The mechanical clutch mechanism 4 has a working principle and a working process that when the motor 73 of the clutch mechanism 7 cannot rotate, as shown in fig. 11, the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7 and the handle linkage 3 are in a limit fit state, the handle 1 cannot perform unlocking operation, and at the same time, the clutch mechanical piece 42 and the sliding switch 41 of the mechanical clutch mechanism 4 are both in a cat eye locking prevention position for enabling the clutch end 72 and the handle linkage 3 to be in limit fit. At this time, the slide switch 41 is moved to the cat eye unlocking preventing position, the slide switch 41 drives the clutch mechanical member 42 to move, and the clutch mechanical member 42 drives the clutch actuator 752 to move in a direction of disengaging from the limit fit, as shown in fig. 10, so that the clutch actuator 752 is disengaged from the handle linkage 3, and the handle 1 can perform the unlocking operation. In this process, since the clutch shaft 751 is restrained from rotating by the motor 73, when the clutch actuator 752 moves in a straight line in a direction away from the handle link 3, the coil spring 751 is compressed by the push rod 751 and accumulates elastic force.
Further, in the present embodiment, when the clutch mechanical member 42 moves to the side close to the handle linkage member 3, that is, moves in the direction of the limit engagement, the clutch mechanical member 42 is out of contact with the clutch actuator 752, that is, the clutch mechanical member 42 is not fixedly connected to the clutch actuator 752 but is in contact with the clutch actuator 752, and only when the clutch mechanical member 42 moves in the direction of the limit engagement, the clutch mechanical member 42 is in contact with the clutch actuator 752 to push the clutch actuator 752 to move in the direction of the limit engagement.
When the sliding switch 41 moves from the anti-cat eye unlocking position to the anti-cat eye locking position, the sliding switch 41 drives the clutch mechanical piece 42 to reset to the initial position. At this time, the clutch actuator 752 is not pushed by the clutch mechanism 42, but the coil spring 753 accumulates the elastic force, so that the clutch actuator 752 is returned to the position in which it is in the limit engagement with the handle link 3 by the elastic force of the coil spring 753, and the handle 1 is again restricted from unlocking.
The purpose of the non-fixed connection of the clutch mechanism 42 and the clutch actuator 752 is to separate the movements of the clutch mechanism 7 and the mechanical clutch mechanism 4, so that the respective cat eye unlocking and locking preventing functions can be independently completed.
Of course, in the present embodiment, the clutch mechanical member 42 and the clutch actuator 752 may be fixedly connected, and the clutch mechanical member 42 and the clutch actuator 752 act synchronously in the process of preventing the cat eye from unlocking and locking.
Further, in the present embodiment, the mechanical clutch mechanism 4 further includes a return elastic member 43, and both ends of the return elastic member 43 respectively act on the clutch mechanical member 42 and the housing 71 to apply an elastic return force to the clutch mechanical member 42 to move toward the side close to the handle link 3. The function of setting the reset elastic piece 43 is that when the sliding switch 41 moves from the anti-cat eye locking position to the anti-cat eye unlocking position, the clutch mechanical piece 42 compresses the reset elastic piece 43, the reset elastic piece 43 accumulates elastic reset force, and when the sliding switch 41 is released, the sliding switch 41 automatically resets from the anti-cat eye unlocking position to the anti-cat eye locking position under the action of the reset elastic force of the reset elastic piece 43. The elastic restoring member 43 is preferably a compression spring.
As shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a specific handle device, in which the handle 1 is a rotary handle 11, and the rotary handle 11 is rotatably connected to the indoor panel 2 around a horizontal rotation axis perpendicular to the indoor panel 2 of the door lock. When the rotary handle 11 is in a horizontal state, the rotary handle 11 is in an initial locking position, and the rotary handle 11 is held by a hand to rotate downward to perform an unlocking operation.
In this embodiment, when the handle 1 is the rotating handle 11, the handle linkage member 3 is the handle steering member 31, the handle steering member 31 is coaxially disposed with the horizontal rotation axis of the rotating handle 11, and the handle steering member 31 is provided with a limiting slot 311 in clutch limit fit with the clutch end 72.
As shown in fig. 3, when the turning handle 11 is in the horizontal state, the limiting groove 311 is opposite to the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7, and when the clutch end 72 is fitted into the limiting groove 311, the clutch end 72 limits the turning of the handle steering member 31, and thus the turning handle 11.
As shown in fig. 4, when the clutch end 72 is disengaged from the stopper groove 311, the handle steering 31 can be rotated, thereby enabling the unlocking operation of the handle 1.
Further, in the present embodiment, the clutch mechanism 7 further includes a steering limiting plate 8 connected to the clutch end 72, and the clutch end 72 is engaged with the limiting groove 311 through the steering limiting plate 8. The clutch end 72 drives the steering limiting plate 8 to linearly move, as shown in fig. 3, when the steering limiting plate 8 is embedded in the limiting groove 311, the steering limiting plate 8 limits the rotation of the handle steering member 31, and further limits the rotation of the rotating handle 1.
As shown in fig. 4, when the steering limiting plate 8 is disengaged from the limiting groove 311, the handle steering member 31 can be rotated, thereby enabling the unlocking operation of the handle 1.
Of course, the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7 may be directly provided as a stud, and engaged with the limit groove 311 by the stud.
