The specific meanings of the above terms in the present invention can be understood by those skilled in the art according to specific situations.
Referring to fig. 1 to 27, a driving mechanism 10 according to an embodiment of the present invention is used in a household appliance 100. The driving mechanism 10 includes a mount 11, a driving part 12, a push rod 121, and a first link 101. The mount 11 is formed with a mount groove 111. The mounting seat 11 has a first guide groove 112 along a length direction d of the mounting groove 111. The push rod 121 is connected to the driving unit 12. The driving part 12 and the push rod 121 are mounted to the mounting groove 111. The driving unit 12 is used for driving the push rod 121 to extend and retract. The first connecting member 101 is connected to the driving part 12 and is at least partially located in the first guide groove 112. When the push rod 121 is subjected to a resistance of a predetermined magnitude during extension and retraction, the driving portion 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first link 101.
When the driving mechanism 10 is applied to the door body 20, when the door body 20 is closed and meets an obstacle, the obstacle reacts on the door body 20 to generate resistance, and the resistance can drive the driving part 12 to move in the opposite direction of the stretching direction of the push rod 121, so that the acting force of the push rod 121 on the door body 20 can be buffered, and a user can be prevented from being injured by clamping. In addition, when the installation position of the push rod 121 is not correct due to dimensional errors of the push rod 121 and the installation seat 11, the installation position of the push rod 121 can be corrected by adjusting the installation position of the driving part 12 in the installation groove 111 by adjusting the position of the first connecting piece 101 in the first guide groove 112, so that normal opening and closing of the door body 20 can be ensured.
It should be noted that the resistance can be set according to specific situations. When the push rod 121 is subjected to a resistance of a predetermined magnitude during extension and retraction, the first connecting member 101 can move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121, and the driving portion 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first connecting member 101. The shape and size of the first guide groove 112 may be set according to circumstances. In the example shown in fig. 4, the first guide groove 112 has a kidney shape, and the first link 101 has a columnar shape. Such as the first connecting member 101, is less resistant to movement along the first guide groove 112 and is less likely to generate noise. In the present embodiment, the household appliance 100 includes a driving mechanism 10, a door 20, and a cavity 30. A chamber 31 is formed in the cavity 30. The door body 20 is rotatably installed to the cavity 30 to open or close the chamber 31. The mount 11 is attached to the door 20. The driving portion 12 is opposed to the first guide groove 12. The driving part 12 is used for driving the push rod 121 to extend and retract so as to drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to open or close the cavity 31. When the push rod 121 receives a resistance of a preset magnitude during extension and retraction (for example, when there is an obstacle between the door body 20 and the cavity 30), the driving portion 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first connecting member 101, so that the interaction force between the door body 20 and the cavity 30 can be buffered.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, when the driving unit 12 drives the push rod 121 to extend, the extended push rod 121 can drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to close the chamber 31. When the driving portion 12 drives the push rod 121 to contract, the contracted push rod 121 can drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to open the cavity 31. When the door 20 rotates relative to the cavity 30 to close the chamber 31, if an obstacle (for example, a hand of a user) exists between the door 20 and the cavity 30, the obstacle acts on the door to cause the push rod 121 to receive a resistance of a preset magnitude when extending, and then the driving portion 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extending direction of the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first connecting piece 101.
Of course, in another embodiment, when the driving unit 12 drives the push rod 121 to extend, the extended push rod 121 can drive the door 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to open the chamber 31. When the driving portion 12 drives the push rod 121 to contract, the contracted push rod 121 can drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to close the cavity 31. When the door 20 rotates relative to the cavity 30 to close the chamber 31, if an obstacle (for example, a hand of a user) exists between the door 20 and the cavity 30, the obstacle acts on the door to make the push rod 121 receive a resistance of a preset magnitude when contracting, and then the driving part 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the direction opposite to the contraction direction of the first guide groove 112 and the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first connecting piece 101.
The household appliance 100 may be a household appliance having a door, such as a dishwasher, a refrigerator, a sterilizer, a microwave oven, an electric steamer, or a washing machine.
In some embodiments, the first guide grooves 112 are respectively opened on both sides of the mounting seat 11 along the length direction d of the mounting groove 111. The driving part 12 is located between the two first guide grooves 112. The number of the first connectors 101 is two. The two first connectors 101 are connected to the driving part 12 through the two first guide grooves 112, respectively. In this way, when the push rod 121 is subjected to a resistance of a preset magnitude during extension and retraction, the driving portion 12 is driven by the resistance to move along the first guide groove 112 in the direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121 under the guidance of the first connecting member 101, so that the stability is better, and the play is not easy to occur.
In the present embodiment, the driving part 12 includes a motor (the motor may be a dc motor). The mounting groove 111 is located between the two first guide grooves 112. The two first connecting members 101 respectively penetrate through the first guide grooves 112 from outside to inside from two sides of the mounting groove 111 and are fixed on the end side of the driving portion 12, that is, the two first connecting members 101 are fixed on two opposite sides of the driving portion 12. The two first connecting members 101 are linearly arranged. This can further improve the stability of the driving unit 12 during movement.
In some embodiments, the driving mechanism 10 includes a first fixing block 14 mounted to the mounting groove 111. The first fixing block 14 is formed with a receiving groove 141. The driving portion 12 is partially disposed in the receiving groove 141. The first connecting member 101 is connected to the first fixing block 14. The driving part 12 drives the first fixing block 14 to move under the driving of the resistance. In this way, the arrangement of the first fixing block 14 may improve the stability of the movement of the driving part 12 along the first guide groove 112, and the arrangement of the first fixing block 14 may also prevent the left and right play of the driving part 12.
In some embodiments, the sidewall of the accommodating groove 141 is opened with a second guiding groove 142 communicating with the accommodating groove 141. The first guide groove 112 is opposite to the second guide groove 142. The first connecting member 101 is inserted into the first guide groove 112 and the second guide groove 142 in sequence and is fixedly connected to the driving portion 12. In this way, when the push rod 121 is subjected to a resistance of a predetermined magnitude during extension and retraction, the first link 101 can move along the first guide groove 112 and the second guide groove 142, and the driving portion 12 can more stably move along the first guide groove 112 in a direction opposite to the extension and retraction direction of the push rod 121 under the guiding action of the first guide groove 112 and the second guide groove 142.
It should be noted that, in order to ensure that the first connecting element 101 is not clamped at the end side of the first guide slot 112, the length of the first guide slot 112 along the length direction d of the mounting slot 111 may be greater than the length of the second guide slot 142, so as to ensure that the first guide slot 112 has enough space for the first connecting element 101 to move in the first guide slot 132 along the direction opposite to the extending and retracting direction of the push rod 121.
In the present embodiment, two second guiding grooves 142 are respectively disposed on two opposite sidewalls of the accommodating groove 141. The two second guide grooves 142 are opposite to the two first guide grooves 112, respectively. The two second guide grooves 142 are located between the two first guide grooves 112. The two first connectors 101 are inserted through the first guide grooves 112 and the second guide grooves 142 in order and fixedly connected to the driving portion 12. The first connecting element 101 may be, for example, a screw, that is, the first connecting element 101 may be fixedly connected to the driving portion 12 by a threaded connection. In some embodiments, the drive mechanism 10 includes a second fixed block 15. The second fixing block 15 is fixed to the mounting seat 11. The second fixing block 15 is formed with a first sliding groove 151. The push rod 121 is at least partially received in the first sliding groove 151. The push rod 121 is movable relative to the first slide groove 151. Thus, the second fixing block 15 is provided to move left and right when the push rod 121 is extended and retracted.
In the present embodiment, the second fixing block 15 is clamped between two opposite sidewalls of the mounting groove 111, and one end of the push rod 121 penetrates through the first sliding groove 151 and is partially accommodated in the first sliding groove 151. When the driving unit 12 drives the push rod 121 to extend and contract, the position of the second fixed block 15 is not moved.
