Abstract
本发明公开了一种高性能ABS复合材料,ABS复合材料由ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂组成,且其配料百分比为:ABS树脂50%~75%;相容剂3%~6%;抗氧化剂5%~7%;玻璃纤维7%~15%;增韧剂2%~5%。本发明在ABS树脂中加入了玻璃纤维、增韧剂、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂,可有效提高ABS树脂的机械强度、柔韧性、抗静电性、抗紫外线能力和阻燃性,同时其在燃烧过程中,生烟量小、毒性小,保障了本ABS树脂使用的安全性,且其制备工艺简单、条件易控、成本低廉、对设备要求低、适宜推广。

技术领域
本发明涉及复合材料技术领域,具体为一种高性能ABS复合材料。
背景技术
ABS树脂是一种强度高、韧性好、耐热、耐低温、耐化学药品腐蚀、机械强度和电器性能优良,易于加工成型的热塑型高分子材料,其广泛用于汽车、电子电器、建材、包装、体育用品、机械仪表工业等领域,随着国内ABS树脂在汽车、电子电器、建材等行业年需求量的增加,现有技术中的ABS树脂已无法满足人们日益增长的需求,为此,我们提出一种高性能ABS复合材料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种高性能ABS复合材料,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种高性能ABS复合材料,ABS复合材料由ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂组成,且其配料百分比为:ABS树脂50%~75%;相容剂3%~6%;抗氧化剂5%~7%;玻璃纤维7%~15%;增韧剂2%~5%;光引发剂3%~9%;四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1%~3%;抗静电剂4%~7%;紫外线吸收剂5%~8%;无卤阻燃剂6%~10%。
优选的,所述玻璃纤维由SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、ZnO、MgO、Na2O+K2O、Fe2O3和SiC组成,且其配料百分比为:SiO2 50%~65%;Al2O3 15%~20%;CaO 10%~20%;ZnO 4%~10%;MgO 7%~15%;Na2O+K2O 0.5%~1.5%;Fe2O3 0.1%~0.3%;SiC 0.4%~1%。
优选的,所述增韧剂由乙丙橡胶、季戊四醇硬脂酸酯、防老化剂、聚氨酯和丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物组成,且其重量份数的组分为:乙丙橡胶50~60份;季戊四醇硬脂酸酯10~20份;防老化剂3~7份;聚氨酯2~5份;丙烯晴-丁二烯-苯乙烯共聚物20~40份。
优选的,所述光引发剂由丙烯酸单脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、环氧树脂、偏高岭土、乙二胺四乙酸、聚二醇、环氧氯丙烷、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、过氧乙烯和苯三甲酰氯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:丙烯酸单脂12~15份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5~8份;环氧树脂30~48份;偏高岭土5~12份;乙二胺四乙酸10~15;聚二醇3~7份;环氧氯丙烷10~18份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~12份;过氧乙烯15~22份;苯三甲酰氯15~25份。
优选的,所述抗静电剂由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸苯酯、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和钛酸正丁酯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45~60份;十八烷基咪唑啉7~10份;烷基季铵盐8~17份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~7份;水杨酸苯酯2~5份;乙氧基化烷基胺15~25份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚7~12份;钛酸正丁酯2~5份。
优选的,所述紫外线吸收剂由邻特丁基对甲酚、对氯邻硝基苯胺、亚硝酸钠、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)和丙烯酸多元醇组成,且其重量份数的组分为:邻特丁基对甲酚170~220份;对氯邻硝基苯胺100~120份;亚硝酸钠50~70份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂3~7份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚2~5份;4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)5~12份;丙烯酸多元醇50~65份。
优选的,所述无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、焦磷酸钠和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠组成,且其重量份数的组分为:脒基脲磷酸盐20~30份;水溶性聚磷酸铵15~20份;季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯10~15份;钼酸铵3~7份;硅溶胶25~40份;焦磷酸钠0.7~1.5份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1~3份。
优选的,其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂按照规定的配料百分比加入到高速混合机混料;
B、混合均匀后加入到双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混挤出,并控制挤出机温度在200~250℃范围内;
C、挤出后经过水槽冷却到常温,并通过切粒机造粒;
D、将所得粒料放入烘干箱中,并控制烘干箱温度70~85℃范围内,且干燥时间为3~4h,最终得到复合ABS粒子。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明在ABS树脂中加入了玻璃纤维、增韧剂、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂,可有效提高ABS树脂的机械强度、柔韧性、抗静电性、抗紫外线能力和阻燃性,同时其在燃烧过程中,生烟量小、毒性小,保障了本ABS树脂使用的安全性,且其制备工艺简单、条件易控、成本低廉、对设备要求低、适宜推广。

请参阅图1,一种高性能ABS复合材料,ABS复合材料由ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂组成,且其配料百分比为:ABS树脂50%~75%;相容剂3%~6%;抗氧化剂5%~7%;玻璃纤维7%~15%;增韧剂2%~5%;光引发剂3%~9%;四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1%~3%;抗静电剂4%~7%;紫外线吸收剂5%~8%;无卤阻燃剂6%~10%。
玻璃纤维由SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、ZnO、MgO、Na2O+K2O、Fe2O3和SiC组成,且其配料百分比为:SiO2 50%~65%;Al2O3 15%~20%;CaO 10%~20%;ZnO 4%~10%;MgO 7%~15%;Na2O+K2O 0.5%~1.5%;Fe2O3 0.1%~0.3%;SiC 0.4%~1%。