As shown in fig. 1 and 2, in the present embodiment, the turning handle 11 includes a handle body 111 and a handle cover 112, and the pressure sensor 6 is provided in the handle body 111 and along a user-touchable position. The pressure sensor 6 is preferably disposed in a position where the thumb can press in a posture where the rotating handle 11 is held by a normal hand. Of course, the pressure sensor 6 may be provided at other positions of the handle body 111, for example, at a portion gripped by a user who rotates the handle 11, as long as it can sense a hand pressing force.
Or the pressure sensor 6 is disposed in the mounting groove of the handle cover 112 with a gap of pressure deformation between the pressure sensor 6 and the handle cover 112. Since the pressure sensor 6 is a capacitive pressure sensor, the handle cover 112 is deformed by pressing, and the size of the capacitance is changed by changing the size of the gap, thereby detecting a pressure signal.
In order to protect the pressure sensor 6, in the present embodiment, the pressure sensor 6 is provided in a support sleeve, through which the pressure sensor 6 is mounted in the turning handle 11.
As shown in fig. 12-15, the present embodiment provides another handle device, in which the handle 1 is a push-pull handle 12, and the push-pull handle 12 is pivotally connected to the indoor panel 2 about a horizontal pivot axis parallel to the indoor panel 2 of the door lock. Unlocking and locking operations of the door lock are achieved by pushing the push-pull handle 12 inward or pulling the push-pull handle 12 outward. The relationship between the push-pull action of the push-pull handle 12 and the unlocking and locking is determined according to the door opening direction. Typically, when the door is opened outwardly, the push-pull handle 12 is pushed into an unlocking motion, and when the push-pull handle 12 is in the upright position, the door lock is in a locked state.
In this embodiment, when the handle 1 is the push-pull handle 12, the handle linkage 3 is the sliding plate 32, the sliding plate 32 is slidably disposed in the indoor panel shell 2, the sliding plate 32 is in toggle connection with the toggle end of the push-pull handle 12, the push-pull handle 12 drives the sliding plate 32 to slide in the indoor panel shell 2, and the sliding plate 32 is provided with a limiting notch 321 for engaging and disengaging with the clutch end 72.
The operating principle of the handle device is that the push-pull handle 12 is taken as an unlocking operation for example, when the push-pull handle 12 is positioned at the vertical position, the door lock is in a locking state, at this time, as shown in fig. 14, the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7 is in limit fit with the limit notch 321 of the sliding plate 32, the sliding plate 32 cannot slide up and down in the indoor panel shell 2, and the sliding plate 32 limits the toggle end of the push-pull handle 12, so that the push-pull handle 12 cannot push to unlock. When the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7 is separated from the limit notch 321 of the sliding plate 32, as shown in fig. 15, the sliding plate 32 can slide up and down in the indoor panel shell 2, at this time, the push-pull handle 12 can be pushed, and the poking end of the push-pull handle 12 pokes the sliding plate 32 to slide in the indoor panel shell 2, and as the rack is arranged on the sliding plate 32, the rack moves linearly to drive the gear connected with the lock body to rotate, so as to realize unlocking operation. When the push-pull handle 12 is reset to the vertical position under the action of the self reset structure, the clutch end 72 of the clutch mechanism 7 is reset to the position in limit fit with the limit notch 321, and the push-pull handle 12 is limited again to push the lock to be unlocked.
Further, in the present embodiment, the clutch end 72 that mates with the limiting notch 321 is a limiting stud.
In the present embodiment, the push-pull handle 12 is provided with the pressure sensor 6 near the inside or outside of one side panel of the indoor panel 2. The pressure sensor 6 is preferably provided at a position where the finger can be pressed, as long as the finger of the user can touch the position, i.e., the push-pull handle 12 is held in a normal hand.
Both types of handle devices can be applied with the clutch mechanism 7 and the mechanical clutch mechanism 4 according to the present invention, and the components of suitable shape and size can be selected according to the specific space, so long as the principle is the same.
Based on the handle device described in any of the above embodiments, the present embodiment also provides a door lock, which includes a lock body 5 and a handle device, where the handle device is the handle device described in any of the above embodiments.
Because the door lock adopts the handle device in the application, the handle 1 can unlock only when the pressure sensor 6 detects the hand pressing force when the indoor personnel holds the handle 1, and when the hand releases the handle 1 and returns to the locking state, the unlocking action of the handle 1 is limited again and the door lock cannot be opened, thereby avoiding the situation that an illegal user stretches into the door from the peep hole to unlock the handle 1. Compared with the existing door lock with the anti-cat eye unlocking structure, the door lock can release the anti-cat eye unlocking function by holding the handle 1 by hands, can unlock, automatically starts the anti-cat eye unlocking function after releasing hands, automatically limits unlocking actions by the handle 1, does not need to unlock the anti-cat eye unlocking button every time firstly, does not need to manually unlock the anti-cat eye button every time after unlocking, does not need to check whether the anti-cat eye button is locked every time, and does not have the condition of forgetting to unlock the anti-cat eye unlocking structure manually. Therefore, the situation that the anti-cat eye unlocking structure caused by human factors is not started is avoided, safety is improved, and meanwhile, unlocking is convenient and quick.
In the present specification, each embodiment is described in a progressive manner, and each embodiment is mainly described in a different point from other embodiments, and identical and similar parts between the embodiments are all enough to refer to each other.
The previous description of the disclosed embodiments is provided to enable any person skilled in the art to make or use the present invention.