In certain embodiments, the drive mechanism 10 includes a transmission 16 and a second link 18. The transmission section 16 includes a first transmission piece 161. The first transmission 161 is provided with a connection unit 1611. The second connector 18 is disposed through the push rod 121 and detachably connected to the connecting portion 1611 to connect the driving portion 12 and the transmission portion 16.
In the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 10 is used for the home appliance 100. The drive mechanism 10 is attached to the door 20. The driving portion 12 is used for driving the door body 20 to rotate through the transmission portion 16. The door 20 is opened with an operation space 210. The operation space 210 exposes the second connector 18. The second coupling member 18 can be removed in the operation space 210 to disconnect the driving part 12 and the transmission part 16. When the power is cut off or the driving part 12 fails, the driving part 12 and the transmission part 16 can be disconnected by detaching the second connecting part 18, so that the door body 20 can be manually operated, for example, the door is closed or opened, thereby ensuring the normal operation of the door body 20 under abnormal conditions and facilitating the use of users.
In one embodiment, the second connecting member 18 is a connecting screw, but it may be a latch, a buckle or a hook, and when the second connecting member 18 is a latch or cannot be locked by itself, the second connecting member 18 can be prevented from falling off accidentally by adding a cover (not shown) to the operation space 210.
In the present embodiment, the home appliance 100 includes a hinge. The hinge connects the door 20 and the cavity 30. The first transmission member 161 is movably connected to the hinge. The driving portion 12 can extend and contract by driving the push rod 121 to drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 through the transmission portion 16 and the hinge to open or close the opening 31.
When the second connector 18 is inserted through the push rod 121 and detachably connected to the connecting portion 1611 to connect the driving portion 12 and the transmission portion 16, the second connector 18 locks the driving portion 12 and the transmission portion 16. When the second connecting piece 18 locks the driving portion 12 and the transmission portion 16, the driving portion 12 can drive the push rod 121 to extend and retract to drive the first transmission piece 161 to move so as to drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to open or close the opening 31, and at this time, the electric opening and closing of the door body 20 can be realized. The hinge can drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to open the opening 31 when the push rod 121 contracts, and drive the door body 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30 to close the opening 31 when the push rod 121 extends. Of course, it can be understood that, in order to further improve the operability and usability of the household appliance 100, the household appliance 100 may be further configured with a voice system (not shown) capable of receiving a voice signal emitted by a user, so that the driving part 12 can drive the push rod 121 to contract or extend by voice.
Further, when the second connecting member 18 is separated from the connecting portion 1611, the first transmission member 161 is separated from the push rod 121, and then the driving mechanism 10 cannot drive the first transmission member 161 to move through the push rod 121, and thus cannot realize the electric opening and closing of the door body 20, and the first transmission member 161 separated from the push rod 121 does not affect the opening and closing of the door body 20 through the manual opening and closing manner. Therefore, when the driving part 12 of the electric home appliance 100 is stuck during pushing the push rod 121 or the motor of the driving part 12 is damaged or the power failure occurs, and the door 20 cannot be normally opened or closed electrically, the door 20 can be opened or closed manually by separating the second connection member 18 from the connection part 1611.
In the present embodiment, the home appliance 100 includes the hinge mechanism 21. The hinge mechanism 21 includes a hinge. The hinge mechanism 21 includes a base 22 and a link plate assembly 23. The base 22 is secured to the chamber 30. The connecting plate assembly 23 connects the base 22 and the transmission part 16, respectively, and is configured to be slidable with respect to the base 22 when the push rod 121 is contracted or extended.
Specifically, the base 22 may be mounted on, for example, a side panel 32 of the cavity 30. Referring to fig. 22, the base 22 is formed to have parallel and opposite-opened limit grooves at both ends of the same side of a sliding panel, and the connecting plate assembly 23 has a portion received in the limit groove and can slide in the limit groove.
In the present embodiment, the home appliance 100 includes the elastic member 33. One end of the elastic member 33 is fixed on the cavity 30, and the other end of the elastic member 33 is fixedly connected to the connecting plate assembly 23 and configured to be contracted or extended when the connecting plate assembly 23 slides relative to the base 22.