光引发剂由丙烯酸单脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、环氧树脂、偏高岭土、乙二胺四乙酸、聚二醇、环氧氯丙烷、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、过氧乙烯和苯三甲酰氯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:丙烯酸单脂12~15份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5~8份;环氧树脂30~48份;偏高岭土5~12份;乙二胺四乙酸10~15;聚二醇3~7份;环氧氯丙烷10~18份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~12份;过氧乙烯15~22份;苯三甲酰氯15~25份。
抗静电剂由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸苯酯、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和钛酸正丁酯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45~60份;十八烷基咪唑啉7~10份;烷基季铵盐8~17份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~7份;水杨酸苯酯2~5份;乙氧基化烷基胺15~25份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚7~12份;钛酸正丁酯2~5份。
紫外线吸收剂由邻特丁基对甲酚、对氯邻硝基苯胺、亚硝酸钠、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)和丙烯酸多元醇组成,且其重量份数的组分为:邻特丁基对甲酚170~220份;对氯邻硝基苯胺100~120份;亚硝酸钠50~70份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂3~7份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚2~5份;4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)5~12份;丙烯酸多元醇50~65份。
无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、焦磷酸钠和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠组成,且其重量份数的组分为:脒基脲磷酸盐20~30份;水溶性聚磷酸铵15~20份;季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯10~15份;钼酸铵3~7份;硅溶胶25~40份;焦磷酸钠0.7~1.5份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1~3份。
其制备方法包括以下步骤:
A、将ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂按照规定的配料百分比加入到高速混合机混料;
B、混合均匀后加入到双螺杆挤出机中熔融共混挤出,并控制挤出机温度在200~250℃范围内;
C、挤出后经过水槽冷却到常温,并通过切粒机造粒;
D、将所得粒料放入烘干箱中,并控制烘干箱温度70~85℃范围内,且干燥时间为3~4h,最终得到复合ABS粒子。
使用时,由于在ABS树脂中加入了玻璃纤维、增韧剂、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂,因此可有效提高ABS树脂的机械强度、柔韧性、抗静电性、抗紫外线能力和阻燃性,同时其在燃烧过程中,生烟量小、毒性小,保障了本ABS树脂使用的安全性,且其制备工艺简单、条件易控、成本低廉、对设备要求低、适宜推广。
尽管已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以理解在不脱离本发明的原理和精神的情况下可以对这些实施例进行多种变化、修改、替换和变型,本发明的范围由所附权利要求及其等同物限定。
Claims (8)
1.一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:ABS复合材料由ABS树脂、相容剂、抗氧化剂、玻璃纤维、增韧剂、光引发剂、四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯、抗静电剂、紫外线吸收剂和无卤阻燃剂组成,且其配料百分比为:ABS树脂50%~75%;相容剂3%~6%;抗氧化剂5%~7%;玻璃纤维7%~15%;增韧剂2%~5%;光引发剂3%~9%;四异丙基二(二辛基亚磷酸酰氧基)钛酸酯1%~3%;抗静电剂4%~7%;紫外线吸收剂5%~8%;无卤阻燃剂6%~10%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:所述玻璃纤维由SiO2、Al2O3、CaO、ZnO、MgO、Na2O+K2O、Fe2O3和SiC组成,且其配料百分比为:SiO2 50%~65%;Al2O3 15%~20%;CaO 10%~20%;ZnO 4%~10%;MgO 7%~15%;Na2O+K2O 0.5%~1.5%;Fe2O3 0.1%~0.3%;SiC 0.4%~1%。

4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:所述光引发剂由丙烯酸单脂、甲基丙烯酸甲酯、环氧树脂、偏高岭土、乙二胺四乙酸、聚二醇、环氧氯丙烷、聚乙烯醇缩丁醛、过氧乙烯和苯三甲酰氯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:丙烯酸单脂12~15份;甲基丙烯酸甲酯5~8份;环氧树脂30~48份;偏高岭土5~12份;乙二胺四乙酸10~15;聚二醇3~7份;环氧氯丙烷10~18份;聚乙烯醇缩丁醛5~12份;过氧乙烯15~22份;苯三甲酰氯15~25份。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:所述抗静电剂由环氧树脂、十八烷基咪唑啉、烷基季铵盐、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、水杨酸苯酯、乙氧基化烷基胺、聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚和钛酸正丁酯组成,且其重量份数的组分为:环氧树脂45~60份;十八烷基咪唑啉7~10份;烷基季铵盐8~17份;脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3~7份;水杨酸苯酯2~5份;乙氧基化烷基胺15~25份;聚乙二醇环氧甘油醚7~12份;钛酸正丁酯2~5份。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:所述紫外线吸收剂由邻特丁基对甲酚、对氯邻硝基苯胺、亚硝酸钠、有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂、双酚A二缩水甘油醚、4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)和丙烯酸多元醇组成,且其重量份数的组分为:邻特丁基对甲酚170~220份;对氯邻硝基苯胺100~120份;亚硝酸钠50~70份;有机硅改性丙烯酸树脂3~7份;双酚A二缩水甘油醚2~5份;4,4’-亚甲基二(苯基异氰酸酯)5~12份;丙烯酸多元醇50~65份。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:所述无卤阻燃剂由脒基脲磷酸盐、水溶性聚磷酸铵、季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯、钼酸铵、硅溶胶、焦磷酸钠和顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠组成,且其重量份数的组分为:脒基脲磷酸盐20~30份;水溶性聚磷酸铵15~20份;季戊四醇-螺环二苯基磷酸酯10~15份;钼酸铵3~7份;硅溶胶25~40份;焦磷酸钠0.7~1.5份;顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠1~3份。
8.根据权利要求1至7任一项所述的一种高性能ABS复合材料,其特征在于:其制备方法包括以下步骤:
