Abstract
本发明公开了一种沽疗痔疮的口服液，它是以槐花、地榆、蜈蚣、桃仁、白头翁、大黄、延胡索、侧柏叶为原料，经干燥粉碎，煎煮、浓缩等工艺制成，本发明具有消炎止痛快、软坚散结快、活血祛瘀快，祛腐生肌快的功效，对内痔、外痔、混合痔、血栓痔、粉痔、肛裂、便血及肛肠疾病有独特疗效。无需开刀、一次性治愈，服药二天见效，七天可愈，10天全愈，经100例临床试验，总有效率达98%以上。
Description
本发明涉及一种治疗痔疮的口服液。
痔是位于肛管直肠部的痔静脉丛发生扩张所引起。其发生原因还不完金了解，一般认为凡是能够增加痔静脉丛内的压力，能消弱静脉壁的各种因素，都有利于痔的发生，故从事久坐或久立工作的人，经常便秘、腹泻的人均比较容易患痔。痔主要有内痔、外痔、混合痔。目前治疗内痔的方法有注射疗法、枯痔疗法、结扎疗法和痔切除术。治疗外痔的方法是在局麻下将外痔切开，取出血栓，也可采用热敷。中医学治疗痔疮有内治、外治、简易疗法三种，内治是对痔疮的常症状，如疼痛，可用止痛如神汤；出血可用凉血地黄汤；肛门脱出可用补中益气汤。外治有熏洗法：用五倍子汤加水煮沸，先熏其蒸气待水转温用毛巾洗敷局部，也可作坐浴，有活血消肿、止痛、收敛作用。简易疗法可服用脏连丸、脾约麻仁丸等。总之，目前治疗痔疮的方法存在着手术痛苦大，疗效慢的缺点。
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有消炎止痛快、软坚散结快、活血祛瘀快，祛腐生肌快的治疗痔疮的口服液。
本发明口服液是由下列组分制成的(用量为重量份)：
槐花30-40份 地榆20-30份 蜈蚣20-30份
桃仁30-40份 白头翁30-40份 大黄10-15份
延胡索30-40份侧柏叶30-40份
本发明口服液的最佳重量配比是：
槐花35份 地榆25份 蜈蚣25份
桃仁35份 白头翁35份 大黄12份
廷胡索35份 侧柏叶35份
将上述各组份制成本发明口服液的生产方法是：将上述各组份干燥粉碎，加水煎煮，浓缩即可。
本发明的重要特点是药剂中含有凉血止血、清肝明目、解毒敛疮、活血祛瘀，行气止痛，润肠通便，患风止痉，解毒散结等功效。
本发明口服液临床使用结果表明，有下述优点：
1、无需开刀，一次性治愈，服药二天见效，七天可愈，10天全愈。
2、具有消炎止痛快、软紧散结快、活血祛瘀快，祛腐生肌快的功效。
3、对内痔、外痔、混合痔、血栓痔、粉痔、肛裂、便血及肛肠疾病有独特疗效。
4、经100例临床试验，总有效率达98％以上。
服用方法：250ml/次，日服3次。
实施例：
按下述配比称取原料：
槐花35g 地榆25g 蜈蚣25g
桃仁35g 白头翁35g 大黄12g
延胡索35g 侧柏叶35g
生产方法是：将上述各组份干燥粉碎，加水煎煮，浓缩即可。

1、一种治疗痔疮的口服液，其特征在于它是由下述重量配比的原料经粉碎、煎煮、浓缩制成的药剂
槐花30-40份 地榆20-30份 蜈蚣20-30份
桃仁30-40份 白头翁30-40份 大黄10-15份
延胡索30-40份 侧柏叶30-40份
2、根据权利要求1所述的治疗痔疮的口服液，其中各原料的重量配比是：
槐花35份 地榆25份 蜈蚣25份
桃仁35份 白头翁35份 大黄12份
延胡索35份 侧柏叶35份。