In this way, the elastic member 33 can pull the connecting plate assembly 23 to slide relative to the base 22, and can play a role in buffering stress, thereby helping the door body 20 to be stably opened or closed.
The elastic member 33 may be selected according to the specific situation, and may be a tension spring, for example.
In the present embodiment, when the driving portion 12 pushes the push rod 121 to contract and the hinge drives the door 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30, the connecting plate assembly 23 slides relative to the base 22 and the elastic member 33 can extend to slow down the sliding speed of the connecting plate assembly 23. When the driving part 12 pushes the push rod 121 to extend and the hinge drives the door 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30, the elastic member 33 contracts and can pull the connecting plate assembly 23 to slide relative to the base 22.
In the present embodiment, the connection plate assembly 23 includes a first slider 231, a second slider 232, an ear plate 233, and a connection plate 234. The first slider 231 is slidably installed in a stopper groove at one side of the base 22. The second slider 232 is slidably mounted in a limiting groove on the other side of the base 22. One end of the ear plate 233 is hinged to the first slider 231. One end side of the connecting plate 234 is hinged to the second slider 232. The other side of the one end of the connecting plate 234 is hinged to the other end of the ear plate 233. The other end of the link plate 234 is connected to the first transmission 161.
When the push rod 121 contracts or extends, the displacement of the first slider 231 and the second slider 232 in the limiting groove can realize the displacement of the connecting plate assembly 23 in the vertical direction, the hinge connection of the ear plate 233 and the connecting plate 234 can realize the angular displacement of the connecting plate 234 on the vertical plane, and the door body 20 is opened by the displacement of the connecting plate assembly 23 in the vertical direction and the angular displacement on the vertical plane.
The telescopic distance of the push rod 121 can control the rotation opening angle of the door 20, and in order to limit the opening angle of the door 20, for example, the opening angle of the door 20 is limited within a range of 90 °, please refer to fig. 21, the connecting plate 234 is provided with a limiting piece 235, please refer to fig. 22, the base 22 is provided with a limiting post 221, and the limiting piece 235 can abut against the limiting post 221 to limit the maximum opening angle of the door 20. For example, when the door body 20 is opened by 90 °, the connecting plate 234 moves to a position where the limiting piece 235 abuts against the limiting post 221, and the limiting action of the limiting post 221 prevents the connecting plate 234 from moving further, so as to prevent the door body 20 from rotating.
It should be noted that the push rod 121 may drive the hinge mechanism to open or close the door 20 in various ways, for example, the push rod 121 may also be directly connected to the connecting plate 234 to drive the door 20 to open or close. Or the pull rope is adopted to replace the push rod 121, the motor is connected with the pull rope, the pull rope is connected with the connecting plate 234, the motor rotates to drive the pull rope to move, and then the pull rope pulls the connecting plate 234 to move so that the door body 20 is opened or closed. The motor or the push rod 121 in the above two embodiments generally needs to be mounted on a chassis of a household appliance (such as a dishwasher).
In some embodiments, the transmission part 16 includes a second transmission piece 162 and a third transmission piece 163. The second transmission member 162 movably connects the first transmission member 161 and the third transmission member 163. The third transmission member 163 is movably connected to the hinge. In this way, the driving portion 12 can open or close the door 20 through a plurality of transmission members and hinges, so that the stability of the rotation of the door 20 relative to the cavity 30 can be improved.
It should be noted that the transmission connection between the second transmission member 162 and the first transmission member 161 and the third transmission member 163 can be set according to specific situations.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 comprises a connection socket 19. The link holder 19 is mounted to an end side of the door body 20. The second transmission piece 162 and the hinge are rotatably disposed on the connecting base 19. The third transmission member 163 is slidably disposed on the connection seat 19. Thus, the third transmission member 163 can slide relative to the connection seat 19 to drive the movable hinge to move so as to drive the door 20 to rotate relative to the cavity 30.
In some embodiments, the connection seat 19 is formed with a mating end (not shown). The third transmission member 163 is formed with a second slide slot 1633. The second sliding slot 1633 is slidably engaged with the coordination end so that the third transmission member 163 is slidably disposed on the connection seat 19. Thus, the stability of the sliding fit between the third transmission member 163 and the connecting seat 19 can be improved.
In the present embodiment, the other end portion of the connecting plate 234 is formed with a second tooth structure 236. The first transmission member 161 is a driving rack. The connecting portion 1611 extends upward from the end side of the first transmission 161 to form a plate structure. When the push rod 121 contracts or extends, the first transmission piece 161 is driven to move. Second transmission 162 is a gear set. Second transmission member 162 includes a larger first gear 1621 and a smaller second gear 1622 fixed coaxially with larger first gear 1621. The third transmission 163 is an actuating rack. The third transmission 163 has a first rack segment 1631 with a larger tooth structure and a second rack segment 1632 with a smaller tooth structure. The first gear 1621 is engaged with the first tooth structure 1612 of the first transmission member 161. Second gear 1622 is in meshing engagement with second rack segment 1632 of third transmission member 163. The first rack segment 1631 of the third transmission 163 engages with the second tooth structure 236 at the end of the hinge.
A through hole is formed in the side wall of the connecting seat 19, and the first gear 1621 is coaxially fixed with the second gear 1622 through a shaft 1623 penetrating through the through hole; second gear 1622 is located at the inner side of connecting seat 19, first gear 1621 is located at the outer side of connecting seat 19, third transmission member 163 is installed in connecting seat 19, and connecting plate 234 is hinged to connecting seat 19. Thus, the door opening and closing mode of the household appliance 100 has the advantages of strong operability, high usability, small size, high structural consistency, more attractiveness and more comprehensive functions.
When the push rod 121 pushes the first transmission member 161 to move, the larger first gear 1621 drives the smaller second gear 1622 to rotate, the smaller second gear 1622 drives the third transmission member 163 to move, and the third transmission member 163 drives the connecting plate 234 to move, so that the transmission function between the push rod 121 and the connecting plate assembly 23 is realized.
After the first transmission member 161 is connected to the push rod 121, they cannot move relative to each other. In this way, when the push rod 121 contracts or expands, the first transmission member 161 moves synchronously with the push rod 121. The tooth pitch of the first tooth structure 1612 of the first transmission member 161 and the size of each tooth are respectively uniform and equal.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 comprises a third connector 181. The third link 181 detachably connects the driving part 12 and the transmission part 16. The second connector 18 is detachably connected to the third connector 181.
Specifically, in the present embodiment, the third connector 181 has an external thread 182 and an internal thread 183. The third connecting member 181 is threadedly coupled to the connecting portion 1611 through the external thread 182. The second connecting member 18 is inserted through the push rod 121 and is threadedly connected to the internal thread 183 of the third connecting member 181. When the second connector 18 is detachably connected to the third connector 181, one end of the third connector 181 abuts against the door body 20. When the door body 20 needs to be opened manually, the second connecting piece 18 can be separated from the third connecting piece 181, and the push rod 121 is separated from the first transmission piece 161, so that the door body 20 can be opened or closed manually.
In some embodiments, the household appliance 100 includes a peg board 24. The hanging plate 24 is mounted on the outer surface of the door body 20. The door 20 is formed with a third chute 201. The third link 181 is formed with a hanging head 1810. The third sliding groove 201 exposes the hanging head 1810. The hanging plate 24 is formed with a hook (not shown). The hook extends into the chute 201 and is hung on the hanging head 1523. Thus, when the door body 20 rotates relative to the cavity 30, the hanging plate 24 can rotate along with the door body 20, and the hanging plate 24 can slide up and down along the third sliding groove 201 under the guidance of the hanging head 1810, so that the hanging plate 24 can be prevented from obstructing the rotation of the door body 20 (because the distance between the hanging plate 24 and the base of the household appliance is short). In addition, the hanging plate 24 can improve the structural uniformity and the aesthetic property of the home appliance 100.
