊缝宽度在0.1至10mm范围内与相应的薄膜热接触。
根据本发明的热楔适宜地具有至少两个、优选三个相互间隔的接触元件。
优选地,根据本发明的热楔此外由均质的、导热好的材料例如金属或工业陶瓷制成并且由一块制成。但是也能够考虑,所述至少一个接触元件单独地制造并且之后套装到热楔上,或者所述至少一个接触元件由与热楔不同的材料制成。
根据本发明构造的可移动的热楔焊接自动装置具有前面所说明的设有单个或多个特征的热楔。借助所述可移动的热楔焊接自动装置,因此能够以处于地面上的状态来焊接厚度在1mm以下并且甚至0.3mm以下的非常薄的薄膜。
根据所述热楔焊接自动装置的优选构造方案,该热楔焊接自动装置具有至少一个在相应的压紧辊周向上延伸的接触突起,所述接触突起与热楔上的所述至少一个接触元件共同作用并且将相应的薄膜朝相应的接触元件按压。所述至少一个接触突起能够根据使用情况安装在所述至少一个上压紧辊和/或所述至少一个下压紧辊上。为了对上面说明的薄的塑料薄膜中的两个进行焊接,所述接触突起不仅位于所述上压紧辊上而且位于所述下压紧辊上。在焊接薄的塑料薄膜和厚度大于1mm的塑料薄膜时,仅仅与更薄的塑料薄膜接触的上压紧辊具有这样的接触突起。在相应的压紧辊上的接触突起能够在此与所述至少一个接触元件的热接触面相应或还更宽。
根据按照本发明的用于焊接厚度小于1mm的薄的塑料薄膜的方法,待焊接的塑料薄膜借助于可移动的热楔焊接自动装置焊接,其中待焊接的塑料薄膜通过至少一个热楔引导,所述塑料薄膜通过热楔的宽度的小部分与热楔热接触,使得至少一个在塑料薄膜的运动方向上延伸的焊缝根据热接触面的宽度利用热楔形成。如前面已设计的那样,热楔长度方向上的接触长度非常短并且横向于热楔的接触宽度非常低,以便实现低的渗透到塑料薄膜中的热量并且熔化深度低很多。明显的是,为了更好地进行焊接,需接触具有其尽可能小的接触面的至少一个接触元件。就此而言,能够实现逐点接触,这产生了非常窄的至少一个焊缝。如前面设计的那样,热楔宽度的小部分能够在0.1至20%范围内并且热楔长度的小部分能够在0.1至30%范围内。
根据优选的构造方案,所述塑料薄膜至少一次、优选多次以在所述至少一个热楔的宽度上分布的方式与所述热接触面接触。优选地,所述塑料薄膜与布设到焊缝宽度上的0.1至10mm范围内的接触面接触。
根据所述方法的另一构造方式,沿着可移动的热楔焊接自动装置的下压紧辊和/或上压紧辊沿着位于相应的压紧辊上的接触突起引导所述塑料薄膜经过。根据与所述至少一个热楔的接触,适宜地利用下压紧辊和/或上压紧辊压紧所述塑料薄膜。
根据优选的设计方案,沿着0.1至20mm的线段,优选以0.1至10mm的接触面宽度引导所述塑料薄膜经过所述至少一个热楔。
根据本发明存在下述可能途径,对甚至特别薄的、远低于0.3mm的塑料薄膜可靠地进行焊接,其中,由于使用了根据本发明的热楔,这相对于热空气来说具有以下优点:所述热楔在加工时效率更高、噪音更少并且更加无烟。另一优点在于,利用本发明,也能够非常慢地对薄的塑料材料进行焊接,这简化了操作并且也实现了较复杂的焊缝走向。由此将热楔焊接自动装置的适用范围扩展到更薄的材料(薄膜层)以及更慢的焊接速度,并且实现了园艺和农业领域的应用。

图2示出了在打开状态中的具有根据图1b的热楔的热楔焊接自动装置;
图3示出了在关闭状态中的根据图2的热楔焊接自动装置;
图4示出了在关闭状态中的根据图3的热楔自动装置,然而所述热楔自动装置具有上压紧辊和下压紧辊,所述上压紧辊和下压紧辊具有与图2中热楔上的接触元件数量相应的加热突起和彼此间相应的间距;并且

具体实施方式
