嗜热链球菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和酵母菌均可用于本发明。其中,以双歧杆菌中短双歧杆菌为优。双歧杆菌是一种重要的肠道有益微生物。双歧杆菌作为一种生理性有益菌,对人体健康具有生物屏障、营养作用、抗肿瘤作用、免疫增强作用、改善胃肠道功能和抗衰老等多种重要的生理功能,促进人体对乳糖的消化。牛奶含有丰富的营养物质,但中国人中有相当一部分缺乏乳糖酶,不能分解牛奶中的乳糖,这些人在饮用牛奶后常常会出现胃肠道紊乱,导致胃肠痉挛、胀气或腹泻,即为乳糖不耐症。通过利用保加利亚乳杆菌、嗜热链球菌和双歧杆菌等乳酸菌对牛乳进行发酵而制备成发酵酸乳,可以有效缓解乳糖不耐症。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,所述乳糖酶为米曲霉、黑曲霉和乳酸克鲁维酵母菌中的一种或多种发酵得到的乳糖酶。
米曲霉、黑曲霉和乳酸克鲁维酵母菌发酵得到的乳糖酶均可用于本发明,其中以米曲霉和黑曲霉发酵得到的乳糖酶最优。乳糖酶又称β-半乳糖苷酶,可催化乳糖水解为半乳糖和葡萄糖,多用于乳品工业。不同微生物来源的乳糖酶的性质差别较大,其中黑曲霉和米曲霉发酵得到的乳糖酶最适pH在7以下,属于酸性乳糖酶,而且在pH在5以下,可以耐胃酸,与奶粉、母乳等同时服用一般不会被胃酸破坏。因此,在口服乳糖酶时,酸性乳糖酶具有较好的作用。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,所述低聚糖为低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚果糖中的一种或多种。
低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚果糖均可用于本发明,其中以低聚半乳糖最优。低聚半乳糖(Galactooligosaccharides,GOS)是一种具有天然属性的功能性低聚糖,其分子结构一般是在半乳糖或葡萄糖分子上连接1~7个半乳糖基,即Gal-(Gal)n-Glc/Gal(n为0-6)。在自然界中,动物的乳汁中存在微量的GOS,而人母乳中含量较多,婴儿体内的双歧杆菌菌群的建立很大程度上依赖母乳中的GOS成分。低聚半乳糖是人体肠道中双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳酸杆菌等有益菌极好的营养源和有效的增殖因子,可以改善人体肠道的消化吸收功能。新生儿的消化功能比较薄弱,所以婴幼儿奶粉中都添加了低聚半乳糖的营养成分。YumYum奶粉里面含有的低聚半乳糖,它不但能改善宝宝的消化功能,还能促进宝宝体内钙的吸收。从而增强宝宝的免疫力。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,所述辅料为麦芽糊精或乳粉。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,麦芽糊精和乳粉,所述混合物中麦芽糊精为40-80重量份,所述混合物中乳粉为100-200重量份。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,所述混合物主要由以下重量份的组分组成:益生菌200份,低聚糖400份,乳糖酶170份,葡萄糖酸锌25份,乳粉150份,麦芽糊精55份,所述混合物和维生素D3的质量比为1000:0.001-0.01。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,每克所述混合物中乳糖酶的酶活力单位为3000U,所述混合物中的益生菌活菌数为1.0×109-2.5×109个/g。
优化的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,每克所述混合物中乳糖酶的酶活力单位为3000U,所述混合物中的益生菌活菌数为1.5×109个/g。
具体的,上述含有乳糖酶的组合物,所述组合物的剂型为片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂、散剂、溶液剂和/或混悬剂。
葡萄糖酸锌为有机锌补剂,对胃黏膜刺激小,在体内易被人体吸收,且吸收率高,溶解性好,广泛应用于保健品,医药和食品中,对婴幼儿及青少年的智力和身体发育有重要的作用,吸收效果比无机锌好,它能参与核酸和蛋白质的合成,增强人体免疫能力,促使胎,婴幼儿生长发育,可添加在代乳品中。
维生素D过低也就无法预防慢性疾病和骨质疏松,但由于维生素D可溶于油脂,过量摄入会影响健康。每天摄入1000国际单位的维生素D就可以既有保健作用又不会起反作用。其中,维生素D3是一种作用于钙、磷代谢的激素前体,对人体的发育和健康有重要作用。
本发明的有益效果为:
本发明所选取的益生菌,低聚糖,乳糖酶,葡萄糖酸锌和辅料在本发明提供的特定配比下互相促进,协同发挥各自的作用,使得本发明提供的含有乳糖酶的组合物可改善人体肠道消化系统微生态平衡,有效缓解乳糖不耐受的症状,而且还能很好的减少腹泻时间,改善腹泻症状。