In some embodiments, the door 20 has an operation space 210 formed at a side thereof. This facilitates the installation and removal of the second connector 18.
In this embodiment, the operation space 210 is a hole through which a screw or a bolt can be operated.
In the present embodiment, the home appliance 100 includes a control panel 40. The control panel 40 includes a key portion 41. The key part 41 is used for receiving a control instruction to control the driving part 12 to drive the push rod 121 to contract or extend.
Therefore, the driving part 12 can be controlled to drive the push rod 121 to contract or extend according to the control instruction received by the key part 41, so that the automatic control of the door body 20 is realized, the operation is simple, and the user experience is improved.
Referring to fig. 25, in some embodiments, the key portion 41 includes a first key 411 and a second key 412. The first button 411 is used for receiving a first control command to control the driving portion 12 to drive the push rod 121 to contract, and the second button 412 is used for receiving a second control command to control the driving portion 12 to drive the push rod 121 to extend. Thus, the operation is convenient.
It should be noted that the first button 411 and the second button 412 can be selected according to specific situations. For example, in some examples, the first button 411 and the second button 412 are jog buttons. It is understood that in other examples, the first button 411 and the second button 412 may be one of a touch-sensitive button, a mechanical button, a sliding touch button, a gesture button, and a knob button.
In some examples, the home appliance 100 includes a control module 50, a gesture recognition module 51, and a gesture detection module 52. The gesture detection module 52 is configured to detect gesture information of a user. The gesture recognition module 52 is used to recognize detected gesture information of the user. The control module 50 is used for controlling the driving part 12 to drive the push rod 121 to contract or extend according to the recognized gesture information of the user.
Therefore, man-machine interaction can be achieved, and user experience is improved.
It should be noted that the gesture information of the user may be two-dimensional or three-dimensional gesture information. For example, in some examples, when the gesture information of the user is a dynamic or static fist making gesture, the gesture recognition module 52 can recognize the dynamic or static fist making gesture information, and the control module 50 can control the driving part 12 to drive the push rod 121 to contract according to the recognized dynamic or static fist making gesture information. When the gesture information of the user is a dynamic or static scissors hand gesture, the gesture recognition module 52 can recognize the dynamic or static scissors hand gesture information, and the control module 50 can control the driving unit 12 to drive the push rod 121 to extend according to the recognized dynamic or static scissors hand gesture information.
In addition, the gesture detection module 52 may include a light sensor or an image sensor.
In some examples, the household appliance 100 includes an infrared distance sensor 53 and a voice prompt device 54. The control module 50 is electrically connected to the infrared distance sensor 53 and the voice prompt device 54. The infrared distance sensor 53 is used for collecting distance information between the door body 20 and a human body and transmitting the distance information to the control module 50. When the distance between the human body and the door body 20 is less than or equal to a first preset distance, the control module 50 is configured to control the voice prompt device 54 to send out a first voice prompt message according to the distance information.
In this way, when the distance between the human body (user) and the door body 20 is less than or equal to the first preset distance, the voice prompt device 54 can send out the first voice prompt message (for example, prompt whether the user needs to open the door), so as to play a prompting role and facilitate the user to perform subsequent operations on the household appliance 100.
For example, in some examples, when the distance between the human body (user) and the door body 20 is less than or equal to a first preset distance, the human body is already located within the preset detection range of the gesture detection module 52, and the user may control the opening and closing of the door body 20 through the gesture information.
When the distance between the human body (user) and the door body 20 is greater than or equal to a second preset distance, the second preset distance is greater than the first preset distance. The control module 50 is configured to control the voice prompt device 54 to send out a second voice prompt message according to the distance information.
Thus, when the distance between the human body (user) and the door body 20 is greater than or equal to the second preset distance, the user is far away from the door body 20, and the voice prompt device 54 can send out the second voice prompt message (for example, prompting the user whether to close the door or not), so that a prompt effect (preventing the user from forgetting to close the door body 20) can be achieved.