图1示出了不同实施方式中的热楔1。所有的热楔1均具有上引导面2以及在图中不可见的下引导面3,所述上引导面和下引导面特别是在热楔尖端4附近的前部区域中通常与待焊接的塑料薄膜达到热接触。连接面13用于使所述热楔1与焊接装置或焊接自动装置电接触以及机械接触。所述热楔1a和1b在热楔尖端4上具有两个或三个接触元件5,所述接触元件构造为与所述热楔尖端4连接的在端部上具有球体的热楔凸部。在焊接时,接触元件5既被下塑料薄膜也被上塑料薄膜热接触。该球形的接触元件凸部5因此既在热楔横向上也在热楔纵向上具有半径并且由此引起上薄膜轨以及下薄膜轨的逐点接触,使得对于每个接触元件5来说构造出与所述逐点接触相应的焊缝。所述薄膜因此切向逐点地接触所述接触元件5。通过使用两个、三个或甚至更多的接触元件5,一方面能够实现稳定的焊接并且另一方面能够防止待焊接的薄的塑料薄膜损伤。
所述热楔1的实施方式1c和1d同样彼此相应地构造并且通过集成在热楔尖端4中的接触元件6的数量相区别,所述接触元件在该实施例中具有凸出来的形状并且因此在热楔横向上具有至少一个半径并且在热楔纵向上具有拱形。由此,所述两个塑料薄膜在纵向上不是逐点地而是通过更长的线段与接触元件6接触,使得接触在此切向平面地进行。与实施方式1a和1b相反,在实施方式1c和1d中,在下引导面3上同样须布置相应构造的接触元件6。实施方式1e最后与图1c和1d中相似地示出了接触元件6,所述接触元件从热楔尖端4在上引导面2或下引导面3上略微退回。原则上,为了特殊用途,也能够仅使一个引导面2,3设有这样的接触元件6。
图2示出了示例性的热楔焊接自动装置7,所述热楔焊接自动装置在构造上来说能够具有任意的对于热楔焊接自动装置来说常规的设计方案和构造。所述热楔焊接自动装置7具有上压紧辊8以及下压紧辊9。所述上压紧辊8以及固定在热楔焊接自动装置7上的热楔1在该图中摆动离开所述下压紧辊8,因此处于非激活位置中。在实施例中,使用根据图1的实施方案1b的热楔1。根据应用情况和宽度,也能够并排布置多个这样的热楔1,例如两个热楔,其中设计方案甚至能够改变。所述热楔焊接自动装置此外具有引导辊10和引导杆11,所述引导辊和引导杆用于避免待焊接的塑料薄膜与热楔1特别是在后部区域中发生不期望的接触。
图3示出了在操作状态中的热楔焊接自动装置7,在所述操作状态中,压紧辊8,9与热楔1接触。
图4示出了具有上压紧辊8和下压紧辊9的热楔焊接自动装置7,所述上压紧辊和下压紧辊具有三个在相应的压紧辊8,9的周部上延伸的接触突起12。在该图中与热楔1b相应地,所述接触突起12的数量与热楔1上的接触元件5或6的数量相应。所述接触突起使得通过相应的压紧辊8,9进行与相应的顶部接触元件相应的压紧。在图5中,这一点再一次示意性地进一步得到说明并且示出了热楔1b的具有接触元件5的热楔尖端4以及在上压紧辊8和下压紧辊9上的接触突起12。由于球形接触元件5和接触突起12均具有半径,因此出现逐点接触。通过该球状接触元件5的逐点接触导致,由于中心上的热接触优于边缘上的热接触,因此在待制成的焊接缝中心上向塑料薄膜输出比边缘上更多的热量。这也基本上适用接触元件6的形状。所述焊缝由此具有扩展的、并非不连贯的边缘区域,这加大了沿着缝的边缘撕开材料的难度。此外,接触突起12导致塑化薄膜的非常局部的、限制在焊缝上的并且由此更大的接触压力,这能够有利地影响焊缝质量。
在实施例中,热楔的长度为60mm,宽度为20mm并且逐点的接触面的直径为2mm。

Claims (12)