下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步阐释。
实施例1
本实施例提供一种含有乳糖酶的组合物,其制备过程如下:
按照表1称取益生菌,低聚糖,乳糖酶,葡萄糖酸锌,辅料,过筛,充分混合,得到混合物,再向混合物中加入维生素D3,即得所述含有乳糖酶的组合物,以上制成袋装,每袋组合物中含有混合物2g,每袋中的乳糖酶的酶活力单位为6000U,每袋中的益生菌活菌数为2.0×109个。

按照表5称取益生菌,低聚糖,乳糖酶,葡萄糖酸锌,辅料,过筛,充分混合,得到混合物,再向混合物中加入维生素D3,即得所述含有乳糖酶的组合物,以上制成袋装,每袋组合物中含有混合物2g,每袋中的乳糖酶的酶活力单位为6000U,每袋中的益生菌活菌数为5.0×109个。

本发明采用的葡萄糖酸锌通过以下步骤制成,用曲霉素发酵葡萄糖,然后分离、提纯,再与氧化锌或氢氧化锌中和得到终产物,即本发明使用的葡萄糖酸锌。本发明采用的乳粉以全脂乳粉最佳。
除了上述实施例提供的散剂,本发明提供的含有乳糖酶的组合物的剂型还可以根据实际使用需求制成片剂、胶囊和/或颗粒剂,也可制成溶液剂和/或混悬剂。
通过使用本发明提供的含有乳糖酶的组合物,人们尤其是婴幼儿在摄入乳制品时的腹泻情况得到了有效改善,缓解乳糖不耐受的症状,减少了腹泻时间,改善了腹泻症状。
本发明不局限于上述可选的实施方式,任何人在本发明的启示下都可得出其他各种形式的产品。上述具体实施方式不应理解成对本发明的保护范围的限制,本发明的保护范围应当以权利要求书中界定的为准,并且说明书可以用于解释权利要求书。
Claims (10)
1.一种含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于,包括质量比为1000:0.001-0.01混合物和维生素D3,所述混合物主要由以下重量份的组分组成:益生菌130-260份,低聚糖310-460份,乳糖酶70-250份,葡萄糖酸锌17-30份,辅料140-280份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述益生菌为嗜热链球菌、乳酸菌、双歧杆菌、嗜酸乳杆菌和酵母菌中的一种或多种。
3.根据权利要求2所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述乳糖酶为米曲霉、黑曲霉和乳酸克鲁维酵母菌中的一种或多种发酵得到的乳糖酶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述低聚糖为低聚半乳糖、低聚异麦芽糖和低聚果糖中的一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求4所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述辅料为麦芽糊精或乳粉。
6.根据权利要求4所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述辅料为麦芽糊精和乳粉,所述混合物中麦芽糊精为40-80重量份,所述混合物中乳粉为100-200重量份。
7.根据权利要求7所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述混合物主要由以下重量份的组分组成:益生菌200份,低聚糖400份,乳糖酶170份,葡萄糖酸锌25份,乳粉150份,麦芽糊精55份,所述混合物和维生素D3的质量比为1000:0.001-0.01。
8.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:每克所述混合物中乳糖酶的酶活力单位为3000U,所述混合物中的益生菌活菌数为1.0×109-2.5×109个/g。
9.根据权利要求1-8任意一项所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:每克所述混合物中乳糖酶的酶活力单位为3000U,所述混合物中的益生菌活菌数为1.5×109个/g。
10.据权利要求9所述的含有乳糖酶的组合物,其特征在于:所述组合物的剂型为片剂、胶囊、颗粒剂、散剂、溶液剂和/或混悬剂。
