Claims (3)
- 一対の電極を溶接材料に圧接させて、該溶接材料に通電することによって抵抗溶接を行う抵抗溶接機であって、
前記一対の電極に併設され、該一対の電極の一方と前記溶接材料を介して接離可能に構成された溶断用電極を備え、
前記一対の電極の一方又は前記溶断用電極の少なくともいずれかは、該一対の電極の一方と前記溶断用電極とが前記溶接材料を介して接触する際において前記溶接材料と接触する部分に突起部が設けられており、
前記接触部分で前記溶接材料を挟んで圧接し、かつ、接触した前記溶接材料を介して前記一対の電極の一方と前記溶断用電極との間で通電させ、前記溶接材料を切断することを特徴とする抵抗溶接機。 - 前記突起部は、溶接材料との接触角度が可変となるように構成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の抵抗溶接機。
- 前記溶断用電極は、前記溶接材料の搬送路となるガイド部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の抵抗溶接機。