1.用于热楔焊接自动装置(7)的热楔(1),所述热楔具有用于上薄膜的上引导面(2)和用于下薄膜的下引导面(3)以及热楔尖端(4),其特征在于,所述热楔在所述热楔尖端(4)的区域中具有至少一个接触元件(5;6),所述接触元件用于沿着所述热楔(1)的长度和宽度的小部分与上薄膜和下薄膜热接触,其中所述至少一个接触元件(5;6)与所述热楔尖端(4)连接或集成到所述热楔尖端中,所述至少一个接触元件(5;6)在朝向相应的薄膜的侧面上在热楔纵向和热楔横向上具有半径和/或拱形,使得所述至少一个接触元件(5;6)在热楔横向和/或热楔纵向上对于半径来说切向逐点地和/或对于拱形来说切向平面地与相应的薄膜热接触。
2.根据权利要求1所述的热楔(1),其特征在于,所述至少一个接触元件(5;6)在热楔纵向上与薄膜在0.1至20mm范围内热接触、在热楔横向上与薄膜在0.1至10mm范围内热接触。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的热楔(1),其特征在于,所述热楔具有至少两个相互间隔的接触元件(5;6)。
4.可移动的热楔焊接自动装置(7),所述热楔焊接自动装置用于利用至少一个热楔(1)借助至少一个上压紧辊和至少一个下压紧辊(8;9)至少在所述至少一个热楔(1)的热接触区域中对塑料薄膜进行焊接,其特征在于根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的热楔(1)。
5.根据权利要求4所述的热楔焊接自动装置(7),其特征在于,所述至少一个上压紧辊和/或所述至少一个下压紧辊(8;9)具有至少一个在所述相应的压紧辊(8;9)周向上延伸的接触突起(12),所述接触突起与所述热楔(1)上的所述至少一个接触元件(5;6)共同作用并且将相应的薄膜朝所述相应的接触元件(5;6)按压。
6.用于焊接厚度小于1mm的薄的塑料薄膜的方法,其特征在于,待焊接的塑料薄膜借助于根据权利要求4或5所述的可移动的热楔焊接自动装置(7)焊接,其中待焊接的塑料薄膜通过至少一个热楔(1)引导,所述塑料薄膜通过所述热楔(1)的宽度的小部分与所述热楔热接触至少一次,使得至少一个在塑料薄膜的运动方向上延伸的焊缝根据热接触面的宽度利用所述热楔(1)形成。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个热楔(1)至少在一个热楔侧面上多次以在所述至少一个热楔(1)的宽度上分布的方式被塑料薄膜接触。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述至少一个热楔(1)与布设到焊缝宽度上的0.1至10mm范围内的接触面接触。
9.根据权利要求6或8所述的方法,其特征在于,沿着所述可移动的热楔焊接自动装置(7)的下压紧辊和/或上压紧辊沿着位于相应的压紧辊上的接触突起引导所述塑料薄膜经过。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述塑料薄膜根据与所述至少一个热楔(1)的接触利用下压紧辊和/或上压紧辊(8;9)压紧。
11.根据前述权利要求6至8中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,沿着0.1至20mm的线段引导所述塑料薄膜经过所述至少一个热楔(1)。
12.根据前述权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,以0.1至10mm的接触面宽度引导所述塑料薄膜经过所述至少一个热楔(1)。
